Fantastic service, and very nice people! We were in town due to a family emergency, and our pup was past due for grooming. Katrina was able to work us in, and she and the staff gave our boy a wonderful day at the spa with a full grooming. When we arrived, he was nervous to be in a new place, but when we picked him up, his coat felt soft and wonderful, he smelled great, was no longer shedding, and his nails were neatly groomed, and he was his normal sassy and confident self, having clearly made new friends. I was honestly surprised by how reasonable the fee was, given the quality of service. I would confidently recommend Paula’s Pet Paradise and Katrina to anyone. Highly, highly recommended, and thanks so much for getting our good boy in. Also, I love the neck tie as an extra finishing touch!

SO ACCOMMODATING! They helped us so much and loved our babies like they were our own. Buttercup & Willow are our Houdini dogs and manage to figure their way out of one of the basic Kennels and Paula's Pet Paradise employees were able to accommodate by moving them to a more heavy duty kennel where there was no way that my two Houdini dogs would be able to squeeze their way out of that. They ended up staying a couple days longer and Paula's Pet Paradise was happy to accommodate the longer stay because thankfully they weren't at 100% capacity. Thank you everyone!! 🙌

Wonderful experience, I'm always nervous to leave my fur baby with new people, he's had some very bad experiences especially with grooming, but they were very kind and did an amazing job, our sherlock is a newfie mix and had ALOT of hair, they did a great job de shedding him and he looks so shiny and smells so good! Thank you!

I've taken my Zuchon for grooming at Paula's Pet Paradise (literally 2 minutes from my house) on two occasions and each time her coat gets softer and softer. Another plus is they're not as expensive as my last groomer. I'll definitely be back, maybe for boarding too.

Their grooming service is top notch. From start to finish! The facility is spotless and smells nice, the groomer is cheerful and friendly and loves dogs of all breeds (and it shows in her sweet treatment of them), she uses all natural, organic products that are FAR SUPERIOR to anything I've had used in the past, and to top it all off, she has a de-shed service that will knock your socks off! My dogs coats have never been silkier, smelled nicer, and absolutely no more shedding??!! Wow!The boarding facility is like little bedrooms instead of cages. The dogs are played with, entertained and cuddled. They have outside playtime. And you can have them groomed so when you pick them up they look and smell wonderful. Can't beat it.

We took our Missy😽 there for her first boarding couple mos ago. They said she was a sweetheart and she got lots of loves❣️ We are so grateful to find them and that boarding Missy does work, when out of town. Mostly board dogs so Missy was the only kitty. She loved it! She’s quite timid😻

Picked up our boy after a week away and he was in great health and had his nails trimmed (which is a task with him!) very friendly people. Would definitely bring Samson again should we need to board him in the future!

Unfortunately the owners of Paula's Pet Paradise have left for several days leaving the care of the boarded pets and their business to two incompetent employees.Our experience at Paula’s Pet Paradise was unacceptable and has caused us a large financial loss due to late cancellations of our Colorado Ski trip.We have boarded our two dogs there in the past and had been very pleased with the service and care but have been forced to find other arrangements.

My dogs stayed at Paula’s Pet Paradise for 3 nights while we were in Franklin celebrating New Years, and I thought it was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, even when I called a million times to check in. I also appreciated that they didn’t mind me picking my dogs up for a while during the day and then bringing them back before close. If we ever visit Franklin again I will use Paula’s for boarding.

We have boarded at Paula's for three plus years. Ken has been very patient with our terrior who is not socially adjusted to strangers. We like that our "boy" can go out on his own via the access door from his kennel to the dog run. In nice weather he can lay out in the sunshine. The kennel has always been clean. The staff is available seven days a week which is very convenient for drop off and pickup. We drive an hour to Paula's because the accommodations, the staff and the rate are worth the trip. And our "boy" seems happy!

My wife and I leave our several dogs here any time we need to go out of town. Ken is always very accommodating and there have been times he's managed to squeeze us in last minute. I have always been pleased with the service we receive and I would highly recommend Paula's Pet Paradise!

PPP is clean and well ventilated. Kennels have indoor/outdoor via a pet door. Each kennel has a drain for cleaning. The owner is well organized and attentive. I have boarded my dog here twice for over a week, and just set another appointment for this summer. I have recommended PPP to others and not heard any complaints, only positive comments.

Hard to find a good place to trust with your pet, their family. But, Paul's Pet Paradise is the place to do it. Left them there for a week with out w problem. Reasonable rates as well.

They treated our shy German shepherwith great care finding a spot where other dogs could not see and bark at her. I would recommend this kennel if you are visiting Franklin.

When my friend went to pick my dog up for me his blanket was soaking wet. It was march and very cold. It was also 10 am and he had not been fed yet. I won't be going back.
