A great pet supply store with quite an offering. They have great prices on feeder insects so we bought crickets and unfortunately they were out of superworms. Staff was very friendly and I would recommend this pet store to others.

Little Miss Hennessy loved her trip today. And she adored her new dancing bear and showing it to anyone who wanted to see it.She absolutely loved the free samples of food they gave and super helpful advice on her recent itches. We plan to come back a bunch 🖤

BEST pet store ever!!!! Melissa ALWAYS answers EVERY question I have regarding ANYTHING for my Scotties & Labradoodles! If for any reason, she isn’t available, Susan steps in & saves the day! Plus, they have a GREAT stock of ANYTHING & EVERYTHING not to mention their SUPER spa!!!!If you haven’t been here, RUN…don’t walk!!!

I went here for my dog, Mavis's 7th birthday- and they staff was so amazing and friendly, they helped me with all my pups needs- birthday toys! 💕🎉 They have such a passion there to help you with all you animals needs and are very very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend them for all your pets needs!They even took cute photos of Mavis, sent them to me and posted them on their Facebook page! They really made her day super special for the both of us!! 💕

Most definitely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in Franklin, NC. The lady working could not have been any more rude if she tried. The store lost almost a $300 sale from me on count of the lady’s very terrible attitude.

The clerk is beyond rude. Walked in and asked for help. She was rude. Then She walked away from a $220 purchase mid purchase as I was handing over my card to talk on the phone. Losing business.

I frequent this store for special treats and food, that I've only been able to find locally here, for an older dog that is a picky eater and has trouble eating. The ladies working are always very welcoming and they always have what I need in stock. I also recently bought some fish and bird supplies here because the prices were the same as online and I didn't have to wait for them to be shipped to me. I would definitely recommend checking them out for ALL your pet supplies!

This place is the best! We appreciate you all. Thank You for having a place we can come to for our little critters!! Very clean store. Organized very well. Fresh crickets and meal worms who are gut loaded properly. Bonus is they are open late enough for me to drive 40 minutes to see them and get the things we need on a work day. That is always worthy of praise. I don't give a lot of 5 stars unless it's impressive. They will go out of their way to help if possible.

Love this place! Staff is always friendly, and they have a great selection of quality cat foods/toys/supplies at a reasonable price. I have a cat with a sensitive belly, so I have to be careful with the food and treats I buy. Have had nothing but good experiences trying new brands. They also have supplies for dogs and birds. I don't own either, but it looks like they have a great selection for those as well.

I admit I'm a bit biased since I worked at the Pet Stop for several years lol. That said it's a nice clean store, has a diy dog wash (they provide towels) and there are blow dryers too, they carry a variety of supplies you can't find elsewhere, it's not a big chain store so you get more personal service, prices are competitive, staff is friendly and if they don't have what your looking for just ask as they may be able to order it for you. Melissa, who is there the most and has been for many years now, is VERY knowledgeable and sweet... Pets are welcome in store and we love to meet our furry,feathered, (and various other species) customer's. I loved working there and loved my customers!! They do not carry pets, only supplies.

Have stopped in a couple of times. Staff has always been friendly and very helpful. Great assortment of dog and cat products. Not a great selection if you are looking for aquarium items, but enough.Prices are comparable and I enjoy shopping there.

So friendly and helpful! I called ahead to ask about a raincoat for my dog. I have been hunting without success. The answer was yes. And she said i could even bring Scout in to try the jacket on! Success! And the right price! It even folds up into a pouch! The next time we're in town, we will be stopping by to check out any new item that Scout just can't live without! 😃 Thank you!

Not overly friendly. Could not answer my questions. Did not know about the products. Did not have a good selection of ear rinse for dogs, the only one they had was a very small bottle for $22. The unwrapped rawhide bones that are in baskets were literally full of bugs and rediculously over priced

Looking for a new shop to buy crickets . Horrible customer service. Crazy high prices!! With chewy and Amazon why pay for upcharged items and use gas to go to town and then be treated disrespectful and have to tell the clerk to not correct you or speak to you like that. I support the local small business but this shop is not worth my time or money

The staff was friendly and my dog was allowed in with me, a great place to work with him on listening even when distracted, theyvare local and a privet owned business not a chain store so the prices are a little higher in some things, but for the ease of access and quality of staff you get here it's definately not an issue. They are always so kind when I need to get crickets for our critters. They do require a mask currently and if you forget it they will help you over the phone as posted on their door.
