Staff were friendly and helpful. I got my washer and dryer from them. The employees did not realize that the credit offer was EITHER $600 off your purchase or 0% financing. Besides that I had good trips/visits there.

Mary and Jenna in the garden center we're so helpful! I really appreciated their knowledge and expertise let alone patience with helping us find something low maintenance for our front yard. The whole staff was very helpful, great customer service. Thank you!

Careful when you rent a tool from these people. I rented a trencher and kept it 7 hours but was charged for 24. I was told that anything kept more than 4 hours automatically went to 24. Even the guy at the counter said they were slick.

DOGS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE STOREEntitled dog owners and their pets will one day if not already cause a major problem by bringing their dogs in the store and thinking everyone else around them should be accepting. Dogs can be as unpredictable as people. Shoppers without dogs should not have their space violated and threatened because they don't want someone's dog too close to them. Some day it is going to be a bad scene with possible injuries or worse. This can be easily avoided by a change in policy perhaps only certain days dogs are allowed. Must be strictly enforced. This will help all shoppers Until then My recommendation to all non dog owners DO NOT shop at Lowe's.Until policy changes have been made.Don't be silent speak up..If Lowes don't take a look at and change the policy Lowes is basically thumbing their nose at non dog owners

Went to Lowe's to pick up mulch. Silly me expected the employees would have mercy on me and offer to help nope I loaded ten bags of mulch myself mean while other customers are saying I can't believe they didn't ask if u needed help I watched u struggle. I expressed yes my allergies are bothering me so I'm not 100% I am disappointed that no help was offered Brandon and Antonio kept disappearing and even the other customers said I'm so sorry I saw them avoiding you. Mary is the only one whom offered help. She pushed cart to my car and offered to help me unload. I could tell she was restless but she still did what she could. She is a great example of excellent customer service.Sincerely dissatisfied customer

This has to be the worst Lowe's I've ever been in. Tried to find someone to help get patio furniture, took forever and then almost an hour for him to tell us they don't have it even though their stock says they should have 4. What a joke of a store. It took 4 employees to figure out they don't have any - do better!

Bait and Switch? Used the Lowe’s app to price compare some items with the other big box store before heading out. Found out the in-store price was 25% higher. When asked I was told that Lowe’s does not price match their own app. Save yourself some grief and just shop online (probably cheaper elsewhere).

Be careful at the registers. Double check your receipt. My daughter got charged triple for one plant on Feb.6th. She didn't realize it til today when she was going through her receipts. I doubt she can get a refund. The cashier was so concerned about how my other daughter was dressed to the point she wasn't paying attention I guess. Least that's the biggest thing I remember is the stare down. 🤷♀️

Placed an online order with assembly and picked it up no problem, staff were incredibly helpful! Made a slight detour into the garden center with an overloaded cart when Chris offered help! Everyone super friendly, appreciated how personable they were and willing to answer questions - thank you!

Rented a dingo from this store for plowing grass and the machine was so poorly maintained the track had no tread and was stretched out that it fell off the sprockets. This happened on a Sunday. Mechanic showed up around 11am Monday, to try to put the track back on but instead of bringing me another machine to finish the job or repairing with proper parts they just took the machine and made no contact with me. No one has reached out to me about a refund or *****update pro desk called me to let me know they processed a refund right after I posted this review********any resolution and the job is at a complete halt. Spoke with the store manager and they refused to remedy the situation. Will never rent anything from Lowe’s again and would not recommend putting your money on the line with these people. It is clear that they do not care about the customers and will scam you before they make it right with you.

Came in, made a 1 gallon paint order, then shopped around with the family. Tried to waste a much time as i could to let the paint people do their thing. 45 minutes later, they never made our paint, so we left. Literally 9.25 hours after i ordered it i get a text that they're starting it. So i suppose my question is: Next time i order paint does it come with a hotel room to sleep in while i wait?

