My rating is based on an experience today. While shopping there were some service dogs in Walmart. I support that. Then there was another customer in the store willth a full size Doberman walking the aisle. No service indicator he was agressive. Escalated to the front store rep. They stated they knew but there was nothing they could do. I didn’t know Walmart allowed dogs to come into the store eapecially when dogs with agressive behavior. Help me understand

I had a great experience today. I entered about 3:45 pm, on a Tuesday. It was very busy, full of customers. There were plenty of employees to cover the crowd. The shelves were stocked, and the lines were small. The flow was smooth. Friendly cashier at the register, and Red was great at customer service.I Entered Again, Today, 3/2/2024. This Neighborhood Market Is Very Nice. It's Clean, It's Organized, And Stocked Well. The Staff Was Very Active. Cleaning The Glass Doors Of The Dairy Cases, Stocking The Produce Department, and The Front End Staff Were On Point! No Lines To Wait In, Self Check Out Flowed Nicely As Well. I Really Enjoy Shopping Here. ✌️😎

I was missing items for the 2nd straight online grocery order. I have now had issues with the last 3 of 5 visits using online grocery. When I called to complain, I was told I could drive back to the store to get my missing item. It is not worth the hassle.

We placed an online express order with this store yesterday. The order never showed & we realized the order was never placed. My husband then placed the same order again today to be delivered between 1pm-2pm. At 2:30pm we realized the order still hadn’t been delivered. My husband looked into it & they said the driver was delayed & our order would be here between 4pm & 5pm. At 6pm when the order still hadn’t arrived my husband called but was placed on hold until eventually hung up on. By 7:00pm my husband finally talked to a “team leader” named Hunter. She informed my husband that the order we had placed had been cancelled but they still had the order at the store if he wanted to drive to the store to pick it up. My husband drove to the store to pick up our delivery order just to find out they didn’t have our order at all. He had to go inside to get the groceries we had ordered online 2 days before. After checking out we were informed our online order had been “cancelled” at 8:45pm which makes no sense since Hunter told us they had our order ready for us to pick up at 7:00. I am infuriated by the lack of customer service & the inconvenience we went through after paying a monthly fee for the Walmart express delivery. If you choose to do grocery delivery I suggest doing it with a different Walmart or a different grocery store in general. This has ruined our whole day. I waited around since 1pm today for our groceries that seem to have never even been sent out for delivery. Still haven’t got to talk to a manager but I’ll be trying to contact them again tomorrow because this is unacceptable.

As a grocery store, it certainly gets the job done. But please please train your employees better to be able to perform the financial services and customer service. I just had this very confused lady flub my transaction when I have done things like this regularly before, and now I have to go to a different location to get it finished.

The reasons why the online orders aren’t going through is because they’re too cheap and unprofessional to hire anyone. My mother’s order was “lost” for 2 days. I guess having a college degree, manager experience, and open availability is too good for your “establishment” I didn’t appreciate the dirty looks from all of the employees, who pushed carts and ran into me as if I wasn’t standing in the middle of an interview. The employees were doing absolutely nothing but standing around (a group of 8 people) all gossiping while one young female worked all by herself. Then to give someone a job position, and say the store manager has it covered? but never get a call back whatsoever. Harris teeter is much cheaper, and has way better deals. Food Lion even beats walmart by a long-shot, way more to choose from as well as faster deliveries. The store in general was absolutely disgusting, and needs to be condemned and rebuilt. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks, dirt around the food.

It was my first time and I made the mistake of going in right after church on a Sunday! It was VERY crowded.We found what we were looking for fairly and easily. I would definitely go again but hopefully at a time when it's less busy. The space seems very small and tight.

I'm not a huge fan of Walmart but it was late and because of convenience I stopped by. This was my first time inside a Walmart Neighborhood Market, not bad I must say, ample parking, clean and fully stocked. Found everything thing I needed, in fact I should have used a bigger shopping cart. Plenty of food and non food items and great prices. The only drawback I have is I had to use the self scan checkout, but being it was super late I can understand, plus the attendant was very helpful. If in that area again I'd definitely return.

Great people work there . We are regulars and if we make a suggestion like ( You need more eggs a certain brand ) The next time they have bought more. We tell them when they are totally out of something they seem to appreciate that. Keep up the great work!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Walmart Neighborhood Market until today. I showed up on time and waited 20 minutes for my pick up order before someone came out and told me they “lost my order” and that if I just cancelled it, they could replace it for me and I could come back later to pick it up. The only thing is, the app said my order was already picked up around 10 minutes after I had been waiting and I had no way of cancelling my order. I was just told to call Walmart’s help line or my bank to get my money back. I understand mistakes happen, but I felt like no effort was made to correct whatever mistake happened on their end. I fully believe they put my groceries in with someone else’s because I received messages that my order was ready half an hour before I arrived. I ended up calling Walmart’s help line to get a refund and they were more helpful than the people in the store. I also just went in to pick up the groceries that I ordered and spent an hour and a half trip at a store I should’ve only spent 10 minutes at tops. Very frustrated and disappointed.

