I need an emergency nail clip and the girls got me in right away when I walked in I was in no more than 15 minutes! And the Customer Service is always superb🙌🏽☺️

Condescending. When I first made the appointment I told exactly what I needed. I knew my dog was matted. Two weeks later I come to the appointment. Their are trying to push on me multiple packages and bath stuff. All I needed was a straight shave/ or scissors to take out the matts. I was doing it in parts because I did not want to shave the whole body at once. She like why I’m I doing that. It’s my dog and that’s shave I am asking for. In the end she tells to step to the side so she can check everyone else in then she will come back to me. Rude. I left and went to Walmart and bought a grooming kit and did it myself
