Ms Courtney is a fantastic trainer. Our dog, a Corgi, is a challenging breed and Courtney has been pivotal in getting him started on his training journey. Ms Courtney also works well with the people, not just their animals. We've signed up for the intermediate and advanced courses, that's how impressed we are with the training offered. We look forward to several more weeks of training with Ms Courtney and this Petsmart location!

I drove 25 minutes to get to this pet smart tonight because my local one was out of stock for a product I needed. Once I got there I had to use the restroom so badly but their public restrooms had keypads on the door. I went up front to ask the cashier if she could let me in. At first she said yes, and we started walking back to the bathrooms, but she then got a message on her headset to let me know they do not let customers use the bathrooms anymore because they have had teenagers doing drugs in there. SERIOUSLY?? Don’t get me wrong, I realize that is terrible And they are right beside a high school so the kids probably do try to come do that during the week on their lunch breaks. However, you are a public store with very open to the public bathrooms. It is terrible business for a chain this large To not have better protocols in place. For instance, this was Saturday night at 8 o’clock, and I am clearly a 40-year-old woman that is More than likely, not on drugs. I even offered to leave my purse at the front (Because it was the only thing only that I could possibly be carrying drugs in. I had on yoga pants and a vest with no pockets 🤦🏻‍♀️) I am almost less angry about the bathroom than lack of common sense. Needless to say I filed a formal complaint. I hope it falls into the right hands.

First grooming appointment! My baby Ranger can be a bit fussy, but Glenn took great care of him! He asked questions and pick up was on time! My furbaby looks and smells so good! He did great on his nails too, which I know are challenging! Great price for the services we had done. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

We took our golden retriever Boris here for a wash for the first time.He was never cage trained. And and behaved stressed during the washing/drying process. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. They quickly informed us about the dog’s reaction and called us to take him back.We really appreciate how attentive and thoughtful they were with our dog. They did not deny any future services, they offered us an option to order express cleaning next time to avoid the cage and the associated stress.We are very satisfied with the service and we will be coming back regularly.

Nick the manager, met me when I came in the other day. I traveled all the way from Goldsboro, NC in order to pick up the last few bottles of Salmon Oil from Dog MX. His store is wonderful. So many items available and his staff, though small were all willing to help out. I even had the opportunity to help out a customer make a few purchases for grooming his Golden Retriever. He bought several items to help with shedding and I was able to give him tips (as I am a dog groomer). Very friendly staff. Lots of goodies and I left with some hefty purchases myself. Too bad my local Petsmart in Goldsboro does not have the advantages that this store has. I called PetSmart Corporate, earlier in the day and suggested that they help these stores by stocking their shelves better. Corporate customer service was poor.

Bad experience, I came yesterday to buy an item that had damage and they gave me a 30% discount and I didn't take it because it was raining and the next day they didn't want to honor the 30% discount. Pet smart garner NC

First of all, I’d like to thank Larry for being so helpful, and kind. I thought he might be the manager, because of his professional demeanor, and how knowledgable he was. He also helped my friend, with his purchase of a 55 gallon aquarium, and helped him get it loaded in his van. I really appreciate Larry’s help with everything. Thank you Larry…!! I’d like to also thank Tasha for being so helpful with the 55 gallon fish tank as well…She’s very knowledgeable, and knows a lot about the fish. Thank you Tasha….!!I also spoke with MaryLou, the manager over the phone. She was very kind, patient, and friendly as well. She did not hesitate to answer each of my questions. Thank you MaryLou…!!And lastly, I want to compliment the appearance of the store. When you walk in the door, it’s very inviting, friendly employees, and very clean, and organized. Everything looks very neat and tidy. You can tell someone has really taken pride in their jobs. It’s obvious, that the manager has done a great job with her employees. Thank you all for making every visit to your store a pleasure, and for being the best PetSmart store I’ve ever been to…. We will definitely shop with you again…….!!

A thunder storm was rolling in and our 3 year old terrier was shaking in her boots with each Thunder clap. (She wasn't really wearing boots. 😃 ) I was promptly guided to the Thunder Shirts by an employee. I verified the fit and was out in no time. The cost was just slightly higher than Amazon which is to be expected. It was definitely worth the cost considering the weather. This is a good store. We will return.

We had a wonderful experience taking training classes with Courtney. She is a fantastic trainer and it is clear she isn't just good at what she does, she is great. She was very patient, enthusiastic and helpful with my Aussiedoodle puppy. We would definitely take another class with Courtney and highly recommend anyone looking to train their puppy to take a class with her.

The young lady that works Saturday August 12th in the fish section was very professional, and very nice. She got my four fish out of the water with her great technique it ain't which wasn't easy cuz these four fish were flying around before she even put the net in the water. She was very informative to the customer before me as what to do and not to do with goldfish.But she needs some new updated equipment. A lot of the tanks, their filter systems are broken or not working and not filtering the water right. She needs some new equipment!

This location has gone completely down hill. I’m always provided the excuse that they’re under staffed (which has been ongoing for over a year), walk in services take 20mins just to get acknowledged/ checked-in and the overall experience isn’t great. The staff has no sense of urgency and often times are doing administrative tasks instead of grooming. If you show up first thing in the morning, the staff is scrambling because they’re late and then make you wait 10 mins so they can go through opening procedures before they acknowledge you. I go to this location simply out of convenience and I don’t recommend if you can avoid it.

I booked a Friday appointment on Monday and was declined services due to my dog having seizures and needing a express grooming but there was no express grooming option on line nor do they take the time to look into her file. They would not take her at all this is really frustrating and sad that I’m being declined services for a special needs dog.

Took my baby to this location for bath and brush and Alicia did a horrible job. After picking my baby up almost three later she was still wet, wash brushed up, and did not received her sanitary . Lastly my baby did not receive her bows that she normally get when going to the White Oak location. I was disappointed in this service and will never return to this location. Such a waste of money with this location, they don't deserve my one star.

We brought our pup to train at this store with Courtney. Courtney is the best! She has 10+ years experience with training dogs and it absolutely shows. She is energetic, caring, patient, and knowledgeable.We were first time dog owners and she didn't just teach our pup, she taught us so much as well! From different products to consider, good practices for routines, how to handle different situations, and even parks and other places around the area to take our dog. Something that we really appreciate is that she asked us what behaviors and commands we wanted to work on. Some times we didn't have anything specific in mind and Courtney always had great suggestions. Can't say enough about how happy we are with our experience!!

We drive over to this location from Fuquay because they have the biggest selection for wet cat food. Had some questions and "issues not issues" today and Larry was super helpful and very friendly!!! Makes drive over worth it!!! Thanks Larry :)

We needed some goldfish to put into an exterior ceramic pot/Aquarium. We also have goldfish in the 3 man made ponds in the back of the house. The reason for goldfish and not Koi is the predatory birds close to the house. Ive seen a blue heron, owls, and red tailed hawks looking for lunch. Since it's on my tab and all of them are lousy tippers they get the ground chuck steaks, not the filamignon.

The cashier who was had a line of customers already had to help me find where the cones were located while 3 able body CSRs helped one person with a goldfish, pathetic... The cashier was super nice and helpful tho. Give her a raise.
