I came in right before closing. I had five minutes I went straight to where I had to be got one shirt, one pair of pants scrubs for my job. She starts yelling that they’re closed and I told her hang on ma’am. I am trying to find a pair of pants that has a tag on it, she kept running her mouth and when I went to register, she told me 17.10 and my husband said here’s $.10 for you to make it easier. She then kept running her mouth come out of the store saying she will remember my face and told me that I would like to do sexual pleasures to her , I do not know who this lady is but she is very rude. I would not recommend coming to the store at all. They are rude and inconsiderate as soon as she said they was closing all I was trying to do was get a pair of pants that had a tag on it for her . I also had two children with me so her vulgar nasty words. They got to hear also very unprofessional and very nasty and gross. I will be remembering her face too whenever I call corporate and complain on her and this store, but there was another customer right behind me that had a whole buggy full of stuff and she checked him out just fine and told him to have a good night. I only got two things and he had a huge buggy full but he got out perfectly fine Gastonia location I only have one hand I just had surgery last week and still work two jobs and I am never rude to other people she told me to wait outside for her I did 20 minutes later I just left she ain’t worth my time I wrote this review waiting on her

I absolutely love roses but my experience just now, makes me not want to go back. I hadn't even hit 8 pm yet and I decided not to get the item I had planned on. Well the lady said so are you getting this or not, I told her I was sorry but I wasn't going to purchase it. She said okay let me open the door for you not even all the way out the door, she starts to pull the door closed and it hits me on my left shoulder and elbow. That was not called for what so ever. By the time I got to my car it was 8 pm, and I was completely rushed for no reason at all.

My mom shops here I don’t !! She bought an air conditioner that went out yesterday !! She doesn’t have the receipt the lady tyneshia told her that’s fine bring it in! When she got there it was a different story the assistant manager said if it’s not in the box she can’t take it ! Like why not just keep the new box if that’s the case ? So you would’ve switched it with no receipt in a box make it make sense! Moral of the story you would let someone live without air because you act as if you own the store ! Then say call back tomorrow the manager will be here like girl ain’t you the assistant manager ! The job titles hold no weight and I highly don’t recommend you shop at the Gastonia location!

Women's restroom were disgusting Looks like they haven't been cleaned in months and out of toilet paper. When I told the girl that the register she acted like she really didn't care. No I'm sorry nothing. Store it self had stock all over the floor just messy in general.

I have worked there since I was young. Learned a lot of stuff about Retail. Worked with some of the Best Dee Soft Lines Manager for years. Rhonda Operations Manager. They have taught me a lot about Retail . I love shopping here . Have been for over 30 years. Thank you I send a lot of Business there. Roses 227 Rocks. 💯

In this time of the current pandemic, there was signage on the front doors stating mask required, however when I was in the store 2 employees had the masks on correctly covering nose and mouth, 2 had it over their mouths only, 1 had on a face shield with no mask, and the cashier that checked me out didn't have on a mask at all, there was a plexiglas partition between us. As a nurse, I do my best to protect and care for others but you are requiring something of the general public that your employees aren't practicing. I wanted to address it while in the store but since there was no protection for my safety, I chose to quickly check out and leave and not place myself at further risk. I try my best to just shop online but needed something quickly and decided to run in your store. Please enforce your rules with your employees, be the example you are asking of others.

What a nasty place!Food and drinks open on shelves, nothing is organized.Packaging of food opened and just left there as if somebody just ate some stuff and left it there.Garden area, broken items just left on the shelf.If they want to stay in business they better start cleaning up the store because it is just plain nasty and you can't even get down half the aisles because there are open boxes all over the floor. I won't be going back anytime soon that's for sure!

Yikes! None of the cashier employees wore masks, or social distanced. Didn’t enforce mask rules for customers either, imagine that? One had a mask around their neck. Looks like they may have had some decent stuff, but not worth getting sick, left quickly. Maybe after the pandemic I’ll go back.

I went into the store and a lady named Ms. Frankie was working on the floor and she helped me find some items for my grandchild that I wanted to get. She was so helpful and friendly. My grandchild loved her presents and so did I! Thanks Ms. Frankie for all your kind service!

Nasty store, employees are very unfriendly, and some of their stuff is over priced. Also the employees do not adhere to the MASK MANDATE that is in order for the state of North Carolina.
