We had an absolutely stellar customer service experience with Dan Sanders at our local Verizon store in Franklin. We had several rather complex issues to resolve and Dan capably and expertly handled every issue with the expertise of a true professional! He had been there for many hours and was obviously tired, but he did not rush at all in handling our every question! Kudos to the manager of this location in hiring a superbly capable employee!

I spoke with Cameron Smith when he first began in Franklin NC. and enjoyed how he presented Verizon and how helpful he was.Recently, I returned and spoke to a different employee and she handed me a number to call.She began tying on her computer so I sat thinking she was giving me more help.A minute goes by and she stops typing.She turns to me and asks,"Was there anything else?" I was dismissed.I moved to an empty chair and called the number.I did get a cheerful rep and as I was speaking to him I heard Cameron's customer say thank you for your help. You are wonderful.Cameron recognized me, came right over spoke to the rep on the phone and said he could take it from there.I hope I can express to you how important it makes someone feel to have an employee like Cameron treat you like family.The ease in which we chatted,as he went about his work, made me spread the word to all of my pickleball friends in Rabun COUNTY GA.... Have a problem you need to discuss; drive to Franklin and present it to Cameron Smith.

On 4/19/24 I met and worked w Brian Everett to show service front t Mobile to Verizon as i had just bought a house in Franklin and was told version was the only company that could reliably get reception up "in the hills". Turned out to be a bit more of a daunting task as like a lot of companies T Mobile makes it tough to Walk away. I spent about 2 hrs hours with Brian maneuvering though the numerous things to get done before I could cut the cord and Brian was tremendous at his job, patient w me and turned out to have a great sense of humor, a big plus in my world. Highly recommend working with him during what ultimately was an oneous processreprocess. definitely made it easier..

I walked in initially to see if they had the s23 ultra which they didn't but they did have the 24 and it is absolutely a dream! Cameron helped me get the best of the best, quick and easy explanations, very polite and helps break down the numbers. Best experience I've had at buying a new phone. Give that man a raise

Charges extra 40$ to apply screen protector but if you need a new one you have to go in a wait an hour. Soon enough ATT will be in the area and I can stick to the best provider for all of my needs

I use this place If I have a expensive phone such as iphone or samsung flagship series as I have a lot more confidence in cases than I do amazon or walmart.I don't have verizon as I have another carrier but unlocked expensive phones I suggest getting case or screen protector here as Amazon,or Walmart are garbage don't hold up and ruin the phone

I recently went into the store not knowing what to expect from an in-store experience. An associate named Cam was there who was exceptionally helpful. He was both friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the various iPhones and upgrades. He expertly navigated me through all of the decision making needed to arrive at the perfect phone for my wife. I would definitely recommend going into the store and having him help you if you are at all unsure about all of the options available to you. He did not rush or pressure me at all and answered all of my nit picky questions. Thanks, Cam! You are awesome!
