I love walking into Zaina’s! The customer service is unmatched. It’s definitely a delight seeing Moe whenever you come through the doors. He’s always polite and his greeting is sweet & welcoming. The entire staff is really nice. The store is clean and always stocked with the best products. Oh and their custom wigs are gorgeous. Check them out you want be disappointed.

Zaina’ s is absolutely amazing! Top tier at its best🔥 wonderful customer service that is very knowledgeable about hair care needs. Everyone is hands on and make sure you are well taken care of. Zaina hair bundles, wigs etc. are of the best quality and very affordable to fit every budget. If you are near any location it would be wise to stop by and become one of many wonderful customers. Definitely the best hands-down the owner is so caring he is going to make sure you’re satisfied. With years of experience underneath his belt you can’t go wrong! Wigs are on hand and another location is opening up soon. If this isn’t a true definition of boss moves I don’t know what is.? The service is just simply TOP TIER. They are very knowledgeable about their hair textures and their hair products. As well as the environment is very friendly and welcoming. Every time I come in they always have what I need and then some but the best selling point about the store is every time you purchase something you are able to build points. I’ve left paying about $5 from my original total of about $95 because of my points…. Have a lifetime customer with me.

I love going here for my wigs, crochet hair, braiding hair. Basically all my hair needs. The store is so neat and clean and employees provide great customer service! Always enjoy when the sales are going on and the free hair giveaway. Awesome quality hair for free!!! Also another plus is you earn points when you purchase which accumulate and that can be used for future purchases. 😊

Let me tell!!! Zaina beauty supply is one of the best! The customer service is phenomenal. Muhammad is very helpful to his customers, always smiling and greet each and everyone. I feel like I’m at home when I come into this beauty store. When everyone else is closed Zaina is open! Literally! I don’t even live in Gastonia but my loyalty to this store has and always will be. The wigs are very good quality! He even styles and custom makes the wigs! It’s literally a one stop shop! He cares about his community and what the people need! This Wig was amazing. Super soft, knots small. It melted VERY well into my skin, and it complimented me so much. Everyone was saying how cute was with this hair. Also, it had no smell at all.Honey I love it!! The hair is gorgeous and affordable you can't beat that buy now!! I've installed this unit multiple times and it still look very new! I get compliments everywhere I go,It was worth the money you get what you pay for easy to melt and blend.The lace hair quantity is great as well get the hair you won't regret,”be baddie on a budget “. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would!If you are any other race, outside of African American, then beware that you will be profiled and treated accordingly! I went in with my daughter, which is biracial.. I am white… and her friend that was with us is white also.However, my daughter likes different hair styles, therefore, she likes to buy things that requires products that coincide with her African American heritage. This was our first time there, after going to New Hope Beauty Supply, (which I highly recommend) and this is the type of treatment we received from both the employers and customers alike. We were not welcomed in no way, shape or form.

I came to this store in hopes to find someone who really genuinely knows about ethnic hair. Previously given birth to twins I was able to talk with the owner, Yes the owner on what products he has for hair loss! When can you ever talk with a hair store owner on the products that they sell? Most of the hair stores in Gastonia have Korean owners, and they have no idea about the products they sell. Over all experience was great! & the music is always uplifting. I recommend going here for ALL of your hair care needs!

This store has EVERYTHING beauty!! The staff is super friendly, the selection hot🔥🔥 and the prices are budget friendly. I would my mother, my friends, heck maybe even my enemy (if she looked bad) to come here because they will definitely have something to make you even more fabulous. This was my first visit, but I can guarantee it won't be my last, they have a new customer for life.My ONLY suggestions is that they step up their crochet box braid selection, other than that no complaints. If your in or around Spencer then this is DEFINITELY a place to check out😊

Zaina Beauty Supply is more than just a beauty supply store, It's more like a beauty experience that rewards you for being a customer. The owner is pleasant and welcoming and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is very well organized and clean and the music will move you right along. If you have questions about anything they are more than willing to help. The owner will even show you that he is not too busy to assist. This beauty shop is really awesome for Gastonia, they have great hours, friendly staff, and such a variety of hair, products, fashion accessories etc. I have locs, but my daughter is natural was so impressed and she has changed beauty supply stores. Thank you for helping us save gas money cause we don't have to fight traffic to go into Charlotte looking for beauty supply store. I got off late one day missed the hair store, then started to google who open late, that's when I saw Zainas was a new store. I was like never seen it before google playing with me. I was hesitant to go but then I did. Walked in the store looking all kinds of crazy ans BOOM nice nice store well kept, clean, huge and had more than I could ask for. Now it's my go to because from all the ppl I see supporting to the nice staff to the variety and a girl needs variety, I couldn't ask for a better place to shop when I need my hair done done. Keep it up, new cx for life.

this my FAVORITE hair store EVERRR LITERALLY, i love the people that works there & the owner they so helpful when i be stressing abt what i should do to my hair or what to get they always on it & greet me when smiles SOON as i walk in. every time i come there I come for 1 thing & leave with everything 😂💕 bc zainas got SOO much to choose from!! I will not support this store! I think the billboards in Gastonia are so degrading, the owners thought it was CUTE to showcase holding up two lace fronts and holding them backwards at that…. No other culture is degraded like Us Brown Women! He could have hired models to showcase the wigs! So tacky and classless! We have to Demand Better!!

Every thing about this place screams PASSIONATE!! Passionate about the customer service, passionate about the affordability of their supples. Coming into Zaina is never a disappointment no matter if I’m looking for things for myself or my children they have what I need and more. The staff stay on point and always willing and ready to help out at your every need. And let’s not forget about the music OMG it’s nothing but a vibe no matter what’s being played. The fact the music is played outside already giving you the atmosphere before you walk into the door is ZA-CRAZY (yes I said ZA-CRAZY). I recommend this store to anyone.
