The name of this store really says it all! It’s a very cozy place. They have vinyl records and books, along with other items that would make for amazing gifts for people. Walking through this place is like walking through someone’s house, in the coolest way ever. I loved the themed rooms that matched the genre of the books that were in it. So many different things to explore! The person that was working was very friendly! I definitely plan on coming back.

This place is great. The atmosphere is relaxing, and there are different rooms per your interests. We spent an unrushed hour previewing records and books and enjoying the free hot drinks. The kitties are adorable and friendly but not in your face. It’s nice in there: new and clean. Go and hang out!

Super cool bookstore with themed book rooms, such as mystery and sci-fi/fantasy (and even an LP room). It's fun wandering through the rooms and discovering new titles. There are lots of comfy places to sit and read while sipping a complimentary cup of coffee or tea. I look forward to many more visits.

Awesome shop in Franklin, we really needed a place like this. They offer books, gifts and vinyl in a fun environment and have lots of events that you can't find around here otherwise.

More than a bookstore! Super cute shop! I love thier awesome selection of records, candles, decor, and the best (and funniest) selection of mugs ever!!! So many great gifts! I'm planning to do most of my holiday shopping there - there's something for everyone on my list. Very welcoming staff! Buddy, the bookshop cat is adorable

This bookstore is amamzingggggg!!! I have gone here lots of times, and each visit it just gets better and better! I love the short story writing contest that they did, and the store is amazing. Each room transports you into a different world of fantasy, sci-fi, and mystery. I absolutely love this store, and is one of the newest but best stores in Franklin. I want everyone to know about this amazing store, thank you so much for allowing us to experience the joy of this store! I would definitely recommend!(Sorry but I just had to admire your beautiful cats in this store! Super soft and friendly! So cute!)

Hands down, the BEST bookstore around and unlike anything you'll find in our small town! Jennifer and her wonderful staff have done an outstanding job carefully crafting each themed room and hand selecting every product to fill this unique and boutique bookstore! With a wide variety of books for all ages and interests, vinyl records for any taste in music, and a fun selection of candles, lotions, stickers, journals, pens, and so many other items you never knew you needed, Cozy and Content is the place to visit! I just love all of the friendly faces in there, especially their mascot kitty cat, Buddy! Go see these folks!

This place is a hidden treasure and a much needed addition to our little growing community. I was very impressed with the setup. It looks like they've modified a small medical office and dedicated each "exam" room to specific genres of books with a separate room for vinyl. Lots of interesting little gifts throughout along with places to sit and skim through the many books for sale. They also host a book club that meets regularly, as well as special events each month. Definitely worth checking out and a great way to meet new people with similar interests.

LOVE this bookstore! It is like they read my mind when they stocked their shelves. Separate rooms by genre makes it easy to get lost in your own world and browse. It is a very cozy place and not just books, but records, stickers and cool little pieces as well. My favorite store in Franklin!

Cozy and Content is one of my favorite places to visit and bring guests. It is not just one big space, but rather a number of cozy rooms, each with its own magical flavor. One can find a wide range of specially selected books, vinyls, manga and one of a kind gifts. A must see!!

Went to visit the store today (Sunday August 6th at 2:30pm) store hours says they are open on Sunday 1-4 but that’s not true. Doors were locked, four cars in the parking lot and nobody inside. Sign in the window also said it was open Sundays 1-4 as well as google. False advertising, no note on the door, poor business practice and a wasted trip.
