Extremely long wait time in drive through line, can't go inside for testing, I get to the window 45 minutes later and they close for lunch even though I had an appointment and there are multiple other cars in line. Extremely poor customer service. I never fill prescriptions here because they take too long. Go somewhere else, I promise there is better customer service and shorter wait times at Harris Teeter, Walmart. Shop local pharmacies... they give so much better customer service. MarMac and Rosewood pharmacies are great, friendly and fast. CVS is awful!

If you could give them no stars, that's what they would get. Don't waste your time calling, you sit on hold 30 minutes waiting for an answer, then somehow every time they answer, the phone hangs up. Just drive up there with any questions, regardless of what it is about. I get two prescriptions from them. One script will be filled after waiting till at least 8pm, after being called in at 11am; the other script just doesn't get filled somehow, not just once, always. They are called in at the same time. They claim the scripts haven't been sent over but they have, cause I've called other CVS stores and they show in their computer systems as being there. Go somewhere else!