Yesterday, I went to Lowe’s to purchase some vinyl floor planking for my bedroom because on my app it was on sale for 20% off or 1.60 a square foot instead of 1.99. I went back in after I purchased when I realized I did not get the discount. I was told that you had to order online to get the discount, which no mention was made of this in the listing, or it was for employees only. I have never been an employee. I was passed off from one person to another with no one trying to resolve the issue. I have since learned that the app had been changed. If you are going to be in business, you need to honor the prices you put out there. I’ve been going to Home Depot but I thought I would give Lowe’s a chance because it was such a great sale. I learned if it sounds too good, it probably is. I was treated in a dismissive manner and will never darken this door again. Home Depot has far superior customer service and I will not go to Lowe’s ever again.

Most people that work won’t give you any help.All they do is point on some me in a nonsense direction like I work there. Far as helping with products it’s no help.You will get better customer service and support from Home Depot.Lowes may be cheaper by some degree but I would suggest they work on customer service so anyone can feel comfortable with DYI projects.

Lowes in Gastonia sent someone to my house. They didnt know how to install a simple dryer they plugged it in and left it two feet from the wall SO if you trust Lowes watch out for crack heads comming to your house

Selling used products. I purchased the Project Source Wet Tabletop Tile Saw and opened the box; product was used heavily. Dust and paint on the unit, rusty blade, rusty screws, scraped top. If it was marked used and discounted, people wouldn’t mind but to not verify that returned products are not used is irresponsible and lacks integrity. I do not have time to delay my project to drive back over to return it. Disappointed.

This is my favorite Lowes in North Carolina. I go to maybe 5-6 different locations but this one is special. They have a great garden center and usually have items that other locations don't have.

At least they had it praise God. Stihl stuff so rarly obtainable by us who in order to reside in the law have devoted ourselves to a life of pedestrianism. So thank you Lowes in Gastonia for staying open late enough for me to put in a full day's work and be able to obtain my replacement parts while on foot.in closing "support your local hardware store when you can"Did anybody else cry when the Fords Seed Store closed?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had the pleasure of encountering JP during my visit to the Mallard Creek (Chancellor Park Dr) Lowe's. May I add, he was the ONLY EMPLOYEE who spoke to me and gave me assistance and said hello. I was on the hunt for a specific item (which, to be honest, I didn't even know what it was at the time) it’s called “Stakes” for Realtor signs 😉 , but without even having to ask, JP approached me and expertly directed me to the exact aisle where I'd find it. His friendly and outgoing demeanor made the whole interaction a delight.If more individuals in customer service were like JP, willing to go that extra mile with a welcoming smile, I believe it would create an environment where customers are eager to return and genuinely enjoy their shopping experience at Lowe's. To be completely candid, I was having a pretty rough day, and JP managed to completely turn it around with his authenticity and warmth.Thank you, JP! I genuinely hope that Lowe's recognizes what an exceptional employee they have in you, and that you receive the acknowledgment and appreciation you deserve, possibly in the form of a well-deserved raise! (Sep 9th 2022 9:10)Had a serious issue at a gas station in Gastonia with a broken water main under the slab. I came in from a bad experience at Home Depot and met Marcus in the plumbing department! I thank God he was present! His knowledge on the product and the trade help me find exactly what I needed to resolve my issue! Thanks Lowe's and thank you Marcus! Your awesome.

Customer Service Department is the opposite of service. Called yesterday with a product issue. manager assured me hey would help me and would be quick and easy. Today i arrive and they are trying to send me to every other department, won’t let me speak to a manager, and tell me i have to go back to the original store. even though this store’s manager and the store i bought from BOTH told me to come to this location as the product was in stock here. Once i got irritated and said i wasn’t leaving until policy was honored. they suddenly are able to help me.Ever think about hiring friendly people to help already frustrated customers? How about training? People skills? Quit telling customers to go to other departments. YOU ARE WHO IS SUPPOSED TO RESOLVE ISSUES.
