Met Jeff yesterday to get 4 photos framed. We were met by an adorable kitty and Jeff was most courteous and friendly. His operation was totally professional. Jeff is highly knowledgable and talented and he patiently helped us select framing from his extensive inventory of sample frames, etc. Prices were quite reasonable, especially compared to other framers. Overall a very positive experience.

Jeff was highly professional and very knowledgeable about framing techniques as well as color selection. I'm so glad I took his expert advice because each piece of art is really enhanced by the frame choice as well as the mat color. I had two different projects done. One was quite a detailed one with 6 different prints in one frame. Jeff did great with framing it and adding little touches to it that I was not expecting. Both of them turned out amazing and I left him two more projects to work on for me. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect frames and mats for my projects. Turnaround time was very quick, I was expecting 6 weeks, I picked them up in two weeks. Prices were more affordable than other frame shops I've visited in the past with better quality and experience. I highly recommend him for any framing needs you may need.

My wife Nancy could not have been more delighted with the work Jeff did for her! She was not sure which frames, mats, etc. would work best for her three framing projects and Jeff's artistic eye and vision guided her through the entire process.She was totally blown away when she picked up her pictures and saw that he was "spot-on" with all his framing suggestions. His craftsmanship is absolutely exceptional!One piece that she had framed was a vintage needlework textile that he recommended be dry cleaned prior to framing. He referred her to a local dry cleaner who was trusted and equipped to handled this type of project. She dropped the piece off at the dry cleaners after her framing meeting with Jeff and he actually arranged it so Franklin Picture Framer's would pick up the dry cleaned piece, (Thank you Scott!) saving her an hour and a half drive to handle this detail. Talk about fabulous customer service!She is now really excited to have more framing done. Things, for example, that have been tucked away in boxes forever which she has wanted to get framed but felt intimidated about because she didn't know where to begin with all the decision making involved.No worries there any more! Jeff's got this!Nancy is truly appreciative and so very happy with her framed works of art.Thank you Jeff and Scott. She will be back!

This frame shop is amaZing! As a decorator, I have framed a good deal of paintings, memorabilia, pictures and collective things like military awards. Never have I used a framer like Jeff. He is creative, fast, economical and he reads minds. So fun working with him. I had 17 pieces to frame. I explained that I was finishing my decorating project and that guests were coming soon so could he please frame at least 3? He said he’d do his best. Man! Was I surprised to receive a call less than 10 days later that all but 3 were finished and the only reason those weren’t finished was because the frames were on a slight back order! So do I recommend Franklin Picture Framing? You betcha I do! 💯

Happened to find this “gem” advertised on a Franklin map - old school search! And what a find...the studio is very attractive and professional looking, with many of Jeff’s personal memorabilia on display. He showed immediate interest in my project, suggesting several options for matting and framing. I originally wanted it within a short time for Mother’s Day, but realized I would not be able to deliver it, as I’d planned. Jeff has an innate ability, creative/artistic eye combined with exceptional attention to details resulting in perfection.I had two very special family projects that I took to Jeff. The first was a large photo off the back of a boat in the Atlantic Ocean of my fisherman husband. I told Jeff the style of the room with a few colors. Jeff did a triple mat and frame that brought the photo to life! The frame is a Perfect match for style and the colors of the mats brought out the colors in the photo. We love it!The second project was a small medallion that I wanted framed as a keepsake but I wanted to be able to see the message on the back. Again Jeff took that direction and used his artistic talent! It came out beautiful and truly became a treasured piece of art now hanging in our home.It was a pleasure to work with Jeff!
