Outdated practices - ordered online (ship to store). They only received one of my items but keep telling me "they don't know where the other items are and won't release the items they do have until the missing items come." I was also told they would not cancel the order outright. I used my starcard so it's accruing interest on items I don't even have. I just went ahead and purchased the items elsewhere. It's been a month and still no word. One male employee did apologize when it did first happened (thank you). When I called a week later for an update, a rude woman told me "I wasn't the only one waiting for their order, there was nothing they could do, and I just need to wait for an email update because they don't know where the items are."

Dont buy the lawnmowers here. For one, you can not test to see if they work since they do not have even a small amount of gas in them. Why would you pay from $2600 to $3000 for a lawnmower if it is not proven that is works properly before you take it home. You can not even return it with a small amount of gas so they can prove it works. This does not make sense. The employess are rude. Even if they deliver it to your house they could be bringing a broken one since NO GAS IS IN IT to test it. Why would anyone need to fill it up some off the lot. That is like wanting to drive a car off the lot to test drive it and no gas in it which is unheard of.

The food court was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The trashes were all overflowing and there was not one clean booth. Most had a pile of trash underneath.
