My 6 week old mini dachshund, Koko Chanel "K.C." had eagle talons for fingernails. They took her in the next day, and they came right out to greet me at my vehicle. The lady was so sweet and brought her inside, and I was able to see everything through the window. They were very gentle with her, and she was just as playful as ever. Don't think she even realized they were trimming her nails. I will continue to go back, for she is due again for nail trimming. I am looking forward to using them for other services as she grows and progresses. Thanks again.

I have an anxious dog who isn't used to being away from me so I was worried she would be stressed when I came to pick her up. Instead, she came trotting out like she'd just had the best day ever with her friends. All casual and pretty pleased with life in general. To me, that speaks volumes about the environment they're creating.They also did a great job giving her a bath and followed my instructions for a trim perfectly. I wouldn't trust her with anyone else.

I took my little Biewer Terrier to this groomer right before Christmas to have him groomed. I asked them to trim his little face as short as they could without it being too short, trim his paws and his private areas and bathe him and cut his nails. I told them to leave the fur on his body long as it was winter and these little dogs get cold. He had had a bath and was combed and brushed two days before by my husband. He did wear his little coat and harness. I left him I thought in good hands. I got the call to pick him up so I went immediately to get him as I live five minutes away. I got there and Hayley came out and asked me who I was there to pick up( I’ve handed her my dog and picked it up 7 weeks earlier and again 5 hours earlier and she couldn’t remember who I was there to pick up).She brought Toby out and handed him to me and I went into shock. She said he had a few mattes under his arms and on his belly and she had to shave him. I couldn’t speak. I handed her the payment plus tip and she handed me a piece of paper with appointments for a year to bring him back. I went to the car and broke down. I will never take him back there. They should have at least called me first before they shaved him. He is freezing and miserable!!!
