Well I declare! I can’t believe these negative reviews are actual customers and not people in town that are disgruntled - I bought some stir fry meat and ribeye it’s the best meat I’ve had in years , flavorful and tender! It will be a new go to, so don’t believe everything you read, and half of what you see. Worth every penny, and the employees are knowledgeable and nice too, ya’ll need to support your local businesses.

My wife and I have been shopping here for many years. A true local customer. Buying Steaks, Tri Tips and other cuts. We bought a package of Chicken on March 1st and it went into a cooler in the car with ice. Opened it that later day to cook. It reeked, it was spoiled, and we called it in. They don't offer refunds or returns. So we are out of luck. Poor business practice. We will be buying much less and be looking for other local options. Use to have good customer service.

Was given a brasstown beef gift certificate from the online store by my sister that lives in another city. We have a Brasstown beef store here in Franklin. I tried to redeem the $50 certificate online and the shipping was an additional $75. The total was going to be over $125 to redeem $50 worth of meat. Buyer Beware!!Took the certificate to the local Brasstown beef store but they would not redeem even though there was plenty of "beef" onsite. The young lady at the front was very nice but the manager was not so customer friendly.. The customer friendly thing to do would have been to redeem the certificate in store-- He would not even consider. I tried to explain that shipping costs of $75 to redeem $50 of certificate was crazy. His response, "well shipping costs have gone up". Would not even consider redeeming in store even though there was plenty of stock.Who would buy a $50 dollar gift certificate knowing it was going to cost an additional $75 to redeem. Again, buyer beware!!Add;Was contacted by Brasstown beef today(6/5/23) and was offered a gift certificate that can be used in store. I want to thank them for doing the right thing and their customer service. Therefore would like to change the star rating to 4 stars from 1 star.

Oh my, wow...fantastic beef. My wife and I were in town and picked up some steaks. Just incredible flavor. If I lived locally, I would shop here all the time.

Great beef, the only way to get it fresher is to do it yourself. This is by far some of the best I've ever gotten locally. Highly recommend, the prices are higher than the grocery store but you pay for quality. Some people say beef is beef but that's like saying a John Deere from the dealer is the same as one from Lowe's. It's obviously not, and it's worth the extra for the quality that you get.

We just visited today. I bought some stew meat and 3 packs of Flat Iron Steaks. The young lady that rang up our purchase was very nice. The quality of the steaks is super. I bought some NY strips for Christmas dinner, and got to brake in my new grill with some fantastic steaks, every one enjoyed dinner.

Wow..... I told a friend we were going to vacation in Brasstown NC and he said we had to purchase our meats for the week at Brasstown Beef. All I can say is we will be ordering our meats on line and having it shipped to our home in Seminole Fl. Also Kaitlyn McGee waited on us and her customer service was above and beyond.
