Never liked this store, been years since I've been in here. Back in the day when I wanted a pair of Levi's this is where I would come, and I would pay their extra price too,!!! they still have Levi's,plenty of them!!! Exactly double what I used to pay!!!And with today's prices on everything I walked the whole store even with their discounts (so called), their prices are high on everything!!!! for the same stuff you can get anywhere else for a whole lot less. The store itself is the same layout as it was 10 years ago to me this is an old outdated store that can use a remodel on the inside and the outside. I'm not a Kohl's fan never have been, and after today never will be. I will say this the restrooms were nice though. We all love to shop, but this is one store that I consistently bypass and never think about!!!! And on my way out if you were thinking about buying something there was only one register open with 10+ people waiting to check out. I know everybody in this town grew up shopping here it's almost like a landmark, and that's the only thing if you ask me that's keeping them in business!!!!

I had a cart of items, one of which was an expensive pair of pants but the store only had one. I went to check out, but then I was told to go to customer service and they explained to me how to use the app and get the same deal as in store. She offered to show me how the app worked when the line cleared. I ended up finishing the item by the time she came up to me, but I felt very valued as a customer that she followed up on her promise. I wish I remembered her name, but the CS department was great!When I went to check out the rest of my items from the cart, Me and my partner went through Connie's line and she immediately made my experience even better!! Connie was energetic and engaged in conversations with us which made us feel welcome and appreciated. She ROCKED!!Only negative was walking from one register to the back of the store to CS and then back to the register just to check stock of an item. The Friendliness of everyone I met along the way made up for this inconvenience. Overall, I walked away with a great experience and an appreciation for the store's staff!!

My cashier, Connie was extremely helpful to me in checking out. I’m disabled and on oxygen. I bought a small oven and she asked me to drive up to the front door and her and another associate loaded the oven and the bag of other merchandise I had purchased. Very friendly and caring associates! Excellent service!

Couldn't get out of there without giving my driver's license number, social security number & signing up for a credit card. All I wanted was to buy underwear. Didn't buy a thing. Won't go back.

We visited Kohl’s in the evening on Black Friday last week. The store was remarkably in really good condition considering the crowds that were surely there earlier in the day. I was saddened when Kohl’s stopped carrying my two favorite clothing lines so I don’t visit the store nearly as much as I used to. Still, I do occasionally. I was also surprised to see that the employees were still friendly after what I’m sure was a long day.

Love the prices and sales. The employees are very friendly and apt to help. The only thing was that it was hard to find a regular men's tee shirt with pockets. I finally found 3 different kinds after 2 1/2 hours searching. But I did find 3 different ones. Other than that. A lot of good things, quality products, and many varieties. Shoes, home furnishings, decor, clothes for everyone, jewelry, perfume, and much more. Also, clean handicap accessable bathrooms.

Had a Amazon return I took it to the Amazon return.The lady working had her backed turn doing something else she knew I was standing at the counter she finally said I will be right with you And continue to do what she was doing finally she ask how she could help me I had only returned one package ever for Amazon she was very very rude about the information I needed I just walked out and will take my returns to the ups store

This is my third visit to this location but this was my first pick-up order. It was super easy to place my order online and I received an email about where and when to pick-up my order by. The pick up location is in the back right side of the store, by customer service. It is self serve so you don’t need to find an employee.

This was always my favorite Kohl's until they revamped the store. My two favorite departments were jewelry and purses, both of which are downsized to very little merchandise. It could have been a five star store otherwise.
