Never really have had any bad experiences here. I do want to point out that this Walmart seems to be much better stocked than other ones in the area.That’s always been a big thing to meEmployees are very nice here and I have never had a bad experience at this location.

The bathroom smells like urine. The parking look is not the best. I don’t like how the spaces are set up…. But as far as the store goes they do a really great job with organizing things and keeping things stocked . The customer service has never been an issue. It’s always room for improvement but overall I think it’s a decent place to shop. SN: i did see a post that someone seen a rat and also had packages in the store the looked like it had been chewed on. (I didn’t witness this myself)

I went to pick up money on March 23 around 5 o' clock and this cashier needs intensive customer service training and classes of how to treat people. She didn't say Hi, thank you and not even a smile. Hey girllll! You are in the wrong place to work. I love Walmart but in a place where you receive a lot of customers at least they deserve a smile

One of the biggest retail giant with everything on board. Got a good collection for women bags,kids,electronics. good one for a wholesome shopping not for the people who wants to go in for a quick shipping with them they have got good offers and what to say I have got a good deal during black friday sale. Staffs are awesome they are very helpful.

Usually pretty busy . Mostly self check out now . Walmart are killing people's jobs . Greedy company . They will find out self checkout isn't the way to go when they start having alot more theft . People will start shopping elsewhere .

If you need an item from the pet items that is in locked case don't push button. They won't arrive to assist you. Have fun trying to find employee with a key!

Walked 4 miles to this store to make a return on a paintball gun after being told they would give me a refund only to be told the opposite. I even asked for store credit and the lazy manager wouldn't even attempt to try the barcode to help me. Horrible customer service and lazy excuses for employees. Would be zero stars if possible!

Pick-up is an epic fail. I ordered one little item and waited almost an hour for them to bring it to my car after. I initially went inside to get it and was told I have to go back out into my car drive all the way around to the back of the building just to pick up AirPods. Associates were moving slow and looked extremely annoyed. I don’t understand why email me and tell me my item is ready for pick up if it’s gonna take an hour for you to bring it to my car and why not just give it to me in the store why do I have to wait for you to bring me AirPods to a car, I’m not disabled I am very capable of grabbing my item in the store. Waste of my time.

False advertising description color size match the tag on shelf. When scan they where trying to sell it for $55 I show them it’s not what was advertised on shelf. With the worse attitude the manager didn’t correct the error. She was laughing with the other 2 that show in the picture. And having racial actitud. I’ll be contacting the BBB to report this location.

Suzanne was rude as hellThere were bags on the self check scanner. I moved them and scanned my two items and was about to pay and she walks up and says “I was working on it that’s why the bags were there”. It worked fine and all I had to do was finish paying but the way she talked pissed me off so much I just walked away. I hadn’t been to this Walmart in a long time because it was getting to be a dump. I was impressed with the new remodel and the cleanliness of the store now. Just need to train employees on customer services

If this is the lake Wylie store the pick up associates are great and so are the associates but the new layout of the store stinks! It used to flow so nicely but now everything is just all over the place.

This store is never very well stocked. Tonight all the green vegatavkes were gone. The entire section was empty. And half the dry goods shelves looked like they hadn't been stocked in days. I don't ever expect much from Walmart but come on.

The cashier lied and told me that the Heathy Food Card from Humana and Aetna and United Healthcare didn't accept Oxtails on the card and they lied it is a meat they do take using the card I wasted over 20 minutes at the register debating this and didn't win. We went to the neighborhood Walmart and we used all 3 of the cards there for the Oxtails. I can't stand being lied to like that. We won't be using that store again and I am letting everyone know about it.

Evening out @ Wal-Mart doing some 🎃Halloween 🎃 shopping🛍 for the 👧 👧 👦! I like this Wal-Mart pretty good except they carry literally NO BANGS 😥 Love my Bang Energy drink with super creatine coq10 etc. Overall good layout easy to find everything!

I wish they would open the registers and put people back to work, instead of self checkout. Always a problem with fruits and vegetables, getting the right code. I prefer human interaction.

Yes I arrived here in the pickup area around 3:55pm and my girlfriend has been waiting for one item and they claimed that one of your employees had lost my item and here it is 4:30pm so this is ridiculous and non sense and I seen over 8 vehicles arriving and got their order in no time so what's the hold up with my order

There was no carts inside for customers use. This was terrible shopping experience carrying everything in hands around the whole store. There were plenty of carts outside though, but workers were too scared of sprinkling rain to go gather those.

This used to be my favorite Wal-Mart and now I can barely find anything in stock. It's absurd. Today, they were not selling any gift cards, for any retailer not just Wal-Mart, at all and it's nearly Christmas. Poor management altogether.

This is one busy,busy Walmart, and they never,ever have enough employees to handle this store, whether it be checking out or trying to find help in the departments and get a competent answer!!!! But what are you going to do, it's Walmart and I'm still going to shop there,,, only if I have to though!!!. And getting in and out of this shopping center and trying to find a parking spot is a nightmare!!!!

Tire was punctured and I had the Walmart Tire Insurance on the tires and they fixed the tire with no charge....waited only 22 minutes! Great job guys!!! Excellent service!!!!!!!!

Theresa was very rude and was also complaining out Loud over the store phone about how much stuff we had even tho it was her idea to suspend the transaction .. Everyone else was helpful but a Team lead had to finish out the transaction and had to do damage control .. Theresa literally walked away like she wasn’t the one to help in the 1st place .. Im like committe to what your idea was & started .. The cashier Bobby Yellow tag was polite at least even tho he had to ring up over $800 worth of stuff

This Walmart store constantly has empty shelves that never seem to be restocked and normal items are kept behind cumbersome and annoying "security" shields. Even checking availability online is inaccurate and you leave disappointed.All of this makes for a frustrating shopping experience and makes me shop elsewhere.
