I was at this store on Thursday March 21st. The lady ahead of me forgot to give the cashier her coupons and he refused to redo her order. He argued with her and said, I could, but I'm not going to. The lady was about to cry. He was so mean. I told him that he should have fixed things for her. He said well, she had already paid. I could have, but I didn't want to. Then he looked at me and said, so what do you want me to do? Ring your things up? My vitamins were sitting in front of him. I thought, why else am I standing here? Then I said actually no I don't. I put my vitamins up and left. He was horrible. Big kid with a very bad attitude. I won't be back to this store. The people at the CVS on Hudson are always nice. I usually go to the one in Clover anyway.

I'm only giving the CVS location 5 stars because of the sweet lady manager "Melody" who's always very helpful and goes above and beyond solving any in-store or online order issues.The front check-out associates are friendly as well.As far as the pharmacy,I don't get any prescriptions filled but I can see why they get such bad reviews..They very rudely hangup when the call was transferred to them instead of the front store,they could have at least transferred the call but instead of saying a word after the mishap, they simply hung up, PRETTY DAMN RUDE!!

Pharmacy experience is terrible. The staff is rude, won’t address questions pertaining to their terrible customer service. Sadly this is the closest CVS location to my house or I’d go somewhere else. If you can help it, don’t come here

Do not use this pharmacy, they have terrible customer service, inefficient and unprofessional. The pharmacy staff has a very bad attitude. I heard that several people have the same problem. I don't understand how that place is still open

Love shopping at my local CVS. I have never had a bad experience here. If I need help finding something or questions about certain items, the staff are very friendly and never try to rush me or act like I am bothering them & that's pretty important I think. Also, they are so good if something needs to be returned or replaced. One of the most important things that I appreciate is their coupon system. Even if a product seems to be a little more expensive than another place I end up saving money because of the coupons. On many, many occasions I end up saving 50% off on my total purchase - amazing, right? Another great benefit is the Care Pass membership. I pay an annual fee and every single month I get a $10 coupon that can be used on anything. $10 x 12 months = $120 and the annual membership costs less than half of that! I love it! So, thank you CVS for great service, great products and great savings! My CVS location is the corner of Court Drive & Cox Rd.

This is the rudest CVS location I've ever been to and that is saying a lot. There is one maybe 2 people in the pharmacy that don't treat you like they hate their job and you are an idiot. Maybe it's because they are so close to the hospital or something. I don't know. My company uses CVS Caremark for prescriptions but after the past few months I'm going to switch pharmacies.

Prescription was called in 9/20. Went there twice and was told they were working on it. Go back today 9/21 @ 11:30am and was advised it was being filled to come back in 30 minutes. Go back @ 1pm, it's still not ready. Was advised to come back in an hour. Go back at 3:30, still not ready so instead of wasting another trip, we call. They said it still wasn't ready, I was placed on hold while she checked with the pharmacist in how much longer. I've been holding for over an hour. The whole pharmacist team needs to be replaced.

Bad attitude which mad me soooo upset I tried to hold my composure but asking me to come inside after I always give my card through the drive through and the bald head black lady with blond hair SUCKS!!!!!! Decided to take the other people card in the window when I asked her how come I couldn’t do the same her answer was she didn’t want me to hold the line up!!!!!! What????

Amanda in the Pharmacy was absolutely spectacular! She helped us get our prescriptions at a much lower rate with one of those GoodRX cards or something similar and it was a lifesaver! We saved over $70 on just one prescription and she was a lovely individual to speak with

Pharmacy people horrific. Went to use my United Health Card . Stood in line for over the counter supplies. You are allowed $50 a quarter. Get to cashier and was told they don't accept this card. Didn't even try to scan it. Didn't even take it from my hand. I was embarrassed in front of the rest of the people waiting. Got outside and called United Healthcare and asked them where could I use the card and they said that the CVS where I am at accepts their card. Nothing to say about CVS other than just plain uncaring jerks .

Worst pharmacy on earth!!! I've been waiting on a prescription for 2 days and they don't want to call the doctors office to fix the directions of the medications. They just don't care about anything or anyone!!!Las person I spoke to was London or something similar to that name. I told her to please help because I am in a lot of pain and she said no, we did out part. I just can't believe how there are still people so heartless out there.This call was March 14, 2023 at approximately 6:30pm.

They're always super helpful and nice! I was previously using Walgreens for my prescriptions but that location was HORRIBLE and never had the prescription ready on time or there was always an issue. Since I switched to CVS, everything has gone so smoothly and so fast! They've been amazing!

Terrible exprience withthe Pharmacy Clerk this evening ... she was EXTREMELY RUDE ... started up an argument just so she can hang up on me ... inwhich she did!!! She claimed I was yelling at her & she hung up the phone (I was NOT yelling at her)... she had a REAL NASTY DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE from the start of the conversation! Shehas issues & should not be dealing in customer service AT ALL!!! This DISRESPECTFUL RUDE lil girl (she's NO lady) was looking to do exactly want she intended to do! Hang up! Mind you this was the 3rd time I called! The 1st time no help, I was told to go to the website, the website said that I can call to have a prescription delivered ... I called back, was placed on hold and disconnected ... 3rd time I had an encounter with the Nastiest person on the face of the earth! I was justtrying to get my husband's prescription delivered (who is a Cancer patient and very ill) There was no way or reason to be treated in such a manner! I pray the conversation was recorded! I will contact corporate office!!! I see why the ratings at this location is 2.1 .. my husband had to be sent to the emergency room do to lack of his medication ... can you believe they even suggested that I have a neighbor to come pick it up his medication, Unbelievable!!! He was very ill and could not be left alone! So insensitive! I will be bringing up charges!!! This CVS pharmacy needs a whole NEW STAFF! THEY ARE HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!

