Excellent service. We had the white chocolate peanut butter frappe. Absolutely delicious. The Ace pineapple cider was also very good. This is a cute place to get some drinks and just hang out with friends. You definitely must visit.

This is such a cute small town tap house and coffee shop. We stopped here after camping in Tryon and will definitely be back. Great lil place!

Friday Dec. 22, 2023 6:00pm. This bartender is horrible. Drunken and slobbering patrons (friends of hers) were causing problems and even challenged me to a fight. She didn't eject them from the bar. Actually, she did nothing about them, their presence, their state of drunkeness or their clearly aggressive behavior. She should be fired!!

I was very disappointed when I was finally able to make to here.. got to see my brothers play for a minute. it was VERY hot inside.. and after being on a roof all day i was not liking the heat inside too. the "seating" arrangement was (for lack of better terms) awkward at best. They only serve beer.. and not a huge selection to choose from. They were cold though. And the place was clean the girl behind the bar was sweet. All in all the place wasn't bad just not at all what I expected.

I was catfished! Let me explain. Out of town visitor looking for a store and bar with great craft beer. Looking at the pictures on here I saw rows and cooler stocked with goodies. These pics are old, and do not reflect current inventory. When I asked the barkeep she stated it's been like that ever since she's been working for at least 6 months. I was sad.Now don't get me wrong, for a small town this is still good selection, albeit small. It's been reduced to one row against wall as pictured. They had fair selection of local and Asheville stuff, but that's about it. I'm assuming the selection was not selling for the local small town residents.Aside from this the draft selection was pretty good and prices are great. Friendly staff and patrons that's why overall it was a good stop, just don't be fooled by the Google pics.

Went in there to have a cup of coffee and read my book. I had a wonderful time! Cute place, I like the interior design and the concept of the coffee house/taproom. The service was great, the lady was very sweet and friendly. When my husband came to pick me up we wanted to drink a glass of wine but we ended up just buying the bottles because the alcohol gets served in plastic only. That would be something I would like to see change.I will definitely be back soon....

We stopped in for an espresso on a rainy day, and while waiting for it to brew my ADHD kicked in and I started looking around at the beer and wine selections and everything they had on tap, and it's a darn good selection! So, we had our espresso, which was great with a perfect crema, and then we stayed for a few adult beverages 😁.They had a lot on tap, and even more in cans and bottles. I didn't catch the bartenders name, but she had red hair and was super nice! She let my wife and I try several things before deciding on what we wanted, even going to a secondary bar to get my wife a sample...twice! There was also live music while we were there, so it was a great stop! If we lived in the area we would be regulars!

Always a beer for every taste, but no food. Bring a stromboli to go from Loui's around the corner (less than $8). They allow dogs and smoking on the back lower level, which has outdoor furniture and a very relaxed feel. Live music and trivia some nights. They always have a porter or Stout, IPA, gose, etc, on tap. Relaxed atmosphere with 3 TV"s going on sports stations, usually. Couches and bar tables to enjoy a.drink and conversation. Free popcorn along the wall. Clean restrooms. Paintings for sale from local artists on the wall. You can buy bottles of beer and wine. The music is GREAT, and so is the crowd. There is a barbecue restaurant, steakhouse, and Mexican restaurant within walking distance.Edit 6 months later... They have added a coffee bar, now.

It's nice to have a local brewery type place thst offers live entertainment. That said parts of this location are quite dated and seem disjointed. It also has the same issues many places have today to many hard surfaces, which make having a conversation difficult to almost impossible because of all the ambient noise just bouncing around. It's a good place to have a beer or wine it's worth a visit from time to time, especially if you an icth for live entertainment.

The "Beer Society" subscription is a joke. It cost an initial $75 to join which gets you one 20oz mug and a locker. The original facebook post promised there were going to be invitations to brewery tours along with other limited opportunities including exclusive beers being deposited in your locker each month. So far I've held out hoping they would pull through but the only benefits I have received for my $75 are the 20oz pours at the cost of a pint throughout the year. The beers that they deposit in the lockers are primarily old stock that has been on the shelf for over a year. Now it's December and my locker was stocked with a can of terrapin luau. A tropical IPA made with passion fruit, oranges, and guava... In December?... When I can go to Ingles and easily find festive and seasonal Christmas ales that match the time of year. It's just one last slap in the face for all the people who paid for the subscription. A perfect example of the carelessness this business is handled with. The girls that work there are awesome though, they work really hard and that doesn't go unnoticed. If it wasn't for them, this would be a one star review.

This place is outstanding. The staff is exceptional.Great selection of beers.Do not read any negative reviews and think otherwise. One person's bad experience does not reflect how great this place is.Two of the cutest bartending staff ever. Macy and Amber rock.Large, spacious, live music, great priced beers.Try the purple haze, red oak and hummingbird if you haven't already.

We drive up from the upstate SC at least once a month for this place. I have had about 7 different types of coffee and none have disappointed. This is a nice, cozy coffee shop/ beer joint. They have all kinds of craft beer also. Definitely a must try while in Forrest city.

I'm editing the review I left three years ago and raising it a star. The tap room coffee house combo gives you everything you need. The coffee is always delicious and Dennielle is always friendly and kind to me every time I come in. The local taps and selection are wonderful and the prices are awesome. Nice, semi-quiet, friendly atmosphere where you can catch locals and tourists alike.

It's almost like coming home, except they have more beer. Quality craft draft selection. Service is good. Cool, laid back vibe. I'd be glad to give 5 stars if their beer was served in a glass and not those flimsy plastic cups.

We found this place after riding the Thermal Rail Trail. It was the only place open on a Sunday to get a cool craft brew after a long ride. Good selection of beer and friendly service. We heard they have live music, would like to visit again when in the area.

Really cool craft beer bar. And they recently opened a coffee bar. Trivia night (on Thurs.) is fun to play, silently participate or just watch. They don't have food, but you can get food delivered. They have a popcorn machine that they pop fresh popcorn in with different popcorn salts and sprinkle on flavors that is free. Cool aesthetics too. *UPDATE* Since covid-19, they have cut out some things, like the popcorn and trivia night, but expect to get it all back again as soon as possible!

Super cool bar with GREAT ambiance. Moderate selection of craft beers on tap and can/bottle. No food, but you can bring in your food and eat it at a table in their spacious seating area. Pool table, requestable music and many tv's. Live music is Awesome! Also have team trivia nights which is big draw. Great selection of wine bottles for purchase as well!
