We were on vacation in Gastonia, and planning for a two nights getaway in Charleston, Our Airbnb owners refered Bubbles & Bows. I called left a detailed message. The next morning Mrs Debbie met with me and Cooper to ensure he would enjoy his time at Bubbles & Bows. Mrs Debbie agreed to keep Cooper for 3 days and two nights. My wife and i had piece of mind leaving Cooper at Bubbles & Bows. Very welcoming, Mrs Debbie ans her staff love dogs, you can feel it. The installations are cleaned, colorful a positive "vibe" all around. My first impressions were correct, Cooper had a great time! A+++ for the "Spaw"Thank you Bubbles and Bows! I was standing in line with other pet parents waiting to pick up my baby, the man standing in front of me welcomed me like I had known him for years; he said "this place has been such a blessing." While at the time I nodded and agreed beyond thankful I had just squeezed into an opening for a new member. Now, almost a year later, blessing does not even begin to describe it. This place completely changed mine and my dog's life. Once a wild 8 month old with zero training squeezing in between fence posts to now a social butterfly. The socialization with all the different types of dogs is amazing, the grooming at another place he would always fight to go in, now he rushes through the door to get to Mrs. Deb. I was at my wits end with him being destructive and not listening and training lessons were my last attempt before rehoming him. Almost instantly he stopped destroying things just by starting daycare and then the training on top of everything, well, I honestly cannot believe it is the same dog. After just the first day of training I started to tear up because she had him heeling right beside her and starting to stay on command; I never thought he would get to that point. Co-workers pass my phone around at work to see all the amazing pictures and many have commented they wish they had a place near them like this and was wondering if they could find one. I always apologize to them and said, "I'm sorry but there is no other place like this." I don't think there are enough words to describe how absolutely grateful I am for this place. I honestly can't say I know another place where their passion and kindness show through their work everyday. Even hours away from relatives, I feel like I have a family a few minutes up the road.

I’m a new dog owner. My vet recommended Bubbles and Bows. From my first phone call, Deb was so inviting and excited about getting to know my puppy. She expressed many times how important it is to her that my puppy becomes excited about going to daycare..and that meant a lot to me. It said that she already wanted to take care of and love my little Georgia. We are now training and I’m amazed how far Georgia has come. I will leave Georgia for the first time in a few weeks and I couldn’t feel more comfortable with leaving her in Debs hands. I won the doggy daycare lottery when I found bubbles and bows!

Finnegan has-been a part of the Bubbles and Bows pack since he was 6 months old. Ms Deb and company make sure he feels comfortable at his home away from home with plenty of activity and fun. He bounds out of the car with excitement to go play with his canine pals. And I have peace of mind that my little buddy is in good hands while I'm working or away.

I so love bringing my dog to bubbles and bows!! Great place to bring your dog if you want them taken well taken care of! Debbie is the best and loves those dogs that she keeps all the time and plays with them! In the summer she has a pool that is great for your pet to go swimming and have all the fun times at Bubbles and Bows!

We adopted Copper from a shelter and immediately found that he had some pretty severe behavioral issues. After a few months, I was almost ready to give up...he had been kicked out of another doggy day care, whined & barked all the time, had broken out of several crates and couldn't be left alone at home for even a few minutes without destroying everything. As a last straw, I just happened upon Bubbles & Bows during a search online and gave them a call. I was in tears talking to Deb about him, and she agreed to give him a chance. We immediately started obedience training with Deb, which helped immensely. We would talk a lot about how best to help him and we literally tried EVERYTHING Deb could think of. Copper ended up needing some medication to help with his issues, but Deb never gave up on him or me. Now finally, after only a few months, we are amazed at how wonderful he's doing. Deb, Doug and their facility is the absolute best around. You can see how much they truly care about all the furbabies that come there. It's not just a big room or fenced-in area with a "babysitter"...they interact with the dogs and work with each one based on their needs. Copper gets so excited on the days that he goes to day care. I'm not sure where we'd be if we hadn't found Bubbles & Bows. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Bubbles & Bows Tropical Pet Resort and Spa is the only place I feel comfortable enough to leave my fur baby. The facility is well kept, and the staff is superb. Ms. Deb has a natural gift and it shows. I enjoy visiting Bubbles & Bows’ Facebook page to view the daily posts. It’s my way of living vicariously through the pups that are enjoying life, the water, and the all-inclusive perks!

