I purchased a pet feeder from Petco. Because my son needed to feed his dog while he was in the hospital and I live 150 miles away. They offered price match. I paid $45 for original price of $110. I was very satisfied with the last who helped me. She was nice, professional and knowledgeable about the item as well as offering the discount without being asked. I would most definitely shop there again

Lauren my cashier was wonderful! She went above and offered to look online to see if what I was purchasing was cheaper(No one else was in line waiting so we weren’t holding up a line or making any one else wait) Daniel, the so called manger, comes over to do an override on the price change. Lauren wanted to verify with him the price difference she was giving with him. His response to her was “ she has held this register long enough” like I said no one else was in line so his response was rude and uncalled for. My one star review is solely based off of him. I thank Lauren for what she was doing for me and wish her all the best in her new job! I will never shop here again!

I should've known not to get fish because there was quite a few dead... Needless to say, the ones I purchased died the next day. My water parameters were fine. I'm going to have to start ordering fish online. The big box store is just not worth it at this point if they aren't going to keep healthy fish.

It was the worst grooming and store experience I’ve had. The manager is rude and aggressive. The pics are of my 8 month old puppy after a 4 hour grooming session. I received a message about 3.5 hours in telling me the groomer was just going to do a quick face, feet, and Fanny groom because my pup was becoming anxious. After that long I couldn't blame him! He had to go potty as soon as we got outside. He wasn’t dry. He was still damp in his ears and “arm pits” and feet. Very little was done to his feet… if anything.The one picture is where the groomer took a huge chunk of hair out of his ear…and NO it wasn’t a mat. I was charged initially for 1. A full groom of a long haired dog, 2. A face, feet and Fanny groom (which he wouldn't have needed if he had gotten the full groom) 3. An essentials package (that’s the works nail grinding (nail trim is part of full groom but grinding makes the nails smooth (he definitely didn’t get that, a special balm for the paw pads, and teeth brushing and special shampoo and conditioner and spritz) 4. A 5.00 charge for products (for normal shampoo etc.) O they were charging me over and over for services that my pup did not receive. Then the manager went off on me hen I called back later to very politely and calmly tried to voice my concerns and disappointment. The groomer didn’t even come out to tell me what she had or had not done. My guess is that she gave him a bath, stuck him in a cage with a fan and then came back after she groomed another dog and my pup was already stressed from sitting in a cage wet for 3-4 hours in a strange place. That’s just my opinion. What I do know is that the manager is off the chain rude.

Had the anti tick and flea dog soap by vets best that I needed. Store is well laid out and employee who rang me up was super cheerful. Great selection overall

Deanna was amazing!!! I have gone to Pet Smart for ten years, I am now going to be a loyal customer at Pet Co! I had the best customer service experience ever! Deanna went out of her way to help me and my dog. I also love the prices! Can't wait to go back for all my pets needs! Thank you again Petco!

I have used a different groomer for years but they canceled on me the day of my appointment 3 times. So I took a chance with my girls and made appointments at Petco. I’m so glad that I did. From the moment we walked in the ladies in the grooming department we swooning over my babies and they were done super quick. They girls look adorable. I wish I had gone there years ago.

My experience at Petco left me extremely disappointed. I had inquiries regarding fish yet struggled to find assistance. Eventually, I spotted two employees at the checkout counter engrossed in their phones, a practice I believe should be prohibited during work hours unless on break or for emergencies. When I approached one of the young ladies to inquire about the location of betta fish, her response seemed tinged with attitude as she merely pointed in their direction, leaving me to fend for myself. Despite finally finding the fish, my attempts to seek further clarification from the same employee were met with impatience, as she directed me to read the signs instead. Even during checkout, my interactions with another staff member were met with annoyance. It was baffling to me why they were present if not to assist customers. Regrettably, I won't be returning and cannot recommend their service to others.

Not sure who groomed my dog Levi, but they did an outstanding job. Don’t think he has ever been this clean! He smells amazing and his fur is fuzzy to the touch. Thank you so much whoever you are. Levi and I appreciate it dearly!

This Petco is my pet store of choice when I need something quick, although they don't sell the dog food that we purchase through Chewy. What I like the least about this pet store is their 10 cent per grocery bag policy to cut back on plastic waste in the environment. This gripes me more than anything about a store when they want to nickel and dime the customers for ridiculous items like this. If you want to cut back on waste, then use paper bags and don't purchase plastic. A store that steps up and takes responsibility for preserving the environment and reducing their "footprint" starts by not making those purchases and changing their buying habits, not passing the costs on to the customer to stop using them. Come on Petco...you can do better!

