The store was nice enough. The cashier was just a little rude. We arrived a short while before closing time and we were rushing to see the place since this was our first visit. She had announced that they were closing a few times, but once closing time hit, she made it very clear that they were closed, and gave the impression that she wouldn't check anyone else out, which was very sad because our Grandson had a 50 cent item that I was prepared to pay in cash, and we weren't the last customers in the store.Again, the store itself is very nice, seemed well organized and benefiting a good cause. Too bad the experience was ruined by poor customer service.

It was a wonderful experience. The volunteer who was the cashier was very friendly and kind. The deal that I got when I was in there was fantastic. It was fill a bag with clothes, she even rolled them up tight so I could get more in the bag. Anyone looking for a deal on clothes, bed linens, books, glasses for drinking out of, plates, jewelry, purses this is a great place to go to find deals.

A little bit of everything. But the best part is the beautiful black cat who lets you love on him. So sweet and laid back. Prices are low. Staff warm and welcoming. Definitely a place to check out when in Franklin and help the local animals.

This is one of my favorite thrift stores, but it's not always open. It's got a great section of books, an outdoor area with larger items like bicycles, and an outdoor shed full of fixtures and such. They've made the wise decision to keep the clothing area small, and it's a treasure trove of collectibles and knick-knacks near the front. It's always worth a look because you never know what you'll find!

Expensive for a thrift shop so call ahead to see there is a sale happening - sometimes certain items are discounted. Also I am directing this directly to the thrift store so I hope they check the reviews: if you’re going to ask shoppers to wear masks (despite new CDC guidelines) please turn the air conditioning on! I have shopped at this thrift shop for five times and every time I go in I just about smother because I wear my mask as requested. Also I don’t really think that the staff is very friendly at all, people come in and they spend their money at your shop the least you can do is be friendly.

My family and I WERE so excited about shopping here! As soon as we walk in the cashier woman tell us to put on our masks, we tried explaining that my mother has a medical condition and her doctor said she shouldn't wear one. The lady said "You don't have a medical condition in this store!" So if you have any medical problems, avoid this store. EXTREMELY RUDE.

I had a question about pricing. The employee couldn't hear me. I pulled down my mask to repeat myself. There was more than 6 feet between us. I was rudely told to pull my mask up. I don't want COVID or anything else anymore than anyone else. There is no sense is being rude about it.

We always stop here when "thrifting" in Franklin. A little off the beaten path, but worth the 7 minute drive from downtown. You can never tell what you'll find, but we always find something. Clothes are clean and all items are well organized. Assistants are always available, helpful and friendly. All proceeds go to support the local animal shelter.

On November 19 2020 on this date the cashier had a very bad attitude just like other times we have been to this location. She acts like she doesnt whant to be bothered by any customers. And awnsers your questions like you dont know what your talking about . Due to this cashier I will no longer be shopping here.

Great thrift shop full of wonderful glass and kitchen stuff! Friendly staff and a good cause. The ever-changing stock sets this thrift shop at the top for a once a week visit. The half price sales are great!

I just love this place. It covers so many needs that most people have. From bedding, Men and womens clothing, kitchen ware, furniture, lighting fixtures, hardware, handicap products, jewelry, China, glassware, purses, music stuff, movies..... etc. Major sales too!!!!For me, it's just a awesome place to get things that I want and need.What better cause, to help our furry friends that are temporarily homeless to get their needs met until they find their "FOREVER HOMES".Blessings and Love to all who read this.P.S. Thrift store-their inventory depends on donation. Some days you get lucky-today was one of those days for us. We have been here and found nothing interesting. Workers were very friendly and helpful. They have an outbuilding and an outside area with larger things.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. But unfortunately it's prices have gone up almost to the point of retail. It sad , but I understand the money goes to a great cause. But I don't feel necessary to pay retail for something used.

About 25% of the store is clothes and the rest is miscellaneous. All proceeds go for a good cause which makes me feel happy about buying some stuff.

I just visited the store and I usually buy old LP records for a dollar each , one of the lps I was going to purchase today was donated by eachOld Whistle Stop Mall.Well when I got to the register I was told it was half off of the whistle stop price that was still on the album. What a ripoff after all the stuff was donated to them , then the lady told me they go by the internet prices, I use to donate to them but no more!
