They are always so wonderful! My doggo fur baby always gets so excited to go there. And even though she’s mommies fur baby and suffers from separation anxiety, she always lets them lead her away when necessary. She and I both love them and especially Dr Romo!!

I’ve been a part of the Wilkinson Animal vet family for 14 years. The staff has always been great and I’ve had no issues. Recently with the change in ownership I have noticed a difference. Came in just over a month ago for wellness exam for both dogs and needed to come back in 1 month to get vaccines updated. Was charged a whole new “exam” fee that I’ve never had done before. I feel this ownership from family based to corporate world has made it feel more like a fast food, up charged fee facility and I’ve lost the family aspect of taking care of the customer and pet.

Dr. Romo, Nicole and the entire staff were beyond wonderful. She was able to diagnose what was wrong with my kittens where as the urgent vet did not. They are much better and back to being the playful and sweet kittens they were. I am forever grateful for the loving care that they received. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great animal hospital. I was not a client; my vet was out of town so they recommended Wilkinson. I called and was told to bring them on in right away and I am so thankful they were able to see and treat them. Thank you!!!

Nice people, very informative and extremely good with my fur baby. They are not pushy about your animals care, but they give you all the information and leave the decision up to you. Very comfortable leaving my fur baby with them.

Love this vet! Dr Romo is amazing. Her vet tech Isaac is great! Front desk is always cheerful and helpful. So glad we switched vets. We feel like our fur babies matter here. Definitely recommend!

I can not find the words to truly say how fantastic the staff here is. They honestly care about your pet's health and well being. Dr. Moore is incredible. He has cared for my cats for 8 years now. Recently, Dr. Romo has proven to be a hero in my book. My female cat happened to develop infected anal glands 2 days after her wellness visit. I called them on a Saturday morning and explained the situation, Dr. Romo said bring her in and we'll work her in. They took care of my girl. After the treatment she sat with me and explained everything to me, what was done, what to look for, when to panic, all of it. If you want nothing but the best care for your pet's health, this is the place to go.

I had been going to see Dr. Virgin for a long time and my dog (a chihuahua) was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. The illness became so limiting to Tazz that it was determined that euthanasia was the most humane way to treat him. From the moment I arrived at the hospital and made my intentions known, the staff guided me top a meditation room where we discussed the proposed action. Dr Virgin has an excellent bedside manner and was comforting to have her carry out my last wishes for Tazz.Fast forward four months and I decided to get another dog, however it would be a female this time and another Doberman pinscher. I took Blaze in for her wellness checkup and she passed with flying colors and we had a great list of things to do for her. From this point on I'm happy in that I met Dr. Virgin when Tazz was sick and I got to see how she cares for the animals and has actual concern for the fur baby's parents. I really had no other choice but to go to her as she is a tough one to measure up to. I really appreciate Dr. Virgin for what she is, a Damn fine vet, and i only wish all Vet's were as competent and caring as she is. Her staff is equally concerned about the well being of the animal and it shows then they interact with the animal's parents.When I euthanized Tazz the entire hospital staff signed a condolences card and expressed heartfelt sympathy with the words. It made a really tough decision a little more tolerable. Since finding Dr. Virgin I honestly can't say I'd be happier anywhere else and I wholeheartedly recommend this facility and all the people in it. Thanks for taking such good care of my Tazz and now in the future Blaze will be treated just as good. I tried to make this as honest and above board that I could and I know I've succeeded. If you're going to change vet's seriously consider this facility. I have no doubts you'll be satisfied as they are great people and like family when you really need family.. Bob Reynolds

My cat is difficult to get in a carrier and as he stays in 2 rooms, doesn’t go outside, no interaction w/ other animals, I haven’t had to take him anywhere for a bit.But when I couldn’t get the matts out around his butt and they were causing him much discomfort, had to take him. Amazing how the most difficult cat can be a model feline when away from mom!But he’s had a bath, updated all him shots, had senior bloodwork etc and is totally happy. Needless to say I brush him EVERY day now so we don’t have this problem again. He’s just turned 13. The folks at Wilkinson are very understanding of my senior cat and his senior owner who lives alone😽

The staff were extremely friendly and immediately greeted our new puppy with so much love and pets. The exam was thorough and the doctor was great to our puppy and kind to us and gave us plenty of information. We are happy we have started our new puppies journey here and suggest anyone looking for a place to take there pets to take them here. Dr. Romo took the time to answer all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed out of the exam room like can happen at other vet offices.

I'm grateful for this vet being able to extend end of life care for my Loki. They were patient while we said our goodbyes. The only thing that has upset me was when we picked up his ashes the tuff of fur we requested to be put to the side was not in any of the items. ❤️

Dr Ramano and the staff at Wilkinson Animal Hospital are wonderful. We have an elderly dog who is partially blind and when he goes in for his check ups they get down on the floor with him to do his exam. It puts Runty at ease and he even relaxes enough to curl up and lay down. He has never had a vet make him feel that comfortable during a check up as they do. I am so glad I took a friend’s advice and switched to here.

We have had amazing care for our newest pup who was a stray. The entire staff went out of their way to get to know me and my husband and gave Rascal the best of care. We had to call in for an emergency this week and they got is in the same day, he was really sick with pneumonia and when they saw on his X-rays that he has bullets and BB’s in him their compassion and extra love he got was so sweet. We also received a phone call from the veterinarian to check on him and a few texts. I’m happy to have found a veterinarian who will work us in same day and who treat us like friends.

Danielle and I communicated well in making the appointment. My dog Tiger Woods and I were greeted cordially on check in. The doctor’s assistant had the details for our visit and was very professional. She even talked to my wife when I called my wife to decide on treatment details. It was great to see Dr. Moore. This same dog had lost the use of his back legs 11 years ago. Dr. Moore’s treatment plan enabled Tiger to regain full use of his legs. Check out lady was very cordial. This was an overall great visit.

Thank you for taking care of my sweet kitty Nibbles. Also my kitty LeeLee and Samson my pittie. They was patience with Samson because it had been a while since he have seen the vet. His vet doctor that saved him as puppy was his vet doctor on 3/13. The Dr. Kristin and staff thank y’all so much. The Dr's and staff are amazing! They treat Alfie and Peanut with love and attention as I feel their would their own pet. Their compassion and empathy was very real during a difficult decision. The BEST in my opinion.

When I took my baby last week the front staff was very nice and I felt the doctor was thorough and helpful. This morning I received a follow up call which was nice, but, I felt like I repeated multiple times what had already been said at the appointment so it seemed like no one paid attention. Then I mention I left the appointment and didn't have any clear alternatives for other food to try and she seemed like I was taking too much of her time. It's hard being asked to write a review while in the middle of care for a first time experience.
