Everything was organized, including the scheduling, drop off/pick up & the procedure (neuter rooter). The volunteers are awesome & love what they do. Angela was also great w communication by text & email. I know my dog, who is like my son, was well taken care of through the day. They even trimmed his nails, probably for the procedure, but was definitely an added bonus. There hasn’t been any problems w recovery. I would recommend them.

If you're looking for a high dollar vet that only wants to do the basic care and charge you an exuberant amount of money, Noah's Ark might be for you. Now, as for long term care and surprising issues that come up with your fur babies DO NOT TRUST Noah's Ark. Dr. Todd had done a yearly physical on my Airedale Terrier EMMITT, and I was told he's a perfect specimen !!!! A couple weeks later an infection from his teeth came through his cheek. I called Friday and they wanted me to wait till Monday. What ???? No they wouldn't see him till Monday. Monday came Dr. Brytz performed a clean up of his cheek and said she impacted his ears for a bilatetal ear infection. A couple weeks later he went into septic shock. He had a severe tooth and gum infection that Dr. Todd could've acknowledged and Dr. Brytz could've acknowledged. Neither vet said a word about Emmitt's infection. After he went into shock I took Emmitt to Noah's Ark and they said can you come back tomorrow???? What ???? Look at him, he may not have tomorrow. So, I called another veterinarian hospital, they said to bring him right away. Within minutes they had Emmitt in for an exam and within 30 minutes a plan of action was discussed. They tried everything and anything for over a week. Emmitt's infection was too much for him. He passed away 1/15/2024. Anyone who knew Emmitt knew he was the best. He served as my service dog alerting me for seizures and health issues. Emmitt was almost 5 years old. The infection in Emmitt had been there prior to Emmitt's visit in November's visit with Dr Todd and December's visit with Dr. Brytz. If they didn't want to do teeth surgery they should've referred me to somewhere else. If they would have EMMITT would still be alive. They marked good on his dental records and with a bad the infection was it was there then and they ignored it. Noah's Ark Didn't sound the warning bell telling me he needed help. Yes, we are to depend on veterinarians for dental issues with our pets. Emmitt certainly wasn't an aggressive dog, so no excuse of an incomplete dental inspection is acceptable. My service animal, friend, companion, fur son, is gone because of incompetence, malpractice, and pure laziness. From the mouth of the manager they "don't have enough vets on staff." This could be why they don't address issues that would take their time. They run your pet through like a car wash, and that's it. My boy is DEAD because of their mistakes. They have been extremely difficult to get simple information from since then. Neither doctor called to express condolences or compassion. They know they've done wrong !!!! This is Emmitt's story with a veterinarian in whom I thought I could trust. DO NOT TRUST NOAH'S ARK COMPANION HOSPITAL .... their website talks a good game, THEY DO NO WALK THE WALK .... Emmitt was an established patient for 4 years.... I'm sorry I ever took him there !!!! Worst mistake of my life !!!! One star is too good of a rating....

I couldn’t be more pleased with the care that my fur babies receive at Noah’s Ark. Dr. Todd and his staff truly care about my pets. I am always seen on time and I never feel rushed in and out the door. During the last wellness visit, both the doctor and vet tech took over an hour with my Mini-Aussie. They waited until my girl felt comfortable with them before giving any shots. They took time with me and made sure to fully answer all my questions! As a pet owner, I feel extremely lucky to have these folks taking such great care of my pets! They are also very affordable. I have my dog on one of their well plans. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention what a great time that my dog has at Noah’s Playground. These folks are top-notch and take such great care of my dog. We are very blessed to have this facility in our town!Thanks Dr. Todd and staff! Y’all are the BEST!

The owner of the Cherokee Ruby and Sapphire mine ran over my dog on purpose on my property... The clinic was outstanding and went above and beyond to help bug... Who is recovering nicely... Charges were filed criminally against Eric handte.. He's also a real estate agent for lamplighter realty Franklin North Carolina

Absolutely everyone at Noah's Ark is amazing. So caring, kind, compassionate and truly loving to my babies! My babies (dogs) love it there. We had complete dental (including extractions) there yesterday and Paco is like brand new today! Not to mention his teeth are perfect! I just cannot say enough about how wonderful Noah's Ark is! We are so blessed to have them here!

Dr. Todd stays very current on new advances and also follows the research so can work with you to put together the best treatment plan for your pet. The best animal hospital for my cats. The veterinarian and techs are so knowledgeable and caring. They direct all their attention to the animals to ensure that they are comfortable and not stressed. Never have a problem with getting an appointment and all my questions are answered on the phone before my appointment. Will definitely use Noah's Ark in the future.

