So happy an Aldis finally came to Franklin. I will give it 5 stars but it's produce and fresh meat is a little lacking. But that's not why I go there. A great place to stock up on your Staples at the best price in town. The stores are always very clean and well-maintained. Very easy to get to as it is just down siler Road or off 64. You can find attended check out as well as do-it-yourself check out. Just remember to bring your quarter for the cart. It is clean and well-run. Bonus, clean bathrooms. You can also do online ordering here.

This location is the absolute best I have ever been to. The staff are amazing. We had a slight incident with our toddler who made a mess in the middle of the isle. The gentleman with the beard came and helped us and he was so professional and helpful. It is so hard to find great service these days but this location has done some great hiring. Thank you sir for you help. Customers for life!

Sunday after church are super busy wouldn’t recommend going if you don’t like crowds, with that said it’s a great place to get great quality stuff. I do my main shopping here now. I’m loving all the organic stuff and great prices!

inexpensive, good meats, good vegetable selection, we shop here every week. much cheaper than the local grocery stores. we enjoy shopping here. self-checkout is a breeze and they have a large area to pack your bags. they do not give out plastic bags, either have to buy a large bag from them or bring your own. it works out great. they just need to bring back the keto bread.

My advice is to only go here if you want to spend less on the grocery bill while getting great quality. The short staff is friendly and helpful.

Can't beat this place for the prices, and they have different stuff/brands that are worth trying.They have some sections that change products constantly so you never know what you're going to see, always a good deal on something unexpected.Don't forget your shopping bags, this is all up to you, that's how they help keep prices down.Good produce and meat isles, wine, snacks, you name it.I'm a regular shopper. Would recommend checking this place out.

This is the New Aldi's grocery store in Franklin NC. It has been several years since we have been in an Aldi. I was so pleased to see that the prices are still much lower than any other grocery stores. I have never gotten a product from them that wasn't just great. The Produce is always fresh and the meats look good and taste great. You do have to Check Yourself Out and it helps if you bring your own bags. It is so easy! You do still have to have a 25 cent coin to get a Grocery Cart. I only wish that they would build one a little closer to Sylva.

We come here every few weeks or so. We live about 30 minutes away, and it’s the closest Aldi we have to us. The store is always clean. I love the Aldi Finds aisle. The prices for most items are unbeatable!

Wonderful organic produce for a phenomenal price. Other stores in town *ahem I think we know who it is* are charging double for the same item, and it doesn't look near as fresh and clean. By shopping here you can easily cut your grocery bill by 30-40%. So glad Aldi is here in Franklin now ☺

I grew up right up the hill, and my elderly mother still lives there. I'm so happy to have an ALDI right there when I visit home. I love ALDI!

The self checkouts do not accept cash. The one cashier on duty seems to always have a long line when I am there. Some of the prices are great and some are about the same as Walmart. I still have to go to other stores to get what I need. I was hoping for a one stop shopping experience. I love the cheese prices in comparison to all the other stores in town. No one else has beaten Aldi's price on cheese.

This joke of a store deserves 0 stars! I'm an Instacart shopper and I needed a simple return receipt to provide Instacart for an order I had to refund for the customer. The only cashier they had upfront, a young girl named Cameron, was EXTREMELY RUDE and belligerent and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to actually DO HER JOB and process the return! I'm not about to allow anybody to jeopardize MY money because their cashiers need training on how to speak to and deal with paying customers. Eventually the main store manager was able to print a return receipt for me, but if you're an Instacart shopper, DO NOT take any orders for this store! If there's an issue with the order, you will regret ever dealing with them!

Just went in to look around. Guessing Is a type of bulk grocery story or "off-brand" so prices may be reduced a little. I did not detail comparison. Looked clean, meat looked ok, produce looked ok (although not much of it and this is rural area), other incidental items are available like pool toys. Better be clean, store just built a few months ago ..
