2/3/23Pharmacist and pharmacy technician were both very helpful and friendly. It was very busy and they took the time to acknowledge everyone and got us all taken care of quickly.I am retired military and they helped me find my tricare insurance info to get my discount on the medication.Excellent customer service.I believe the pharmacist name was Shauna and the pharmacy technician was Derynae.

Location closes drive thru whenever they deem convenient. Everyone knows pharmacists are overworked and pharmacies are slow. This place has had 4 pharmacists with no line and I've still waited 10 minutes with my prescription filled and ready. It's the laughing, eye rolling, and attitude that gets the 1 star.

Derynae was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me when I had questions and concerns with my daughter’s medication. She made my day with her sweet smile and her kindness. I will continue to use this CVS and hope to see her again!

Pharmacy sat on my refill for pain medications that my doctor had called in for two days before notifying me it was ready for pickup. Meanwhile I went without. Communication needs to improve. I have been using this pharmacy for years and never had a problem until my surgery.

I did not want to do this but here it is! Until the regular pharmacist comes back off of maternity leave or the this crew at least gets their act together enough and has enough decency to the ringer back on the phone in pharmacy I am going to Hudson. I finally drove there to talk to someone after hours waiting on the phone. Told them about the phones. No apologies. No nothing about it is messed up nothing. After a week went again same thing. I hinred you must have turned the ringer off. None of them looked up at me. None of them said oh no it is messed up still! Going to Hudson! This rating stand till the 5 new people can try to do what one person and 2 regular staff members could do blind folded! We miss you Sam and the old crew!!!!!

This place is rough. The pharmacy is so under resourced that it should not be open. There is a basic level of service that is not being met. The staff is not at fault and they are doing the best with the bad situation corporate is putting them in. One of the worst locations I’ve ever been in.

Never answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold until you hang up. Hours wasted, avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

Customer service is good, with a helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately I use this store for only one item per month and no matter how many times I come here for that item and talk to management about keeping it in stock it is always out of stock. Luckily that leads me to buy two smaller packs which they sell me for the price of the large pack which results in me getting more for less. A good deal for me but they still need to work on stock levels. It's a store brand item which means their profit margin is better so it's in their best interest to keep it on the shelves. Also as a monthly shopper I can't use the deals and coupons from their CVS card because they expire in two weeks. That's not fair to loyal monthly shoppers.
