Had to ask my kids to wait outside while attempting to pay for my order because they hired an idiot to operate the register. This person started blasting vulgar music in front of my 6 and 8 year olds, and when asked to lower the music he just gave a stupid look and did nothing.

This family dollar is run down and crowded with all kinds of stuff. Store is messy and nothing seem to flow well. This moring I went in the store and this old women was rude to me. I wanted to exchange a toy I brought my son for his birthday less than 24 hours and she say they couldn't exchange it. To me that is the big stores stealing money from the little people. I can't never run a store this way because it because of people like me that makes a store and keep the doors open.

I pulled up to this store at 940 PM the Lady with DreadLocks ran to the door and locked it. I walked up to the door just to make sure the other door wasn't open but indeed they were both locked. The fact that she was so rude to lock the door while seeing my car pull up and walk towards the door shows the level of customer service this store holds. I will not be shopping at this location any longer. I hope management see this review and train their staff to close doors at the appropriate time and not earlier for their convenience.

Don't count on getting Cash back, they change each day on whether you can get cash back or not. I stop by here frequently because I work nearby, and I waste a portion of my 30 minute lunch just waiting in line because typically there is only one cashier no matter how many people are in line. And hopefully the cashier doesn't make a mistake or need a void because they will have to yell to the manager that is restocking to come and over ride it. If this wasn't the closest walking distance option to my work, I would go somewhere else. The staff is usually nice and courteous though.

Poor Management! Yes, my Mother works here and she is the only one that works and cares about her job and that store. Her manager Keisha leaves her there to run the store alone when her employees call out. My Mother is dedicated and shows up every shift and works other shifts when all other employees call out. She has to call the police there all the time because of unruly customers and it is very unsafe to have one person working alone. I’m sure Keisha wouldn’t be there alone, she’d call my Mother….I will be calling corporate to make a complaint. This is unacceptable and I’m sure it’s against policy for Family Dollar!!! For the one star rating, I have to leave one or otherwise I can’t leave a comment. This store and Manager is not worth the one star!

Nicole is always very nice and professional on every visit! I appreciate how she ask for you money by saying "May I please have $XX.XX." Unlike most people just tell you your total and NOT ask you for YOUR $$! To me that makes a world of difference on whether I will visit a store in the future. Thanks again Nicole!

Horrible service! Bought a can of store brand peanuts. Opened the can and the taste was horrible. I went to exchange the next day and manager said that i couldn't even though the label promised a 30 day freshness guarantee. It only cost 3 or 4 dollars so the money wasn't the problem. It was the principal. Why lie... dont warranty your products unless you plan to honor them. Dollar General on Cox near the hospital is my new neighborhood discount store of choice.

Look like they can use more workers, the shelves were quite bare. Several isles you could go down because of freight. Plus there was only one checker & a long enough line.I give it a 2 star.

This is a great place to shop staff make you feel welcomed unlike some of the other places. Even when some customers can be rude and say some uncalled for things because they don't get there way the staff keep a positive attitude and I go there almost everyday

Terrible customer service and the store is a mess. Clerks are standing around talking when they should be cleaning the store. The clerk asked me to put up the one and only basket that was in the store. Staff is lazy and rude and I will not spend my money in that store again.

The store is very cluttered and seems there is no order for the items that should be, in my opinion, all placed together in a certain way. It was just very confusing and the aisles were very narrow which also causes it to seem dark. In other words, maybe they should do a complete store overhaul and have a plan that would appeal to a wider audience of shoppers. I probably won't shop there again.

Mediocre customer service,multiple cashier's at registers and only one of the multiple registers open while a bunch of chit chatting ignoring the purpose to expedite the process of checking out for the customers, the stocking and or ordering of new stock, example Marlboro menthol black 100s never in stock, about every time I have visited name brand 2 liter drinks were almost completely out, lucky to get a Dr Pepper. There is a bad theft problem there door anti-theft protection sounding off multiple times while shopping, and the cashier's dont even try to follow protocol in order to pass savings on to other customers, instead pass the inflation on to customers caused by multiple products stolen daily costing the shoppers more for the products they purchase. It's a 3 ring circus there...my opinion is go to family Dollar elsewhere...

This location is horrible! Employees are rude! Shopping in there the place looks and feels like a dump! I asked if they had a restroom and apparently they don’t? Feel bad for the employees if they have to use one! I know I was being lied to!

God forbid the beer coolers stop working. Plenty of cold beer to buy but when it comes to things like milk or other cold items......... Coolers have been broken for weeks now.