Noah's Ark is such a wonderful caring veterinarian practice. They take care of the animals like they are their own. If you have a emergency with your pet, they are there for you. I just can't say enough about the great care my dog has received. Besides that, they are the nicest people to have to deal with! I highly recommend them as the best vet in Franklin and elsewhere. Dr. Todd and the other veterinarians are exceptional!

My puppy was not feeling well this past week and I called Noah’s Ark, they were able to see me within the next 2-3 hours. My puppy was checked out, x-rayed, and giving medication. They took care of him and he’s happy and healthy again! Can’t thank them enough.

As with all our appointments we did not have to wait long. We were just there for a nail clipping for both cats but I expressed concern over a spot on one cats neck and the weight of the other and they took the extra time to check them over in order to assure me that they are fine.I am always grateful that Noah’s Ark takes the time to care for my animals like they were their own.

We had to do the unthinkable the other day, we had to take our beloved dog in for his last visit to the vet. The doctor and staff were so compassionate and they did an excellent job of making him relaxed and comfortable. Most importantly they showed great empathy to my wife and I. Just moved to area and called to get my pets established. Gave info over phone and then was told to go to website to fill out information on pets and that i would get a call from office. I took the time to do so and never got a call back. Called office and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Waisted my time. I chose this office due to all the great reviews. Have found another one.

Been going here since 2019 and I must say the staff cares deeply about your pet’s care. Most importantly, I’ve noticed that they care about the owners and do their best to work with them. Nancy, the receptionist is awesome! Needed to rehome my puppy and in one day she found someone. Due to medical conditions, she offered to board pup at no charge until new owner picked him up. Declined at that time, so she gave me pads and a belt that she had in her car to help with the cost of diapers. The staff donated some sweaters for cold weather and gave me discounted wormer to help. They care! I know my pets and myself will be taken care of. Can’t say enough about Nancy. The front desk is is the first point of contact and because of her people keep coming back. Also, Corey is adorable! He builds relationships with the clients. Thank you Noahs Arc!!

We were very happy Noah's Ark was able to fit my beagle boy in for an appointment while we were up at our summer home here in NC. Staff was very friendly....even with my stressed out beagle howling their ears off they brushed off my apologies with smiles and were very kind to him. It was a very easy and convenient drop off for my dog for neutering. When I picked him up, they took time to explain everything and what to look for in case there was a problem. He did not have any problems and is doing fantastic! Thanks for taking good care of my fur baby!

Dr Todd is wonderful and the staff is amazing. When my senior pup fell down a hill NO ONE could see her in the Hayesville/Hiawassww area.. all claimed there were no appts avail. (To me it was an emergency). Noah’s Ark - although fully booked- told me to come in and they would make time!!! They truly love animals. I am a forever customer now and drive over the mountain to bring my new furbaby!!

The doctors are on top of current treatment methods, are gentle with our dogs, and take the time to listen to our concerns. We've been patients for 12 years (with 4 dogs), and trust Noah's implicitly.

Noah’s Ark is the best around. I found Noah’s Ark when my dog had a deadly health issue that nobody else could help with. They diagnosed the problem and my dog is back! I won’t go anywhere else.The staff is concerned and caring. Dr. Todd is very knowledgeable and has a great “bedside manner” with animals.

They are good with the pups ,but very expensive. I have three husky and I have tried to explain to them I only get paid once a month so I can only do one dog at a time. I also always call ahead of time to see exactly what they have to do to make sure it is within my budget and what they tell me never follows through. Because when I get there they always charge me more and tell me they forgot this. I tried to get them to make a schedule with me so I can see what I will be paying. They are very nice and the place is very clean. I only get paid once a month and I am single so it really Hurts my pocket if I am surprised with any extra money and it seems like they do this all the time.

Don’t get your dogs groomed here. They have me my Husky dirty when I paid for a haircut and grooming. When I got home, I saw that they only groomed the top part of him. When I complained, they tried to minimize the issue and wouldn’t even refund me the $40 tip or the cost of the grooming. I did ask if I should bring my dog so that they could see the problem for themselves. They said No. The office is full of “hens” that protect each other and an office manager that does the same. Then you have to deal with the wife. You can NEVER talk to the vet about the issue.

After spending a 1000 dollars on my cat because she became lethargic suddenly and receiving zero answers they attempted to squeeze another 3500.00-5000.00 out of me. After asking what other options there were because of the high cost we were completely disregarded and put to the side. Cat recovered in 24 hours on her own and with assistance from Cowee Cowgirl On how to keep him hydrated. Noah’s Ark is the definition of a racket. Took me two years as well to get a deposit I placed on my dog back from Covid because I wasn’t allowed to join him because he was too scared to enter without me. This place should be your very very very last option.
