I was interested in purchasing 3 items with the price tag of $40 each on them. I knew that was high and asked the lady who was sweeping the floor if she worked there (vs it being her booth). She replied with “what do you want?” very rudely. I showed her the 3 identical pieces and asked if she’d call and see if the booth owner would take $100 for all 3 (still high but I liked them and was willing to pay that). She said “no bundling, 10% off is the best I can do”. I walked around a while longer and asked a man who worked there if he would call. I showed him the EXACT same thing on EBay and Etsy, which were priced from $6 ($18 with shipping) to $24 (free shipping). He refused to call the booth owner saying it wasn’t enough money to warrant a call to them. I told him he needed to care more about his booth renters than to lose them a $100 sale. I realize I’m not talking about $1000 and told him so and I said I would think the booth renter would rather not lose a $100 sale and all they had to say was no. He refused to call. I told him I’d make a note to never come in there again and left. VERY RUDE to customers of which I no longer am.As a follow up to your answer...The reason I looked for someone else to ask is because of the rude way I was treated by the lady whom I first asked. When I first entered the store and walked toward the back left, I heard her talking to someone about another customer and she was not nice at all about what she was saying. I almost left then. My husband and I own numerous retail businesses and I understand the owner of the items not wanting to come down. However, I was not told that was the case, just that items could not be bundled and that it was too little money involved to even make the call. I will also say that if one of our employees treated any customer the way I was treated, they would no longer be in our employment. You certainly reserve the right to treat anyone the way you want to but I reserve the right to never enter your store again. I now have ordered 4 of these pewter bowls on EBay for a total cost of $71 including shipping.

Great shop! Lots of primitives. Staff is extremely helpful. Open clean easy to roam and enjoy. Great buys.

This is a wonderful place to visit with lots of items to choose from. I would’ve given them five stars except the woman’s bathroom was not working in the first building so you have to walk to the second building. In that bathroom there were eight stalls and only one was working. I think they need a plumber?

Excelente collection of antiques. Well organized, clean and free of musty odors. However, be prepared to pay their credit card fee that they tack on to the price. I suggest that they have a minimum charge. A fee plus tax is a bit much.

Up from Florida with my wife. I had a major stroke and brain surgery and use a cane. Went today while my wife shopped and needed a place to sit and found a bench downstairs in the corner out of the way. Normally I ask but no one was around. As I was sitting a guy came up and told me I could not sit there. I explained my situation and he said, if you want to sit go outside. I found my wife and we put all the purchases down and as I left I told the lady behind the counter and she just shrugged her shoulders. The people in all the shops in Franklin have been nice but will never step foot in this RUDE store again.I received your response. I'm 68 and own many antiques and was extremely careful to find a wood bench that was extremely sturdy and know how to be careful. The fact of the matter you stated if you had of known my situation you would have been accommodating. I tried to explain to the gentleman but he was rude and condescending. No need for a response I won't be back.

Good lord, don't stop here unless you have wads of time and/or you aren't into antiques and such lol. So many neat things to see, and arranged in such a way you can actually see things.... not just booths, not just a jumble of things. The customer service was a bit lacking but whatever.... my friend and I had a lot of fun!

The first time we visited we went in building #2 only. Great prices, nice employees - we had a fun time and had some awesome finds. The next time we visited we tried shopping in the first building. We walked in five minutes after 5pm but saw the hours said they closed at 5:30. The lady who was working walked by and said she was getting ready to close. I asked if they closed at 5:30 and she said no, in a few minutes. We could understand if we had been looming around at 5:30 but it wasn't even 5:15. We also would've understood if she explained that their hours had changed or that she had somewhere to be but she said it pretty curtly and rudely with no explanation. Honestly made us not want to come back.

Today we unknowingly came in 20 minutes before closing. Not only did no one tell us as we entered the door, they kept making weird annoyed comments within earshot of us.I didn't think anything of it until I heard one of the employees tell a customer that they were closing in 5 minutes. I felt bad so I tried to find who I was with so we could leave.As we were trying to leave an employee loudly scolded us like we were little children.I have never had such a bizarre experience. I wondered why ya'll had to downsize but now I'm not surprised. Part of running a successful business is customer service and you are never entitled to yell at customers for any reason.

My husband and I ride through 3 states as we live in the"golden corner" of SC. (Upper western tip of SC-bordering GA and NC) Bryant's is the largest antique mall within 2-2 and a half hours of driving.. 2 huge buildings stuffed full.Most importantly,open every day with numerous dealers so that there is really something interesting for everyone. Their website is awesome. Always showing new pictures of interesting items and sale events. *As far as convenience fees on cards,it has become standard at the places that I shop, including auctions. The merchant isn't getting that money and if they didn't charge it the dealer would be penalized and unable to discount as well or simply would have to raise prices!

I’ve been in the Antique Business for 45 years this place demonstrates how I remember the Antique Malls of the past.One of the Best Antique Malls in a 75 mile radius. The owners are conscientious, helpful, incredibly hospitable and it is a completely enjoyable experience to shop there. Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your in the area and are true Antique lovers don’t miss it. Those of you who are offended by credit card fees should be ashamed of yourself to leave such a deplorable review for such a wonderful couple who are trying their best to maintain and keep the Antique business alive and well. Kudo’s to these youngsters.

What a great place to browse/shop for unique antiques. We're here about once a month to see what's "new" and always leave with a purchase or two, three, four... It's a great place to bring our out-of-town guests, and with bldg. 2 open, you can easily spend hours here. If you l love antiques, or just like to revisit days gone by, this is the place. Not over-priced like some others around the area.

Building#1 is packed with great antiques. Prices are good and fair. Lots of kitchen, primitive, tools, advertising and miniatures. Had a good time. Was super hot in building 1, had fans on to help but was drenched in sweat by the time we left.

Good selection and priced right. They have a second building open to the upper part of the hill. Good place to stop and take a break from driving. Drawback is they did not take credit card and I had to write a check. Not sure why this is so.

This place is amazing and reasonably priced. Best Antique Store I've been to and I go to allot in different cities of Tennessee. I drove to this one 3 hours away and well worth my trip. Can't wait to go back to see their addition....
