Had to exchange an item I bought earlier this morning as it had a manf. defect; so I had to go to the customer service counter. There was only one person working the counter & she was rather curt, no smile, and certainly did not seem welcoming in any way.I know everyone has bad days & this might have been hers, but I've worked retail for many years & this does not make me want to return & shop there.

Worst customer service ever. Stand in line for 30 mins while customer service tries to process someone else's return. No lanes open. Only self checkout which doesn't allow you to scan half your products, because they are "not in the system." Just go off post to purchase what you need.

There is always a line at the cs area. Other employees are walking around like they have nothing to do and there is one person at the register. Valarie had the biggest attitude. Also why don't any of the cosmetics have their protective packaging?

We stopped while camping nearby. The store was clean and well stocked. While purchases are tax free, the individual items are not well priced. Maybe there are deals to be had but if I had regular access to shop there, I would be comparing prices. Staff (I wish I had gotten her name) was so helpful looking for a certain shoe not paired with the boxes. When we got to the register, a worker yelled at my husband to see his ID as he was trying to get it out of his wallet. Not good yelling at a retired Lt Col.

It's alright. Not much to expect. I've seen better main post PXsDidn't have what I wanted. Just some sleeping earplugs. 😴 none at all. Had to leave and go to Walmart.

Be mindful to price check, the px is not always the cheapest price. I recently purchased a perfume for my motherinlaw. I found it 24 dollars cheaper via amazon.

Always a great experience with many options for all family members. The Fort Liberty sweatshirt sizes were very small- all mediums and smalls. Weird for our family who are all 5’10 to 6’5 in height.

Better than any other PX I’ve been to in my career. Definitely can find some great Christmas presents for those proud parents if you’re a Soldier having a hard time finding something for them. Actually, you can find a gift, have it wrapped, and send it off all in one stop during the holidays.Staff was very friendly too at this location.

Please beware of angry bird in gardening section, she has a nest and apparently animal control told the employees they can't do anything about it. Tho I thought is was kinda funny that the bird repeatedly pecked and sqawked at me while I perused the potting soil. Others may not think it's funny and worse a child could get seriously hurt.

The store is nice and the people are nice but the store has so many clothes on racks you cant hardly move around them with a buggie, prices are high, even the clearance prices are high. Maybe have a better sale and make some room. I hear people talking about the sales and they're saying these prices are high, so it's not just me.

I have been here several times before. The PX is a great place to get whatever you need they have excellent customer service and a very pleasant place to shop. Before going into the PX there is a food court to the right as you come in and very good service there as well. When my ex-husband was in the military we were stationed here for quite some time and this was one of the places we always went.

Overall this px has a lot of items, general items and such. The prices are not often matched with other stores deals. Sometimes you can get a better deal at the px, other times the px is more expensive. Overall it’s location is convenient and the workers are pretty helpful.

Honestly, I've seen better selection at a yard sale. If you're looking for low quality options that sort of fit the category of what you're looking for, this PX has got it. If you want a quality item, shop somewhere else.

Convenient on post shopping location. Although the products can be a bit pricey, you can always go to the economy and find the same product for less and bring the proof back and price match at any AAFES location.

The lady at the self checkout just “screamed” at me that she wants to see my ID, which I was in process of taking out of wallet at the same moment, because it’s not the first time I go to an on post store. Immediately after, she yelled again that register 8 it’s off, which mind you , had absolutely NO SIGN on it, the screen was on and seemed functional. HOW WOULD CUSTOMERS KNOW it’s out of order, if it’s on and going ?! I am only sorry that I’m too soft and polite, and didn’t cussed her out . Why would you yell at me ?! We just moved here a month ago, and today was the first day I went to PX because my 7 years old asked me to . But wow! If I’d yell like this at my patients, I’d have no patients for sure ….

Can’t keep electrical items in stock, unless you want a tv of course. Any computers/tablets are out of stock every single time I look to purchase the items at the exchange. Best Buy it is, thanks for nothing

Wednesday, 1 June, at around 11 am, I stood waiting for a young cashier, who continued conversing with a customer about CUTE shoes!! I have no issue with cashiers and customers interacting, but having her look right at me, failing to politely end her conversation, and not even asking if I was ready to make my purchase, was disappointing (to say the least!) And, yes, she had completed the other lady's transaction! Before I walked to a another terminal, I actually watched her invite the customer to come around the edge of the counter, in order to take a look at the shoes SHE was wearing! Thankfully, the NEXT cashier showed me more respect and courtesy!

My husband and I went to this location on Friday October 28th because we couldnt find the candy that was on sale at the other Exchange; Buy one get one half off. We went to the self check out and I was able to catch that the register hadn't taken my half off before I finished my transaction and was able to get it corrected by the lady checking id's. My husband had finished his transaction and the register had not given him his discount.The lady sent him to customer service to be grilled by ANNA; the "customer" service cashier. Anna proceeded to ask guestions " why she send you here" , "she should have caught it and fixed it"; speaking of the lady over seeing self checkout! " I told them yesterday that candy wouldn't pick up". This was not said in a normal tone of voice! I didn't get the other lady's name that came over and added to the conversation! Both were on aggreeance of the subject!.My husband, unlike me, is not a confrontational person so he stood there and didn't say anything but he was clearly riled about the situation on our way out. I told him he should have corrected her attitude or spoke to management.It's not the customers job to make sure something scans like it's suppose to scan and when there is a problem that's what customer service is for. I can only imagine how your customers were treated throughout yesterday.My husband was talked to like a child and that disrespect I did not like! I'm not giving the Exchange one star; that's for ANNA and the other lady that came over during this situation!
