Store personnel are friendly and helpful. However. Sales signs marked on shelves do not reflect on merchandise when checked at register. Additionally, checkout personnel are unaware of sales and unable to change prices without authorization from a manager. In one instance, they "checked" the price to see if a sale reduction had rung up, told me it had. And continued, when in fact, it did not happen as indicated on the screen right in front of me...Next time, I will drive the extra 30 minutes to highway 74 to the other store and save the aggravation.

Inaccurate information online they show it to be a cylinder exchange for oxygen and acetylene when you go into the store they say no they’ve never heard of it so they should probably probably change that online

I love this TSC. I've been coming here for years now, and Im always able to get help when needed. A lot of the workers are great, especially Dalton. When I first was coming here he would always help me and be kind and friendly. My husband and I have since become friends with several of the staff including him because of how wonderful they are

Fairly clean, has at least three workers that are usually easy to be found, and if you're lucky, they know something about what you're wondering. Has a dog wash station in the back, and it's ten dollars per animal. And don't cut their hair. The clearance section was overflowing, and the cashier gave me an entire box of wipes for one dollar!!

Great people work here! My son happens to be 1 of many. He is respectful, kind, and great manners. His co workers are hard working but more importantly in today's day and age care for 1 another and treat others as they would want to be treated. If you've had anything but the utmost best experience it's only because we ALL fall short sometimes! Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!

Don't buy boots here i drove 45 minutes to this store and it took them 20 minutes to find the other matching boot. I get back home to find out they gave me the wrong boot so I drove back 45 minutes again and told them they gave me the wrong one and they said they don't have the other boot and that it must have been sold with another sale. This means there are 3 customers with miss matched boots all because they are too lazy or ignorant to make sure the customer gets the boots they are paying 200 dollars for...im almost positive there are more than just 3 miss matched sales they've made.

Absolutely vile conduct by a male employee named Jon over a god forsaken dog wash station. Name calling, degrading women, and putting his hands in womens face like he pays the water bill himself. This place should be embarrassed to employ such disgusting people.

They technically open and close when the listed hours show. The place is always in some manner of general disorder. Nobody cares if you find what you need or how long it takes to handle a transaction. If you have an option other than this, I stood recommend it.

I just usually get dog and cat food here. But they don't always order enough so many times I have been out of luck. Or it doesn't come in at all. So always be sure you buy ahead in case you have to wait in between for them to get it in. Even if you order it online or via phone sometimes they don't put your order aside and instead it goes on shelf and your out of luck again!!! So be aware!!

Good luck getting waited on or finding an employee to give you information. I have tried to shop here several times but each time I have left without purchasing the item I was interested in and feeling very frustrated. Either they need to hire more people or check to see if their employees are hiding somewhere.

This is a store we frequent often since it's the only real farm store in our area, but in almost every instance, it's a frustrating experience. Generally the service is inadequate and slow, popular products are invariably low, out or sitting in the back waiting for harried or non existent stockers. There are consistently too fee employees for the volume of business. The employee turnover is very high, with only a few having any desire to really assist. If we get a knowledgeable and helpful person, they are soon gone. TSC needs to reevaluate and upgrade this store's ongoing deficiencies. It's very obvious they need a bigger building and more able employees here.

This Tractor Suppy has the worst customer service. The cashiers try but most of the male employees are often extremely rude. I often would rather drive to Waynesville than deal with the bad attitude in this store. Too bad as it gives the whole chain a bad name.

Seemingly every time I come in to get propane it's an absolute problem and pure inconvenience to get someone to do it, either it's to dark which I kinda understand but when there's twenty minutes left of daylight why would you tell John q customer it's to dark and I've been personally told ohh God I just come from there and as I pulled up there wasn't aperson out tending the propane.i buy alot more than just propane from this store and if my business is nothing but a pain in y'all's hind end then I will go elsewhere and so won't everyone else I tell this too.

* I wasn't going to post this review but after posting it on my fb page and seeing all the responses from people who've had this EXACT thing happen to them or other bad experiences I felt it necessary. *Ok. I'm not one to complain about businesses, or write bad reviews. If you have a bad experience with someone somewhere that's not the whole business and sometimes we as people just have a bad day!However, tonight I am extremely annoyed. Its supposed to be in the negatives temperature wise. And we ran out of propane. We only had 2 little tanks to refill. So we headed out to Tractor Supply. We get there and the big truck is filling their tank. As Dan is walking in the guy comes out, gets in the truck and leaves. Dan goes in and asks to get propane the person working tells him that he cant because they are filling the tank. He walks out and sees the truck is gone so he goes back in and tells the person that the truck is now gone so can someone come and fill the tanks. The person calls someone and they said NO! Now I get it, its cold as all get out outside. I didnt want to be outside either but if my husband can stand outside in shorts and a sweatshirt YOU as an employee of this business can come outside for 5 minutes in your jeans, thick jacket and gloves (as I've seen all of you dressed any other time I've gotten propane from your store!)! The fact that you didn't WANT to infuriates me!! I do stuff every day in my job that I don't want to do, yet I still have to do it.Luckily we have other forms of heat for our home and its not like we are going to freeze but what if we didn't?! #tractorsupply I will NEVER go to your store looking for propane again. I'd rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to a small business with good customer service!

No small flake shavings, just large flake ...stacked so high...I though it may come down on top of me... got three bags...I wish you would get in the Ames light weight garden implements..I am 69, and your hay forks, shovels art just way to heavy for us older seniors. .Ames is so much lighter to handle..my girl friend has them..but she lives in Florida ..you could say they may be for kids? ?? But they are really light to lift.