We have been using the services of Bubbles and Bows for many years! I have never been disappointed or worried about the care that is given to my dog. Ms. Deb is meticulous in making sure that all the dogs who come for a stay are up-to-date on their vaccines/health and makes sure to get good information on behavior and interactions so they can run, play, and swim. I know that she wants to make sure that my dog, as well as all of her other visitors, has a safe and fun time under her watch.Ms. Deb also shows concern and interest in the owners. After the death of my dad, Ms. Deb called to simply express her sympathy and assure me that our dog was doing fine so we could focus on our family. She sincerely loves her job, the dogs, and the families she serves. I recommend Bubbles and Bows to everyone who wants worry-free care for their dogs!

Our family is so blessed with the care and love our dog Sammy receives at Bubbles and Bows! He is a regular for Doggie Day Care and is so excited when I ask him if he wants to go see Miss Deb. Deb does an awesome job at grooming and once in a while Sammy gets the Spa treatment with a massage! Whether it’s a Day Care or an extended vacation stay we always know Sammy will get the best care and feel loved while we are away. He is loved and always has a home away from home! I have been using Bubbles & Bows for as long as I can remember and never have I ever been disappointed!Ms. Debbie ensures that my dogs and any other dogs in her facility are well taken care of and have everything they need. She loves these babies like her they’re her own.Not only does Bubbles & Bows provide a fun and safe time for your pets to play and swim but they also provide exceptional grooming. I would never trust anyone else besides Mrs. Debbie to groom my doodles. She does an outstanding job and truly takes her time working her magic on my babies!I have recently put my Golden Doodle, Max, through 1:1 obedience training. Not going to lie, Mrs. Debbie and I both thought we were going to have to send him back when we first started (joking). Max was eager to learn but he was very stubborn at first. After this 6 week long training, my dog and I have changed so much and all for the better. I never thought I would see this happen. Mrs. Debbie is very patient, determined, and accommodating. She never once gave up on us and honestly she was the light at the end of the tunnel that kept pushing me forward. If I ever had any questions, she was always available. She truly wants the best for your fur baby and your family. This training, guidance, and assurance from Mrs. Debbie means so much to me, my family, and of course Max!Mrs. Debbie absolutely loves her job, all of her fur babies, and their families. If you’re looking for a place that wants to learn and get to know your dog individually as well as your family then look no further. I don’t feel like just a client when I go to Bubbles & Bows, I feel like family. I have two golden retrievers and just recently started taking my pups here. Let me tell you, I love the work that the staff does here. I have taken my older golden to so many different places and when I pick him up he always looked like they had rushed just to get him out to get another client in. Bubble and Bows is the first place I have taken him to that you can tell they take their time and love their job. They talk to you to find out what you would like done. You feel more like family than just a client here. My golden looked great! Then I brought my younger pup here and if I could figure out how to post pictures I would show you how cute she looks after she was here!! It was her first time to the groomers and the staff took their time with her and made her first visit the best ever! I love this place and I will be bringing my pups back her and I highly recommend you do the same.

We love Bubbles & Bows! We moved to the area a few years ago and our vet recommended them. We were impressed from the very start. We know Ms. Deb loves our dogs almost as much as we do. We used to have an older blind dog and on his first visit, Deb gave him so much special attention, walking him around the play areas and showing him where to go. We feel so relieved every time we go on vacation knowing our dogs are having the time of their lives just like us. I especially love that they get to swim and we get picture updates throughout their stay!

The staff at Bubbles and Bows was very quick to respond to my message and worked with me to schedule a time for my pup to come check out the place within days of my initial phone call. They have worked amazingly to help her overcome some of her shyness (raised in quarantine, so limited opportunities for socializing). She loves going and playing with all of her new puppy friends. It’s an amazing facility that helps my little girl get out some of her energy. I know when I leave her that she’s in good hands with people that will love her as much as I do. I also love that they can take care of all of my puppy’s needs - from daycare to grooming to boarding. I would highly recommend Bubbles and Bows to anyone looking for an all inclusive puppy resort.

