Lovely little grocer in town "downtown," and convenient to our apartment. Great selection, reasonable prices despite what Brandon has done to prices. Well stocked, clean, friendly employees. Parking lot is a bit rough. We'll be back again.

Love this Ingles! Got an old timer like feel to it. Not the biggest assortment of food, but honestly the staff and great management make it worth going to over other grocery stores

Even though this is an old and small store, it is very clean and well sticker for the space they have. We were visiting in town, and Gayle was very helpful, showing us where specific items were.

Again the singles has top notch. Very helpful manager and stand behind what they sell. Can't return produce even if it's bad when you get home.. very nice very helpful and great selection. Bakery very fresh. Fresh fruit always tile alone. Produce always gone through and the bad steps thrown away. There are six Ingles that I drive by where I live in North Carolina just to come down to Georgia and get quality produce as well as deli and his number one place for the sushi around. For the value be beats any restaurant, the lady at making Susie is awesome in the morning and it's always fresh for lunch time. They couldn't hire somebody in the afternoon if you get a little late that way you have fresh stuff as well and that stuff made from morning but you can't complain about this place when it comes to their deli, hot foods you can pick it up and take it with you, You will find it's even better than the restaurants who she that's around there sashimi as well. I just like to make sure it's quality and fresh and you don't get that in the restaurant sometimes. Too much in MSG and local places that serve you around then and the cost of the restaurant charge you it's pretty much unreal when you can pick up the same stuff to go home and eat or just sit down and they're a little Starbucks sit sitting area and enjoy what you got for lunch. Oh by the way they have a hot chicken wing bar and an olive bar that is out of this world if you want to get something different and trying. They make great subs too. I'm like the Ingles that I pass through and Franklin coming from where I live in Cali I will drive The extra hour just to get the selection the quality and the service they give me any day of the week. Five stars in my book

Don't look at the store as small. Look at the store as having everything you need. Shelves are well organized with a full inventory. The staff provides great service. I enjoy shopping here

I found the store to be clean well organized and well supplied. The personnel were friendly offered to assist if I was having problems locating an item. Would recommend this store when you're in the area of Franklin North carolina.

Ah, the "Old" Ingles of Franklin, basically historical! Compared to the newer, bigger, Ingles down the road a ways, this Ingles has a much more limited selection of items and things! But regardless, it's close proximity to town and it's character make up for that! Never had an issue with staff and have had plenty of trips here! Very cool!

I love this retro store and highly prefer it to the newer mega-modern version on the south-side of town. Going in here is like stepping back into the 1960's. The selection is great, the people are super friendly and extremely helpful, and they have a huge modern selection. Lots of free, easy access parking and close to town. I can't get enough of this store !!!

This market is like a Publix. Everything you need you will find here. Deli, hot food, meats, and everything else a typical supermarket would carry. Staff is friendly and the store is clean.

Everything I want and more, and you're shopping with 20 instead of 1000 of your closest friends. Always plenty of parking. I'm regularly surprised and pleased at the variety this store keeps stocked. If you need coffee beforehand, there are 3 local joints within a half mile. <3 I hope they never replace this one.

The only problem with this location is that its a older store and they don't have a large variety of merchandise that the other locations do. Having said that, the meat and vegetables are always fresh and good.

This is the Ingles I prefer here in Franklin only because it's smaller and the employees even act more like a small town grocery. Which means they get to know their customers and greet everyone even many by name. They are helpful and courteous. And the manager here should inspire other managers he is respected well liked friendly and works hard to maintain that small town store atmosphere!

I shop at Walmart for groceries but Ingles has the best beer selection and the best at the hard to find items because they normally have certain items like Lady Gaga Oreo cookies and Walmart won't but Ingles needs to give employees better pay and full time work but all together average grocery store

Most all foods were at or just at expiration dates. I didn't really trust the meat, vegetables, even the crackers were old. Only go here if you have to, there is a better Ingles in Franklin

This is an old store and like a wear worn fit shoe it is a very comfortable place where many of the local elderly shop. A newer Ingles in town caused them concern but a letter reply gave them cheer when their old favorite and close grocery store would still be there. If you like shopping at a gentle pace, with smiling people and treated like respected ladies and gentlemen....shop there.

This Ingles, while much smaller than the others in Franklin, is very laid-back. If you have only a few things to pick up, it's a better experience than the larger stores.

My sister and her children have been sick and needed groceries. I filled 10 bags with groceries this evening, providing a weeks worth of food for her and her 5 children. I spent 19.00. I didn't have it to spend, but after I delivered the groceries and felt Gods peace, I would do it over again. Thank you again Ingles!! Hometown hospitality at its best.

Wow. This place looks, feels and even smells like 1982 inside. I loved it. We found what we wanted quickly, but I couldn't help walking around and looking. It's so very retro!

Ingles is a real very good store I love shopping there and getting stuff that I need the only thing they don't have is green strawberry kiwi propel drinks I would like it if they can stock up and keep them stock so I can at least get some with the rest of the groceries I buy there all the time thank you....
