Today I really wanted a beverage from Starbucks. When I ordered and received it, it looked amazing, however it was the small size, oh no!!! I accidentally ordered a small but wanted the large. Jenny took my order and was very friendly and helpful when I described what I wanted. After I saw the drink and realized it wasn’t the size I thought it ordered, PJ asked if I would like him to make me the size I thought I had ordered. I said yes please and he made me another one. I was able to pay the other one forward.That really helped to brighten my day and the drink was amazingly yummy.🤩😋🥤

This is the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to that just doesn’t know how to make their own drinks correctly. I’ve ordered the same drink for years at a million different Starbucks but this place butchers it every time. It doesn’t feel like anyone here knows what they’re doing. The line was me and one old man and it took 20 minutes to get a drink. I’m really concerned everyone here is brain dead.

I have tried this location 2x now and I will not be going back. Both times my order was wrong and I had to contact Starbucks directly for them to correct the issue.1st visit: It was busy, right at 11am so the food court was piling up with people and naturally Starbucks was getting a rush. I placed my order on the app instead of waiting in the long line to order. My drink is called and I walk to my car. I ordered a Brown Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cold foam on top. No pumpkin cold foam (which it was totally white so I should've known). Went to have it remade and was given SO MUCH ATTITUDE about having it remade and it was still made wrong. They poured espresso in the cup with syrup and ice, no "SHAKEN" about this process, and topped it with pumpkin foam and shoved it towards me. I called Starbucks because of the experience and how I was treated in the store, no big deal they gave me double the amount I spent back for the inconvenience and said they would do feedback.2nd visit: I had my husband pick up my order on the way home. Ordered him a pumpkin cold brew and my usual brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam. Surprise surprise. Same thing as the first time. No pumpkin cold foam on either drink. And my shaken espresso was not made correctly, meaning it was not shaken. The syrup and stuff was all settled on the bottom. Again, called Starbucks because I was assured feedback would be sent to hopefully prevent this from happening again... clearly they don't care to make the drinks how they are supposed to be made.DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible service. I understand there was ONE person working alone on Mother’s Day but still for the price of Starbucks the drinks should at least be good and decent service only came to this one cause north post was closed till later. Asked for decaf and decaf wasn’t on the sticker but being pregnant I had to double check so Ofcourse attitude when we asked nicely! Do better won’t be returning to this location.

They are ALWAYS out of something. They can't keep anything in stock.Edited to 1 star. My past 2 coffees have tasted like water. I am just wasting my money. And they don't give receipts so I can't get a refund.

Worst Starbucks ever. ALWAYS, out of EVERYTHING and SLOWWWW, equipment is ALWAYS “broken”. The ovens - don’t expect to get hot food 2 hours before they close, yet they work all day long. Employees are lazy and clueless and their interactions are awkward, it’s customer service for gods sake. If they are “special or on the spectrum”, just put a sign up so people will have a better understanding. I understand it’s not a real store, it’s ran by AAFES, but no other store on post presents the problems this one does, in fact no other store or even business! I live close and used this store often, and literally every single time I went there, there is an issue. I stopped going. Oh and drinks, not even consecutive, so off. I can deal with some marginal errors, but other stuff…dumb.

Sadly, this location is consistently the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It seems way understaffed, the employees seem annoyed all the time and the customer service is terrible. Today I spent over 30 minutes waiting for a nitro cold brew that is poured from the tap and a croissant. My drink was somehow made incorrectly and then I noticed I was charged $7.50 for a panini, not a croissant. So much confusion as to how to refund a customer and I noticed other customers complaining about drinks being made incorrectly. I will say that it is unfair to expect 1 employee to take orders, make drinks, figure out the food orders, etc. Management needs to step it up!

