Purchased a sunflower birdbath for my mother's birthday Nov. 2023. It was beautiful. Within one week, mild temperatures, the base broke in half. Still had the receipt showing purchase date, called the store explaining the problem. Owner returned the call and advised "It wasn't broke when you left here, you can purchase a new one." Did not do that. Less than a month later, the sunflower bath started flaking. Today, it crumbled into a sand pile. $50+ for a pile of sand.Spend your $ elsewhere. This was a terrible disappointment to my mother and me.

First time. Love the cement pieces, variety of yard flags, and decor. Spent a lot more than I planned on, but got a lot of nice things. Very nice and helpful staff. Will be going back soon.

Have always had good experience until pulling in at 1:55 to get firewood and be told they close at 2.Unfortunate that small town places don’t keep the small town service feel for loyal customers.

My issue with this store is the fact the staff isn't friendly at all. When you walk in, they're all standing at the front just staring like they've never seen another person before. They don't speak, they don't smile.. they stare. They do have some cute decorative items but the customer services just doesn't exist.

I like these guys and know they can do better, but I think it's important to let y'all know what you'll get when you order a dump truck load of fire wood. It may not be the entire organization that doesn't give a damn, but whoever dropped this off surely doesn't.

Always done business with creekside up till today. Asked for some kind of refund for the rock delivery that i had damaged and no one in management would even talk to me. Told the person who answered to tell me that there was nothing they could do. Very unprofessional wouldn't even listen to me or give me the same respect i gave them from purcashing local like everyone always says. Looks like they have gotten to big for there britches if you ask me.

They were a really low quality store and we bought some chicken food, brought it inside and had random bugs in it. The animals liked it but we in the household didn't.