Three different times, three different women being hateful & with bad attitudes in the pharmacy. They say their app doesn't matter with your prescriptions but the app is CVS. I just transferred all my prescriptions out of their pharmacy & will not EVER use CVS again. The women act like it's a hassle taking care of customers. Maybe they should get a different job & not be in customer service if they don't want to help people. I'd give zero stars but i makes you pick one to leave a review. Horrible service. Horrible attitudes.t

This is a very disheartening pharmacy… the other day I was told on the phone to show up at 12:30 for my medication. It wasn’t there when I arrived at 2:30 and then the “certified” pharmacist in there began demanding with me that it was a narcotic. I tried to clarify that it was ADHD meds and in no way any opiate/opioid compound but they just stood there in their super special lab coat insisting that it was “narcotics” and corporate said so. Don’t ask them, they just work there!P.S. I am currently still waiting for this prescription to arrive.

Taking blood pressure medicine is a significant need for me and my pharmacy not having it on hand to make a refill is a concern. This just happened to my husband...his prescription could not be filled as his CVS was out of the drug he needed. And after checking with my long-time physician’s office they made a very astute comment...do not use CVS . They’re just not reliable. Both doctors use independently owned pharmacies. So what’s up CVS with all that? You just lost my confidence in your services...will be finding another.

I consistently have issues with the pharmacy at this location. They are often closed at times that I can come. You would think the pharmacy closest to the hospital would have longer operating hours. Also, I placed a refill online for a medication two days before I needed it and selected 10 am as the pick up time. I went to the pharmacy on the scheduled date at 11:30 am, but the prescription WAS NOT ready. I had not received any kind of notification that there would be a delay. When I asked why it wasn't ready, the reply I got was "well, we are still working on prescriptions from yesterday." I work in a customer service job, and if I had given a reply like that, I would no longer be employed. From now on, I'll be using a pharmacy other than this one!

Techs are extremely condescending and dismissive. Customer service is awful. This is truly the worst pharmacy staff and I question the training methods. The lack of compassion, respect and general customer service skills is borderline abusive. I’ve had so many issues that I finally decided to go elsewhere. To the pharmacy staff (strictly): you are here to help people in all facets from common colds to mental health, stop treating people like they are an inconvenience and start doing your job.Or just quit.

My daughter died and my Dr office called them to fill my medication early they called twice and this drug store said they didn't this is the most rude drug store I've ever been to and they hang up on you or they just don't pick up there phone but this is the worst place I've ever been to they lie to you and I even wanted my medicine sent to another drug store and they want even do that right now there saying they did yes one medicine was and I have more and now they say they don't have any of my medicine except the one my Dr approved to be filled because it's a new medication I have to get it here and I really don't want to have to deal with these rude people but I have to but I have to call again tomorrow to get it filled because they couldn't do it today now I have to deal with them again tomorrow I just hope they don't come up with another reason why they can't fill my medication because I have to bury my daughter tomorrow but I guess I'll see because first thing in the morning I'm calling them

Terrible customer service at the drive thru my brother had some Meds called in for his insomnia it was a 30 day supply. His insurance wouldn't cover it as it wasn't the normal 90 day supply he usually gets. They kept saying they never spoke to the doctor even though we just got done talking to the doctor where the doctor said they just called it in for him meaning the doctor just got done taking with the pharmacy. So they're liars don't recommend going there instead go to Sentry Drug Pharmacy in Stanley they have excellent customer service.

If we could leave a negative star we would. The employees are super rude and disrespectful. The supervisor hung up on my husband. I will NEVER use another CVS. It is just sad this is what customer service has become in our country. To top it off they do not support the men and women who give their lives for this country. Just disgraceful.

Never on time with prescriptions. Minimum wait is atleast 2-3 hours. The pharmacist is rude and will get angry if you press the call button even after waiting 10+ minutes in the drive through. This pharmacy has gone completely downhill and someone should make some changes. Everytime I come here to get a script filled i sit in the drive through for atleast 30 or more minutes.

Pharmacy staff are completely rude , you call meds in and they give you a pickup time but it's never ready and they lie and claim they just got the prescription in which had been there for over 2 weeks... waited 2 weeks on them to get an insurance approval and they still haven't done so on my grandmother's medicine. And they act like serving you is a complete inconvenience even though that's what they are paid to do... would not recommend this location for Pharmacy, the store staff and managers are friendly so of you just want to shop for non Pharmacy items I would recommend.

if I could give this store a negative rating I would! I have been using this store for over 5 years just because it was convienent for me, but I finally switched to a different store (not a CVS).The staff at this store are rude! If you need a medication soon you can forget it! I have had to wait 4 or 5 hours on my sons medicine! The pharmacist never talks to me or asks if I have any questions about a new medicine.

The pharmacy has been awful lately. My son has seizures and I was told 3 different times the medication was ready but when I got there it wasn't. They didn't even apologize neither time for me wasting gas coming up there!