Ordered on the app and the app said it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I made it over there by then and by the time I got to the drive thru it was 30 mins from when I ordered.They could not find my order. I had two different employees four times ask me if I ordered from the right place. I showed them the receipt on my app each time. They asked me the name on the order at least three times. After about 5-10 mins of waiting, they finally just asked what my order was and made it. 🙃

Worst experience ever first time here i asked for a pick up and one of the ladies said pick up over here with hand and face expressions like if she was bother when i asked. I noticed not even a welcome or hi for the customers.I didn’t know drive thru is closed weekends and one of the other ladies saw i was outside, they should’ve at least said drive trough is closed. People here look mad when they doing ordersPeople should be more polite and smile moreHorrible service

If you love coffee, stay away from this Starbucks. I went through the drive through and they got both of the drinks I ordered completely wrong. The drive through line took quite a while and to screw 100% of my order up was beyond me.

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to! Never returned a drink until today. The man who gave me my drinks made them watery and didn’t return my debit card to me asap. He left my card there and didn’t give me a receipt. When pulling off I tried my drink, which I can tell it looked watered down, but I gave it the benefit of a doubt. Yup nope I turned around and asked for a refund instead! Super disappointed. But the lady who helped me when I turned around, was nice and helpful.

Warning ⚠️. Long post.Mobile ordered coffee on a Sat morning for. I got there about 5 minutes after the time given that it would be ready. I drove up to the drive-thru window since the actual door to the store was locked. I told the Barista I have a mobile order and gave my name.The barista began to tell me that “it’s not ready and you still have to tell me that you have an order at the speaker because it’s only one of me. You have to go back around”. With frustration, I went back around to the speaker and told him (the Barista) I have a mobile order. He said to pull to the window. Within two minutes my order was ready. The worse service ever.I was not upset because my order wasn’t ready. His demeanor and customer service was very atrocious and rude. He sent me back around through the drive through for a reason that made no sense to me. Starbucks, your baristas need to do better. Customers do not owe you nothing but respect and the cost of their orders. Your projection of anger and frustration is not one that we pay for. Your service can ruin or make someone’s morning.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HAVE WIFI! So if you plan on doing anything requiring Wi-Fi, don't come to this location! Nothing extraordinary about this Starbucks. It's less busy in the morning than the Starbucks near Butner Gate and has a smaller seating area.

Today is 5/26/23. I ordered a coffee at 9am and got it at 9:25am. A guy next to me showed me his receipt and he had been waiting since 8:40am. When I left at 9:26am, he was still waiting. This is the worst service I have ever seen. All the reviews I read are just awful. The manager needs to be fired!!!

Drive thru service is the slowest for any Starbucks I have ever been to. The espresso machine was broken today... so you would think the drive thru would move faster...nope....20 minutes later... finally, I was able to get out of it. There are a few workers that are great and fast service... but most of the workers are super slow. Ridiculous!!! Do better Exchange Starbucks!!!!

Worst Starbucks location I’ve been to.I’ve tried this location multiple times and only had a good drink once.One time my Frappuccino had a chunk of ice the size of half the cup.Another time my Frappuccino literally tasted like they they used the drip tray water to make it.And this time I got a watered down flat white.I’ve had these drinks plenty of times at other locations to know they are not supposed to taste like that.They are also incredibly slow.

Waste of time and rude employees! Waited in line for an hour and 12 mins through drive thru and then was given the wrong order and food was ice cold. Went inside to fix the problem and the staff wouldnt even approach my husband and I and they didnt want to take responsibility for the mistakes they made! They said i picked up the wrong order ( even though they are the ones who handed it to me) and it did have my name on it! They also said they couldn't do a refund because i had to do it on the app since i ordered it through the app which i understand but to be told well your food is cold cause you came through the drive- thru should not be an excuse! Also the other employee decided to have a huge attitude because i said l was haned the wrong order. She grabbed it and pushed it back across the counter and said well you picked the wrong order up and then said and we also only have one oven so your gona have to wait then she walked away. Also the manager didnt even handle any of the situation!!!So needless to say i wont go back!
