Got my Husqvarna riding mower back from Brinkley's yesterday from some service and tune up and it looks better than the day I bought it. Outstanding service! These people really care and will take the time to make sure you understand what's going with your repairs. Very helpful with explaining how to use the Lowes warranty! If you have the warranty and haven't used it you need to call Brinkley's! They drove an hour and a half to pick up and drop off my mower!

I love this place! It has a nice Mom and Pop feel and they always have what I need. And if they don't.. They wont hesitate to order it for me. Mrs. Brinkley is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely kind and helpful. She always has good ideas to help me with any project I have to do. I would recommend Brinkleys Hardware to anyone.

The place is well kept, but I want to talk about the service! It was incredible! When I walked in, the only one there was an old lady and I thought "Great! She won't be able to do anything for me" but boy, was I wrong! Great job to everyone at Brinkley's!

Absolutely awesome small town hardware store! Had exactly what I was looking for to fix my grandfather's TV without having to drive to Franklin or another bigger city! Great opportunity to shop local instead of using a big box store!

Great selection of tools, paint, and supplies for plumbing, gardening, electrical work, etc. Helpful staff with a hometown feel. They also have a nice selection of local gifts, and the best part - fresh roasted Corner High Coffee by the bag!

This is a local small business that caters to the obvious customers who are aware of it. The people will serve you as needed, whether it is finding something or loading your car. They are registered as a warranty repair facility for many brands. They either have most of what you need or can order it for you. This is a family owned business and at times the prices can be higher. Considering I would have to drive a lot further for an emergency plumbing/electrical item it can be worth the extra expense. You can call to see if they have something and save a trip if they don't.

I wish every hardware store was like this one. A little bit of everything, garden center every year provides most of the residents here with their plants and seeds. I would rather spend a little extra here then go to an impersonal big box store 45 minutes away.

Brinkleys is a great hardware store. For a local store they offer a large inventory. Finding something can be a little challenging at times but they have great staff that is always willing to help.

If you positively have to have it & time is a major factor. Then there's a 50/50 chance Brinkleys will have it but you'll pay for it. It's more $$$ than going to town but it can save time.
