Very dirty store! Unclean floors especially in the bathroom!!! The male cashier was inappropriately dressed and had very noticeable body odor! Management definitely needs to do something about this!

Definitely not my go to store any longer and the prices have doubled almost it seems and some items are marked way to high! The dollar stores are way cheaper with the exact same product. I was definitely disappointed with the experience at Big Lots today I will stick with Ollie’s from now on. However the lady cashier was nice 👍

Great place and good discounts. Staff are friendly. New management nice and clean inside. Staff are helpful and there’s great deals and clearance and prices are reasonable they also have things you won’t find in other stores. Big lots has furniture and clothing and other misc items. Check it out!

This store was a bit disheveled and chaotic but had some decent deals if you're willing to dig for them. They didn't have one thing I went in for and I spent a lot of time looking for it. Would've been quicker if things were more organized.

This used to be a great Big Lots, it's obvious that management has changed. This particular day we went in, it was a train wreck, stuff in the floors and bathroom had feces everywhere in the women's restroom. Employees standing around and sitting on phones and not doing anything to pick up any of the mess. It's sad to see what a disgrace This location has become. Hoping for change or new management!!!

We actually lived in Georgia, and probably around 60+ miles from this store but went there on a trip to Cherokee NC and fell in love. Extremely clean and very well stocked store.Staff is great and CLEAN restrooms.We'll drive 60 miles occasionally whenever we need anything from Big Lots.

Was looking for glitter but they don't carry it... I hardly visit this store bc they never have what I'm looking for. Also, I was followed around the store like I was going to steal from them! Probably won't go back because of that!

It's sad that that so many things just aren't in the store anymore. I used to get discounted energy drinks by the case, and there was a bread rack that used to have high quality inexpensive bread and snack cakes on it. They don't have control over the items that they carry, but at least the staff is awesome so I can't complain too much. Definitely follow the ads, because you can find out if they have a good deal before you take a trip there.

I love Big Lots. They are really reasonable with their prices. The store was clean. Their shelves were, for the most part, stocked well. The cashier was very nice.

Checking out was a very slow process. They definitely need to hire more people. The cashier was the only employee that I saw the entire hour that I was in the store. I waited in line 20 minutes and when I got to the cashier that took another 15 mins. Something needs to change or I'm not going to shop there anymore. 😒

Horrible lines. Cashier calls for help and your management team and extra associates stand in back talking about what they are gonna eat for lunch while the line gets considerably longer. I er 20 people in line for one register. This is t a lack of workers. This is a lack of work ethic. Lazy management and employees. Kudos to the cashier working 11/28/21. She kept at it and made sure each customer was helped in a timely manner. Shame on the rest of the employees here this day.

The store is clean and they have a large variety of items. Unfortunately the price you see on the shelf most probably will be wrong. Its happened numerous times to me. And while their prices used to be the bomb.com they are really getting too high. I didnt even buy anything my mom did but not me. The cashier was busy talking to another associate and barely spoke. Whatever Big Lots..you charge too much to have attitude

The people that work there are always very helpful. They have really good prices on good products for everyday life. Definitely end up saving some money when shopping here. Also go here for movies a lot. Pretty good selection.

This day and age we gotta be concerned about prices and saving money. Big Lots helps with their good prices. We buy our bottled water and often end up with a few other necessities. Good prices and its nice to have that choice in town that can save you some money.

We went in looking for some shelving storage units and found what we needed at reasonable prices. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. A good amount of products were on sale at a discount as much as 50% off.

Charged more than original price for item on markdown. Flower pot originally $10 rang up at $10.68.. pots not in sale paper.so I told them to keep it and other items. My time was limited and I was not wasting it while waiting for Big Lots To get their act together.

We travel here, love shopping here since we only have two in my town and it is a long distance to shop, Customer service wonderful here, always clean. Not everything priced, and a few signs were confusing, Otherwise I really enjoy.

Everyone was nice who i spoke to very helpful but i was surprised you don't carry in stock photo albums me and my wife are old fashion we like to see and hold the pictures and see them hanging on the walls not just in are phone thank you for your nice store and good prices

I was very pleased with the selection of couch and love seats. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. He showed me the mattress set I was looking for, Serta and on sale. I put both items on layaway until I can move into our new home.

I had purchased their black metal futon frame along with their camel colored futon mattress. The frame was acting up as soon as I assembled it, and one week later both hinges had broke. I was denied an exchange and instead was told by one of their employees that he would order the parts for me and contact me when they arrived at the store. After waiting and calling back twice I was told they were still waiting for parts, the third time I called and spoke to a different employee he told me there had been no evidence the parts were ever ordered, and that someone was going to get chewed out the next day, then he went to the back amd took out the parts from another futon set and gave them to me. waste of time and money. I may still consider shopping here for their dry goods though because they have a lot of good deals on dry organic grains :)
