Ever since the new manager took over this store has improved tremendously. They still seem to be under staffed, but the employees are friendly and doing the best they can, and while the store is normally unorganized chaos they are doing a better job of keeping it clean than any group before.

Merchandise not put up sitting in boxes along the isles you have to navigate the isles like an obstacle course smh while employees spend most of their time outside on the phone or smoking they might be understaffed but the staff they have can do something!

STAY AWAY…KEEP YOUR $ BEFORE THEY STEAL IT. Purchased gowns and the price dropped. Tried to get adjusted price. Night mang asked me to comeback when main day mang was in the store because they were having recent fraud issues. Went back today and the price has changed. Here is the kicker. I paid abou I could $21 system will only allow me a refund of $16. I was upset because I’m like what kind of mess is this. I just purchased at the end of Feb and I have my original receipt and all the items. I will go without naming the day mang but she decided to say I could go w/o the attitude. I’m not happy go lucky cause your system wants to rip me off. I’m filing complaints everywhere. Might even come out to strike but I won’t waste my time.

Store is always a mess now. Been going there for 20 years and have never seen this store look so terrible. Boxes and trash everywhere. Manager complains using profanity with customers present. She Also was rude when asked if the store had a certain item. Employees eat, talk on their phones and ignore customer. Very poorly run store now.

I was going to go in there to do some shopping, but they were "closed till 6 for training" (this was around 5). How do you train people for customer service with no customers? I don't even remember seeing a sign within the past couple days letting anyone know they were going to be closed. There is always boxes everywhere in the isle and all the cashiers do is complain about their job.

The male day manager in Franklinton was very rude when I asked questions about a specific item. I went to Dollar General for the same item and received much better customer service.

Place is always a mess. This isn't even organized chaos. Hardly find what I need. Also everytime I look for storage crates. Have many crates .. no lids
