I put off cleaning our wool rug for too long. I was thrilled to find professionals who truly know what they are doing when it comes to cleaning high quality rugs. After talking with David, the owner, and meeting Calista, his daughter, I was very confident they would do a great job. I picked up our rug today, I and am so excited. They did exactly what they promised. Our rug looks just as good as the day we bought it years ago. We have Turkish rugs in every room of our home @Balsam Mountain Preserve. We have been using Luv Ur Rugs for the past 6 years and they do an excellent job. They also come pick up the rugs we need cleaned so there is no work on our part.

Picked up my two rugs and was told at that time I would see some powder from the backing. Getting my rugs home, it’s like a sand pile under the rugs and gritty. I have to vacuuum each day and the minute the rugs go back on the floor, the grit returns. I feel that they should replace my rugs because I was not informed that this might be a problem. I have posted my complaints on Facebook and plan on filing a complaint with the Better business bureau. Very disappointed. Thank heaven it’s only a runner and a small area rug and not my large ones. They did not have this problem until I took them to them. My advise is NEVER Use this company. Wonder if I will hear from them.I was contacted by the owner of Luv Ur Rugs and he asked me to bring my rugs back. The rugs were completely redone and now they no longer have the previous problem. Dave was very thorough and fixed the problem. I am grateful for the response I received from his company. Dave was extremely professional and helpful in fixing this issue. Once again, thank you.

Excellent service and fantastic results! We brought in a silk rug purchased in Kashmir which hadn’t been cleaned in at about 20 years. It was filthy. We picked it up in a couple days and it was absolutely stunning!!

There is only 1 word I have for luv ur rugs and that is EXCEPTIONAL!I came to David and his team with two precious and very very old hand woven rugs. One from Persia and one from Pakistan. One was huge. Both were in desperate need of cleaning.I have never been more impressed with any company that I've dealt with in my entire life. Speak about knowledgeable. Extremely disappointed in my experience. I was told my rug did not have a backing on it and caused the color to run when they cleaned it. They did not charge me the balance of the cleaning fee as they did try to repair the color run. I guess I expected a professional cleaner to spot check to make sure it would not run if it did not have a backing on it. Not being a professional cleaner myself, I did not know the difference! Not a pleasant experience!