I will never spend my money at this store again went here to purchase a baby bearded dragon and set up employee was extremely rude regarding my tank selection and refused to sell me the lizard unless I bought the tank she approved of wich was very large and expensive she stated it needed the maximum amount of room despite being a small baby and the fact that the website is were I selected the set up kit based off the search results for "bearded dragon starter tank" it showed a 20 gallon tank wich the employee that "helped" us was not ok with and she refused to sell me the lizard and became very rude and started yelling and telling me to just leave. It was odd to me considering they had over 10 baby bearded dragons all in the same tank that was maybe 10 gallons at most so I just found it to be ridiculous and cruel. I will not go here anymore ill stick to petsmart for my supplies and be just fine just wanted to share so others can avoid this horrid customer service experience. (Also did not get the employees name as she refused to give it to me)

I won't take my dogs anywhere else and Kat is the only one allowed to touch my max she's amazing so please tip her well bc she really does take thee best care of ur animal , and dropping him off used to give me bad anxiety and now I'm totally OK knowing he'll be OK when I come get him and she knows how to style a dog too !!!!!

Great experience, staff was very friendly and helpful. I know it's hard to keep stock put out but my Dog's food is only available in the $75 bag but I can fix that by starting to order online. Love the pet snack bar and treats... great POS! Lastly, the young lady that waited on me is wonderful! Haven't seen that type of customer service in a very long time! I will be going back to Petco, for sure! Highly recommend them to anyone and don't worry about questions, go ahead and ask and they will give you a straight up answer!!

Worst grooming/store experience I’ve had with Petco. I’ve been taking my dog to Petco for grooming for years and have never had a problem until taking him to this location. It took them FOUR HOURS to bathe my dog, whereas it usually takes 1 1/2-2 hours at other Petco locations. The staff/management were extremely rude and unprofessional, so I definitely would not recommend going to this location!

I was very happy with the treatment to my Rambo my first visit and I will definitely see on the next visit in September. They reminded me constantly about the Rabies shot in every reminder. I got him from the dog pound the only complaint I had was it took so long to get a appointment. Great service and she did a great job.

If you do not know how to groom a dang Labradoodle let it be known! At the time of receiving her we did not noticed the imperfections. I will not/ NEVER recommend this store to anyone for grooming. It looks as if a kid groomed my pet. The groomer left patches of fur alone the neck line. The body is very choppy. Management needs to send them back to grooming school or reprimand the groomer! I will be getting my $75 refunded for this poor job that this groomer did to my pet!! SMH

Dr. Sharon Ferguson killed my dog giving her too much dosage of dewormer by not asking the proper questions, discriminating, and not communicating professionally I would not recommend anyone to take their dog to the vetco at this location especially seeing medical treatment for your dog from this woman she doesn’t need to practice any further I am furious and very concerned.

We took our little dog Buddy to be groomed this morning. We’ve been coming there for about a year. We got there at 10:00 for the appointment and was asked for Rabies and shot info, which is up to date. We did not have it with us, so the groomer said she could not keep our appointment and was told we would have to go home and bring it back. We have been regular customers there for the last 9 to 10 months. The lady said there could be no exceptions even though I said I would bring the updated records back when we picked Buddy up. I’m sure she as just doing her job. We are not going to make you or break you, but we will not be coming back. I was in business for over forty years and never treated my customers like I was treated, especially regular customers.

The woman behind the counter helped us tremendously and stopped us for making a bad buy that she could have made money for the company but we determined our lifestyle we couldn't have the pet we wanted and she made that helpful and clear

No one ever asks if you need help here. You couldn't even tell they had a cat Adoption center due to the boards laying up against it. As well as multiple carts full of merchandise. Absolutely a total mess. I don't care if it wasn't adoption day either people should be able to walk up and it look tidy and Clean in front of where these cats are kept. You could tell it was not a priority.

I really like Petco much better than some of the other pet supply stores in the area. Parking is always easy to find and they have handicap accessible parking right up front. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the products carried in the store are top-notch. It seems like the selection has decreased some since the last time I was there. but there were plenty of options to keep me happy. I will recommend this place and always come back.

Took my fur baby here for his 1st bath with Petco. His appt was at 3:15. We got there at 3:09. Took my chihuahua back at about 3:20 they called me at 3:43 and said he was ready for pick up. Even when I take him a bath at home it takes at least a hour. They must have rinsed him only and sprayed with freshener. He had shedding hair every where too. Notice my black pants in the picture. I won't be taking him back there. I will stick with Pet Smart.

WORST grooming experience ever. I have taken my 3 goldendoodles to several different Petco’s due to relocation and this Petco is the absolute worst. Their communication is so poor. They told us they would have the dogs done in 3 hours and 5 hours later I had not received a call as to how far along they were or that they were behind. I had to call 3 times to finally get through to someone to ask if my dogs were ok. I will never be using this Petco again and they should be ashamed by the horrific customer service their grooming department has.
