I went in today and everything has changed... For the better! The whole store has been given a makeover and the book section looks fantastic! Employees were stocking shelves, merchandise was well placed and easy to look through. I don't know if this is new management, but I like it! Keep up the good work!

It was better than I expected to be honest I went there looking for a couch and possibly end tables however what they had wasn’t what I was looking for but I left with other great household items that look brand new and they were priced great!! Also purchased a game for a couple bucks that is priced around $30 in stores and all the pieces are there and looks as if maybe played a couple times other than the damaged box it came in.

For items that are donated and given free to Goodwill,they are pricing it all at eBay prices! When most of Goodwill stores have senior discounts on certain days or continued customer discounts this store doesn't offer any of these.

Horrible experience today! I’ve been shopping here for over a year and I walked in to a nightmare! I mumbled a cuss word out of frustration due to having to go to my car and look for a mask! Mind you I’ve been vaccinated and certainly not a risk! Never needed a mask before today but luckily I found one in my car! Walked back in and this woman told me if o cussed at her again I’d have to leave! I told her I never personally cussed at her and went on shopping. Went to check out and placed my things onto the counter and she turned around and gave me a dirty look! I looked at her and said, “What are you looking at? What’s wrong with you? “ She told me I cussed at her again and I never uttered a cuss word! She had a very bad attitude! I noticed that all the other workers in the store seemed unusually quiet and anxious! This woman was clearly the reason why! I’ve never seen her here before but I’ll NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN! I’ve been a loyal costumer for a year and a half and they just lost a great patron! I lost my cool after she threatened to call the law if I didn’t leave the store, and trust me I was no threat to her! I called her a few choice words she pushed me way too far and it takes a lot for me to lose my coolLike. This! Clearly I feel she may have been on drugs or has a couple screws lose!* Prices for many items here are way overpriced! After my experience with this woman who clearly had some seniority over the other clerks I will never go back there again! I truly feel sorry for them as they seemed so unhappy that day !!!

What can I say, I loved a good thrift store and Goodwill will always be my first stop when thrifting. Unfortunately the selection here can be pretty slim at times but that’s partly due to the area and I’ve noticed at times they’ll have items I’ve seen at dollar tree priced for $1-3 dollars. But other than that, there is nothing to complain about. The prices for the most part are really good and the employees are always super friendly to me.

Google maps says they're open until 8pm, but when I arrived at 6:15pm on Monday to drop off a car load of donations, they had 2 ladies working the donations area who put up a "closed" sign because they were too busy... The sign outside said they're open until 7:30pm. All that said, their information is just extremely inconsistent. It was also highly inconvenient to keep my car full of donations for an extra day than planned because I needed to use the space in my car for other things... Overall a bummer of an experience.

I went to donate some nice items and was rudely told they weren't taking donations. I go there to get little blankets for my dogs and other things, you better believe I won't be back. AARC Thrift Store is much better!

I was really happy with the customer service and the prices and they were really tolerant of my not on purpose loudness. when im just digging through the silverware -the loudest 1 in the store and (didn't mean to be). Ya they are awesome.

I love this Goodwill! It is managed by a caring manager: Kristie who is very friendly to all that shop there and to her team workers. The prices are fair and they always have a great assortment of furniture and items coming out on the floor all the time! You can't go wrong shopping here!

They get donations for free, but then turn around and place a $30 even $40 price tag, on a pair of New Balance shoes. This whole company is terrible. 10-14% of all there money, goes to helping people, the rest fill the pockets of the people in charge.

A bit above average GoodWill thrift store that is clean and organized (though I don't often find as much higher-end men's clothing compared to other GW stores). Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended!

They usually have a good selection, I can normally leave with something. However the past few times I've been in the shelves seemed bare. Hopefully things will pick up soon.

I usually love browsing thrift stores, but this store is unfortunately quite unorganized and many items displayed are visibly filthy. There are lots of clothes, but don't expect too much from the other departments.

Prices have gotten ridiculous.. its a thrift store not regular retail.. some items went from 50 cents to 2.50. Clearance at Walmart is flipping cheaper and atleast clean when u buy it

The shopping center is gross and unsafe feeling. The store is dirty. I’ve been in many thrift stores and Goodwill’s and this store is poorly run.

Most of the clothes have stains and are not worth reselling. It would be nice if donations were sorted before being put on the floor for sale.

It was good. They don't have much on boys clothes. But plenty of everything else