The store is too small to move around when it is busy. Customer service never responds when I requested to speak to someone. Cashiers are not friendly or knowledgeable. Security always racial profiling you for no apparent reason. They follow you and pretend they are just a customer when you know they are trying to intimidate you so you will feel uncomfortable shopping there. Manager won’t come and assist you. Poor training at this location except for maybe the older employees. Security need to watch all people and not just people of a certain race. The store is not well stocked and no one can help you find what you need.Awful place for seniors to shop too. They don’t reinforce mask wearing, they think it’s a joke.

Its a great place to grocery shop. Not at all like the big stores which offer everything from tire and oil change to bicycles. Associates are very friendly and helpful. Prices are low and the store is clean sterile and tidy. Produce is fresh as well as the deli being well stocked and staffed. I'm very pleased with everything.

I have pretty bad anxiety, so I usually order curbside pickup for groceries. It's super easy and takes a lot of the pressure off keeping my home stocked! Last time I went I was helped by Ciera and she was amazing. Everything was packed so well I could get everything inside in one trip and without tons of extra bags for single or tiny items!

My debit card was stolen and used to purchase at this location. I immediately called the police and did a police report and spoke to the asset protection person hunter the day of. I was told to come back the next day and she would be able to check the cameras for me. I went back the next day and Kevin the manager immediately got an attitude basically telling me he wasn’t going to show me the cameras and that he could kick me out and this is within 2 minutes of me speaking to him. He told me to call the police and walked right away. Very disrespectful and especially to someone that had already been there had an open investigation and was not hostile at all. NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED!

I agree with a previous post about teenagers sitting/standing around.. usually on their phone or socializing with friends/family. Not sure what the person at door is for, since they always seem to have their head bent, all the way down, engrossed in whatever is on their phone, totally not aware of what is going on around them.. It annoys me that they basically get paid to sit on their phone.. does anyone have any ounce of work ethic anymore?

Clean! Good customer service! No begging in the parking lot like Mrytle School. Online grocery pickup is smooth, nice, and usually has everything I ordered. I've also shopped inside and it was a similar experience each time.

Overall I like this store, I usually have a fairly good experience. However, today that was not the case. I have an autoimmune disease that causes havoc on my digestive system and sometimes I can't leave the restroom. I was using the restroom here when I heard someone outside the stalls being super loud and disruptive. Talking how it was taking forever and that Walmart should've built more than two stalls, which I can agree with. The lady beside me I suppose also had some stomach issues, regardless I hears the ungodliest thing escape this woman's mouth. "You have been in there too long. Hurry up, people are waiting." I got immediately upset, her tone was sp rude. I cam out of the stall and saw a Walmart employee and another woman. Now I am unaware of who it was, I'm assuming the employee cause it sounded like the same voice. And I told her "I have a medical condition, I don't know who said that but it was very rude ." I washed my hands And then I left. I was so hurt and burned up from rhe rude interactions.

Do not offer pick up service if you’re unwilling to staff your store appropriately. The wait times are absolutely not worth it. I’m approaching 40 minutes of waiting after leaving a voicemail and speaking with an attendant twice to provide my last name. This is my third time experiencing a wait exceeding 30 minutes. I will not be returning.

I go here frequently. The store is always very clean. Prices are also good. Staff has always been friendly. I've also been able to easily make returns when necessary without being given any grief. Typically no questions are asked. I've also been able to quickly & easily pickup pkgs from the store when I've ordered online. My only complaint is I'd like a little more selection.... I guess I was spoiled by the big WM stores 😊

Love the closeness but the traffic situation is bad. Never should have been built there. Generally pleased even though they don't always have what I need. Will continue to shop there but have to pick my hours due to traffic and the high school next door.

Unfortunately I got to Walmart close to shift change... When it was time to check, out just before midnight (11:32pm), the line was already 7 or 8 people deep. Of course only one register was open. I asked one of the other employees if other registers could be opened. She responded not until midnight. My response was profane, not my shining moment of joy and Christmas spirit. I was wrong in my response. Love is always a better answer than anger or wrath, at least that's what I tell myself. The Walmart employee was non-responsive and I got back in the back of the line. I was however pleasantly surprised when about five minutes later that same employee did actually open a register. It's unfortunate that arbitrary policy at Walmart seems to, too often, fail to consider customer experience and that people have to 'show out' in order to get any of the often too few employees to break from there perfunctory tasks and spend a moment in customer care.

Neighborhood Walmart I give them a ten to shop with them locally.. if you do shop online, my recommendation is to shop online and pick it up at the store... Don't have anything delivered to your house, because that's when the mess is going to begin... The customer services okay, but the more you deal with them the more confusing they get... And it's simply not worth it over the Long Haul... So if you order online it'll be waiting on you... At the backed of the store to be picked up and you ain't got to fight the crowd's... You can go ahead and get it, and they can have someone bring it out to your vehicle for you... That's the best way to do it and that's my recommendation... But don't deal with customer service online unless you absolutely have to... And you'll find yourself taken a lot less ibuprofen LOL God bless ✝️

I've shopped here for over 2 years , but today was the very first time I feel so uncomfortable. I decide to do the self check out did light grocery shopping. The total of my items was around 60 bucks . My 2 kids are with me ,and I was the only one used the self check out . Here's the funny thing , one of the cashier watch me like a hawk she's behind me watching while i was scanning each items ,it's very uncomfortable! Then she turn around after I swipe my card to pay . For me , don't treat your customers like a thieves my goodness! This is making me thinking if I should spend my money in here for groceries next time .