I want to thank Bubbles and Bows for everything and getting us in on very short notice. Debbie tells it like it is and I love that about her. She has a kind heart and it is apparent that caring for these animals is her top priority. I am very thankful that B&B has chosen to watch our dogs for 9 days and my mind is at ease. We have been with Bubbles and Bows for years! We trust the love and passion Ms. Deb has for our pup and all other pups. We know that our dog, Miller, is always taken care of and also has fun swimming and socializing with his friends! I love that we can see what he’s up to and that we are able to honestly and openly communicate about his high maintenance personality! Bubbles and Bows are awesome with our fur babies each time we send them for their vacation. Our Huskies have separation anxiety and Deb has always managed them without any of their medicine and always kept us at ease. We never worry when they are there. Dropping our fur baby off this time was way more emotional than any time before as one of our twins started crying very hard (they are now old enough to realize he’s not going with us). Ms. Deb made sure to post many pictures so that we could reassure them that their “big brother” was having fun on his vacation just like we were. Thank you Ms. Deb for always making sure that our fur baby is taken care of and is having the time of his life!!! This is your one stop shop for grooming, boarding and daycare. My Labrador, Stella, absolutely loves visiting Bubbles and Bows. From the moment we start down the driveway stella is overwhelmed with excitement. Stella does not hesitate to run straight toward the Bubbles and Bows staff. This is how I know she is more than comfortable with the services and love that Deb has to offer. What I like most about Bubbles and Bows is the fact that my pup actually gets to play, swim and interact with other dogs and people as if she was in my home. Hands down, Stella has found her home away from home and I never hesitate to pack her bags and send her for a tropical getaway. Thank you Bubbles and Bows for all that you do.

Our 2 small dogs just returned from 5 nights at Bubbles & Bows, and they had a great time. We requested the photo package so we could see pictures of them each day, and it was obvious they were comfortable and well cared for. After a long distance move, finding a new “home away from home” for our older dog was stressful. We tried several places around Gastonia before finding Bubbles and Bows. Our old puppy is happy to return to B&B when we travel and does not have that “kennel” odor when we pick her up even when she has not had an arranged bath. Deb is all about caring for the dogs, and she brings years of dog training and behavior reading experience. She even called us once when we were traveling and they were having extreme weather at the kennel to assure us our dog was doing just fine. Her professionalism, experience, and care are appreciated and allow this worrying dog momma peace of mind.

Bubbles and Bows was highly recommended to us by my uncle last year. We were nervous as our boxer is my Son's best friend but he's so rambunctious we didn't think he'd do well on our vacation. We met with Mrs Deb, she explained the entire process, we toured her facility and was sold immediately. Upon meeting our pup he was instantly drawn to her. We set everything up and when time came to drop him off for his stay my son was very upset about leaving his buddy. She even pulled him to her calmed him and showed him some of the treats and things she had to offer that he'd be pampered too. I will be calling again soon to schedule his vacation for this summer. Her services are amazing we did the all inclusive with pet photography, treats etc. The photography was priceless to be able to see he was enjoying himself while we were away. The bottom line she goes above and beyond to make sure your fur babies are truly on vacation there and that you have peace of mind as well.

I’ve been taking my Doberman,Talia, to Bubbles and Bows for 3 months. Until now, I have never used this type of service before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I did my research and since this facility had great reviews I decided to make the call to schedule a tour. I was told they were full and not accepting any new clients. Needless to say I was disappointed. Fast forward a few months and Ms Deb called me and invited me for a tour (she kept my contact info)! At my visit, I was amazed at how clean everything was. Deb took the time to explain how things were run and what was expected from me. It is very structured and well run. I observed owners picking up there pets, and everyone was happy, smiling and lots of tails wagging dog! At that point I decided to sign my girl up for doggie daycare. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Ms. Deb and Mike truly treat each pet as if they were their own! Their love and enthusiasm for what they do is immeasurable! I have since utilized other services at Bubbles and Bows…spa, staycations and obedience training. Each have exceeded my expectations! My only complaint is that my girl likes it so much, I can’t contain her excitement when she knows it’s time to go daycare. And I now have separation anxiety and jealous that I can’t go swim and play all day LOL.
