We tried pet perfection today for the first time and had a great experience. Our Bella is 17 years old and requires some special care when being groomed. The team did such an amazing job and our baby looks amazing. Thank you so much for this great experience!!

We have been going to Pet perfection and all I can say is this staff is great. They all really love their doggies and treat them like their own. From grooming daycare and boarding. Our Remi loves daycare he’s happy to go and tired when he comes home. A++++++

Casey has been grooming our dog for a few years now. We love her! Even when scheduling was tight they managed to find room for us! Our dog had been traumatized by a previous groomer so much that he panicked walking into any place that smelled of dogs (vet, groomer, petsmart), but he can't wait to walk into Pet Perfection!

I love this place, they take great care of my dogs every time I have boarded with them. My dogs don’t even seem to notice me when I pick them up because they have been so well taken care of. I’d also like to add that their grooming services rock.

Our dog LOVES this place for boarding with Doggie Daycare. Great people, clean facilities - you know when your dog can’t wait to get inside during each visit that it’s the right place for them. I call to check on him and the Owner says he’s acting like I’ve dropped him off at the spa for a few days. 🤣

This is a great hidden gem in Johnston county. They are friendly, always available to answer questions. On my initial visit there, they gave me a tour of the facility and it is great. They are so good with my dog Oscar. He loves it there. Always clean when I take him and so accommodating!

I have been bringing my fur babies here for years. They get baths and are boarded. The staff is very professional and caring. I think Morgan is Yoshi's favorite!

We went to drop our pup off for the weekend and were told then and not before that they were closed until 3:00pm and that the girls were on break so no one was available to take our pup. Since it was only about 1:30 - We had to arrange for a family member to meet us and take him back to drop him off. The girl that broke the news was a real witch! She wasn’t sorry at all and acted like I should have known since it’s been like that for years. Well he hasn’t been boarded in years so I had no way of knowing! This used to be the best place to leave our pup - with staff like this - I don’t think so!! We will not be leaving him here again!

Our family has been using Pet Perfection for years to groom and board our dogs. If you can’t take your furry family member with you, this is the best place for him/her to stay. Staff is friendly and don’t mind when my children call for updates. Exit baths and grooming are always a nice touch to have before bringing them home.

I have taken my Lab to Carrie since she opened. She has been left for us to travel. Can not ask for a better environment . Instead of Pet Perfection , the name should be SIMPLY PERFECTION. They bathe, they babysit, staff plays with the dogs, they do it all .

My wife and I use Pet Perfection usually at least once a month when boarding our dogs for the weekend. We have had really good service with both boarding and grooming at this facility. The staff is extremely friendly and both our pups love going. We will be long term users of this facility.

I've been boarding my two doggies here for years. Every time I get their 'travel bag' ready they go crazy, they love coming here.... they run in and don't even say goodbye to me, breaks my heart. The staff is wonderful and I know my babies are well taken care of.

Great place to take your dog. They have a place in the back that you can actually bathe your dog yourself or pay extra and have them. Do it great people that work there to answer their questions and they have a variety of different items.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff at Pet Perfection! My dogs have the best time when they stay there and absolutely love their visits! Like most people my dogs are my children and I ALWAYS feel very comfortable knowing that they have the best people taking care of them. The staff is lovely and so personable. I just love hearing how much they love having my Captain and Maggy staying with them! I always get stories about how loving and silly my crazy pups can be with them! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my babies and doing such a good job I never ever question if they are ok! You gals are the best!

I have been taking my dogs here for a few years now but the last 8 months or so I haven’t been satisfied with the way they look when I leave. The lady who groomed them is nice and friendly but doesn’t understand what length I want for my dogs and doesn’t cut them evenly. I have showed her pictures and explained what length I want them but I come back and always see them cut way to short around the face and ears and choppy in areas. It’s been too many times so I’m going to have to find another place.😏

My 2 pups love going to Pet Perfection! We usually take them with us when we travel, but for those times that we can't, we take them there. They always remember Kerri, Angie and the girls and are super excited to see them! Love that they get a bath after staying a week. And bedding always comes back clean.

I have been taking my dog to this business for over three years. My little shi tzu is terrified of being left somewhere without me or my wife staying with her. My little dog is always calm with tail wagging when I pick her up from her grooming appointments with perfect appearance. Pet Perfection is very reasonable with their prices and give the best service of any groomer I have used, and I have had this dog for over six years. I would highly recommend this groomer.
