Four Oaks store ,Okay, first off the cashiers are okay most of the time, but I have heard them say inappropriate things about male customers and the male bag boys chimed in on it , the produce is really bad,the store in way over priced and needs a deep cleaning,aside from these things I was in a couple of nights ago and bought what was supposed to be split chicken breast .what I got was mainly bone and Scraps. not sure where it came from but it definitely was not split chicken breast. Seems someone needs to do a better job. Hopefully we will have another choice to shop from somewhere in the near future. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way about it.

Favorite place to shop. I probably go here 3/4 times a week. The ladies are always so sweet and the new guy at the registers is great as well.

Very disappointed in this store, the store was dark, and dated( which wasn't a huge factor in this review) but very over priced. One thing that concerned me was the meat dept, they had old meat at a reduced price but they couldn't have given that meat to me for free it looked so bad. But on a positive note, the meat that looked good was at a fair price, better than the rest of the store.

I end up going to this store at least once a day, sometimes several times In fact, so happy to see the smiling cashier welcoming each time with a smile and calling me by my first name as they joke about me being there so often lol helps solidify the “small town” feel and atmosphere that most people around here cherish❤️

It was about the same, not that much has changed about the store.It's still the same. Since they put in the self checkout they don't have many of the other registers open.Nothing has changed about the IGA on 301 in Four Oaks. There's quite a few things that could be changed in this store. The store on 301 in Four Oaks N C need to some cleaning and changes on the Front End of the store. It's to congested.

This is an old fashioned grocery store. You can still find items your grandma use to buy. The meats are high quality and always fresh.

We shop here everytime. We’ve ordered pick ups for sundays and picked up fairly late before. This is the first time we’ve come here and they’re closed. Never got a call or anything about early closing or anything. We had an online order that we are now unable to pick up until tomorrow. Poor management if you ask me.

Most of the prices are good reasonable and most of the products are good to better quality. I went one night about 20 minutes before closing and was rushed out the side door while I had parked in the handicapped parking space right in front of the store and it was pouring rain..not only did my groceries all get soaked, because instead of being able to go out the front door, I had to go up under the lost downspout to get into my vehicle..On a second occasion, they had "pineapple cakes" on sale for $11.99Which I thought was a great deal..it looked like the other cakes I have bought before(carrot) with creamchees frosting..when I got home I found out it was cool whip topping...not worth 3.00 regular price much less the 12 plus with taxes I had paid and I could not get a refund..so 3 stars...the carrot cakes, the chocolate cakes..9 layers are good but I always of any others now..

Great family owned supermarket. Competitive prices and great selection of quality meats. Only complaint is people working at the checkouts need to stay off their phones while on store time and dealing with customers

Favorite place to shop for my groceries. You cannot beat the price of their meats. They always have great deals. Carlie Cs hasn't change much over the years it seems like this store really cares about their costumers.

Great hometown grocery store! Selection is a little limited but the meat is the best in the county! All the butcher's are wonderful! The ground beef, pork chops, chicken, and steaks are terrific. They do not taste as if the y have been in the freezer for a year. I highly recommend It!

I love their fresh baked cakes and desserts. Their prices are about the same as Foodlion maybe even more. If you wonder around and keep your eyes open you can find things on sale. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help you. They have a small pharmacy and a atm machine.

Love their meat prices.But my biggest pet peeve here is seeing the cashiers all wearing their masks wrong!!. I can't understand why they never use them correctly?!?And management seems oblivious to this!I have yet to hear any managers correct and enforce staff to cover both mouth and nose!! Why have the masks then?If you're going to do something, do it right, or don't do it at all!!!

I used to shop at that particular store until about 3 months ago I was standing in the line waiting to check out when I watched this cashier talk about a customer as her and her daughter was leaving the store, and this is not the first time I have seen this and even the ladies who have been there for a while have done that as well, they don't have enough decency to wait until customers are out the door before they are poking fun and as one lady at the register did burst out in laughter I happen to look at what she and another cashier was talking about. But do they realize that's how they stay in business? Every customer is important whether they use EBT or cash, And it doesn't give you ladies the right to ignore,or talk about someone because without them you would have no reason to be there you have lost a faithful customer I shopped there 3 times a week and until you learn to respect your customers I will give my 200.00(cash) is what I usually spend to another store who appreciates faithful customers.

Edwards Food Store in Four Oaks is a great place to shop!!!! They have the best meat department!!!!! My mom even shops with them from Wilson,NC. The staff is friendly and always helpful!!!!!!!!! I have never had a single one be ugly hateful or rude to me. Which says a lot for people and places these days!!!!!! Its big store prices in a home town store because they always have some of the best sales!!! Also if you cant find what you want they will try to do their best to get it for you.I forgot they help you with your groceries to the car which is really awesome when you are elderly have a baby or in a hurry! or just because its one of my favorite things that make it standout from all other grocery stores!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner and his son are always there working and never fail to speak when they see you! It is a great grocery store and I hope to see you all there!!!!!!!!

Great prices and deals! I can always find a great deal here. Staff are friendly, helpful and remember your name. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc I am a vegetarian and the leafy vegetables are not always the freshest. Otherwise all around great store for bargain grocery shopping!

I love Carlie C one of the best places to get fresh cut meats and the cakes are fresh made. The people are helpful the manager helps with our food supply and anything we need at the Redeemed House in Kenly, good people. Go to Carlie C's you won't be disappointed.

Best hometown grocery store ever! Great Meat selection thats priced super fair! They have great sales every week& the nicest employees you'll find. I've been shopping here for over 20years and hope I get to do it for another 20years to come! =D

This is the only grocery store in the area. I only go when I’m in desperate need of something. Make sure to check all the expiration dates on everything. They have a lot of out of date food on the shelf. I watched a gentleman restock the fresh produce and when he did he put the new produce on top of old instead of rotating it. Which explains why they have a lot of rotting produce. I do not believe the milk is kept at a safe temperature either. I bought a gallon that was still in date, got home (I live down the street...not even 2 minutes away) and when I opened it to give my child some it smelt spoiled. The cashiers are always rude. If you pull out any government assistance card they roll their eyes and huff. If you have a WIC card be prepared to have all your items on the card that you used be read loudly in a way to shame you. I have never seen a grocery store as bad as this one. I do NOT recommend shopping here.

This store had wonderful deals especially for a smaller town. Certain produce items, however, seemed a little pricey and dairy items didn't have many different product lines but the employees were both helpful, friendly and courteous.
