We use Dog Pro Services for basically everything! Grooming, Boarding & most recently we signed up for the Board & Training Program for our crazy 3 year old Goldendoodle!Winnie has always been groomed here since she was a puppy and we are always left extremely satisfied and happy with how clean and well groomed she comes back home. Especially, at an amazing price for a doodle!We’ve left her boarding from short weekends up to an entire month and she’s extremely well taken care of. We even receive pictures and videos of her throughout her stay. I love that we can bring her bed and toys so she has her things from home. She always comes home with a fresh groom and they even go as far as washing her bed too.The Board & Training Program is AMAZING!!! Will’s training facility really is great and although we just picked her up - we can see such amazing progress already. Will & his team worked with her not only on basic training but resource guarding. Will took his time and didn’t give up on her, where other trainers might have. He has provided us the tools and techniques for us to be successful moving forward. We love that he went out of the way and cooked her special treats for her dietary needs and you can just tell Winnie was happy and really enjoyed her time with them.We really look forward to bringing her to their Doggie Daycare during the week to keep her socialized in a safe environment!We highly highly recommend Dog Pro Services. Will & his team really do love the dogs and it shows in their work!!

I love this place! I've been coming heresince my border collie was a puppy andhave never left without a smile on myface. Will & his team are without a doubtthe best groomers you'll find inGastonia. The owner Will makes sureyou get what you want and is verycommunicative with you (especially ifyou are a nervous pet parent like me lol!)I'll never go anywhere else, thanks againto Will & his team!

After just moving here from Pennsylvania and did not know the area at all, was told about Dog Pro Services. After taking my dog Cody here, it’s by far the best place! They are so nice and friendly and having an elderly dog with some health problems. I know I can trust he is in good hands! Thanks gang at Dog Pro Services, We will back for sure!

Today was my first time taking my 5 month old shipoo to be groomed. Loved them and the job they did. Very nice people and they were very good with him. They cut him to fit his personality Will go back!

We took our shih tzu's here a few weeks ago. We had rescued them, and requested for both to be shaved seeing at they were matted. Their paws and legs were not trimmed noticeably. Their bodies were not shaved after we requested for them to be shaved. The fur on their ears that were trimmed are not even, nor the fur on their face. On our male, one side of his mouth where the fur is, is trimmed shorter than the other.The tails were not trimmed AT ALL, even though we were expecting a full groom.Overall, the job was horrible. Their fur has grown back a bit since then, but it's still noticable.I do not recommend taking your pets here. We will not be returning.

I’ve brought my dog Bella here for a while now and Will and his team do an absolute great job. My dog is a talker and he’s never complained to me about it. Will is a great guy and will provide excellent service to you and for your pet. My dog know she’s look good when Will gets done with her

Moved from Charlotte 5 months ago and took my baby for the 1st time. I have to admit, out of all the places I've been to over the years. This has to be the 1st place that was able to deliver a hair cut and shape that really enhanced her features perfectly especially since she's a mixed breed. I loved the scent they used on her too! I'm very pleased with the outcome and will be back in the future.

Dog Pro Services goes above and beyond in trying their best to please customers. Will, the groomer is so gentle with my shy dog and does a great job consistently! He did such a good job with my boy Dexter. He will definitely be coming back. He has skin issues and the bath they gave him not only had him smelling good, but his skin was soft and smooth. I could tell he felt better as soon as I picked him up.

Dog pro services not only showed me my new career path by showing me how to be the best of the best at grooming, but also showed me how to truly love and care of all animals. They have showed me how to have patience with our clients and treat them as they are our own fur baby. They love what they do, and their beautiful work shows great talent. Will is awesome at communicating and keeping it very professional! He responded quick and was able to answer any questions that I had. I definitely appreciate his patience! He was my little 4 month old puppy's FIRST groomer! She came back smelling so sweet, fluffy, and with the cutest cut! My pup is a little toy poodle and she came back looking clean and fresh. Nails cut everything was perfect. I definitely would recommend him for grooming (I don't have experience with him as a trainer). Pictured below.

Thank you to Will and everyone at Dog Pro Services who played a hand in training my 9 month old puppy. Jett is noticeably more obedient and follows commands much better. I was concerned for his separation anxiety-he constantly whined, cried and barked when left alone even for brief periods of time. I came home from work his first morning back expecting him to be crying as it was lightening/raining and he was crated in a room away from the other dog in the household (conditions that would normally be very distressing for him), but he was just lying in his crate calmly and quietly. The household is much more pleasant due to him being more manageable and the trainers provided him with a great foundation for us to continue at home. I highly recommend Dog Pro Services for all training needs!

Will is absolutely the BEST period!!! Will has been grooming my dog for years. My dog is now a senior dog and Will makes him look like a show dog. Everyone at his shop is nice. I have even boarded my fur baby with Will. Each time Will and his staff have provided excellent care for him.

The level of care and dedication Will gives is remarkable! I came to know him from a friend who had a dog with behavioral issues. He is an exceptional trainer with effective techniques he taught my dog and I that worked quickly with some consistent practice. I also boarded my dog with him and was comforted to hear a detailed description of how she did and how Will's family also gave her some extra attention. All this is done for a fraction of what I expect to pay. I highly recommend Will for training and/or boarding services.

I took my rescue boy to Dog Pro because of the reviews.....he was in terrible shape with huge mats all over his body and his nails were so long it hurt me to see them. My Chester looks like a completely different dog!!! Will was amazing! The great reviews are 100% justified!!! Definitely going to be my groomer from now on! Thank you so much for making my sweet, scared boy not only look beautiful but I can tell that he feels so much better!!! Many, many thanks!!!! ❤️🐾❤️🐾

Wasnt satisfied with the services. I could tell my dog had been kept in his kennel most of the time because he was very sullen and quiet, which is not his usual behavior. His leash and toys smelled very mildewy when i picked him up. I could tell he hadnt eaten or been taken out by the time i had picked him up at noon. Wish i hadnt left a tip before noticing these things, as it wasnt deserved. Needless to say, I will not be using them in the future.

My Wheaten pup Finnegan had his very first grooming experience with Will and company and I couldn't be happier that I found these folks! It is also my first dog needing grooming services so he won't become a matted mess. Will explained what to keep an eye on and took the time to make it a very positive introduction for my little guy. I am extremely satisfied with the services I received here. My two dogs had a four night stay which I was only able to do because of Wills fantastic prices. He went above and beyond for them and I could not be more grateful. This was during a very stressful time, but knowing they were being taken care of took a weight off my shoulders.

They are very nice and did a great job with my doggos. I dropped them off, and the washing area is behind closed doors so didn't/couldn't see that part of the process. At any rate, the pups came away sqeaky clean and happy. I will definitely use them again for grooming services.

We have used Dog pro services twice now and have been so pleased with them. We gave them a challenge with our quarantine doodle the 1st time and they handled him fantastically. Went again for maintenance and grooming and our boy looks AMAZING! Definitely recommend!!!

We researched trainers for several months before choosing Dog Pro Services. We have only had one session with Will but I am amazed at how different our two Chihuahuas are in such a short time! We have 2 rescues who were neglected, abused, and didn't know a thing about how to behave. Our boy was terrified of a leash and now we can have one around him and he won't care! We went from accidents in the house daily to not a single accident. They even have learned basic commands like sit and lay down!

First time taking my little girl here and I love the way she turned out to be. Already booked a second appointment here and I know he’ll do a great job. I only wants best for my baby. Therefor, I definitely recommend bringing your four legged friends here’s! He does an amazing job and the price is affordable!
