TCA has been our vet from the beginning of our pet joining our family until his earthly departure. They have always provided him with the best care, concern & compassion. In our experience they have been very accommodating to emergencies & our schedules. We used them for medical care, boarding & grooming. It is evident they truly care for the animals’ well being and their human families. I feel like cost is reasonable for the services provided. I would recommend them to anyone and will gladly take any future pets there without hesitation.

They were so nice helping us through a bad case with a dog we rescued, and helped us care for him until the end of his life. It was a great 2 months. RIP Blaze

Aug 3rd, I made an appointment for today at Tri City Animal Clinic to have Stella spayed. I was quoted $300 and an extra fee of $50 if she was pregnant. They were booked so much that I had to wait a month a half, but whatever... They emailed me a link to for pre-registration and I filled it out and submitted it.I get there this morning to drop her off and had to hand fill out the pre registration paper, so the online stuff was a complete waste of time. They also acted suspiciously as though they weren't expecting Stella as I waited for about 10 minutes as the lady went back with mine and Stella's name and then came back to get the rest of the information and to give me an additional option of spending more money for blood work ($120?) and something else that was $40 or $50. I said no to that because it wasn't quoted to me previously and I hadn't budgeted for it. They finally brought Stella back and I left. 4 hours later they call me back to clarify the extra things I turned down was mainly for dogs over 7yrs old. Since Stella isn't that old, I still declined. During this conversation, I again mentioned Stella may be pregnant again, to which the guy said he hadn't put in his notes and had to go back and talk with the doctor. When he called back, they gave me the excuse that with the miscommunications I had lost trust in them and they didn't feel they could do the surgery. At no time did I ever say anything of the sort. I told the guy to go back and let the doctor know if they screw me over like this, I will write a bad review every place I possibly can. And so here I start... The team at this clinic has at least a few weak links that I feel make them subpar, unprofessional, and unorganized. At this point I will gladly pick my dog up and find somewhere else to go. I gave them a chance and they decided to screw me over. Perhaps I should've told them I had 4 other large dogs that would've brought them more business in the future. Too bad so sad. Someone else will now get my business and hopefully yours as well! Don't waste your time with this circus!

Hate to leave a bad review because I’m the past I’ve had great experiences with this VET however this last visit made me realize this place does not really care about your little fur babies! I have a puppy I’ve brought her in for all her shots with no issues. However my puppy has some loose bowel movements so when I brought her in for her scheduled shots I asked if the could just run a stool sample to make sure it wasn’t worms ect. I was expecting a $60 bill so I figured it would not be much more to do that test. When I arrived to pick her up the bill was $186.00 I don’t have that much but offers to pay all but $50 and my husband bring the rest that evening. They refused to take partial payment and said I could not take my puppy till paid in full!! I was floored as I’ve done payments before and matter of fact I pay down my balance every visit. My puppy was distraught even going to the doctor she peed all over the floor and was shaking but instead of thinking of her they wanted $50 first before releasing her. They would rather cause the stress and keep her in back locked up then to get $50 in 4 hours . It’s not like I was refusing to pay them. And when I stayed I would not be back the woman at the desk said a smart remark to me as I walked out in tears over my poor little dog being held ransom. Way to go Tri Cities 👏 you won . Keep up the great customer service and making the animals and animal owners feel welcomed and appreciated 🙄

Friendly caring staff. They have taken great care of our pets. We had to put our Mia down after 17 years and the vet and staff were very supportive! Geat place!

Excellent care, speedy service, good price. I really can’t say enough good things about this office! Someone is always there to take your call. You feel welcomed and respected the entire visit. The prices for medications/services are not astronomical. I am really happy with the quality of care my dog receives there as well- even if he’s not a huge fan of going!

They neutered the new pup I adopted from a rescue facility and took amazing care of him. When I took him my vet I've been using for years (I'm already established with my other fur baby), the doc even complimented on his surgical site and said it looked phenomenal. They were kind, patient, and very sweet. I highly recommended.

Tri City has been the best thing to come into Luke and Ruby's lives. Luke when I gotten him was badly abused and almost dead. Took 3 years but Luke today is very happy and healthy thanks to all at Tri City Veterinarian. He's the sweetest and most loving dog. Hard to understand all the torment he endured.

This place was amazing! Everyone was so nice. We just moved to the area and the prices were so great compared to what we were paying in our old area. If you are looking for someone who is reasonable, nice, and caring this is the place to go. My dog even loved them.

They were so great! My cat is normally so skittish around strangers and the vet and her techs were able to give my cat a normal wellness checkup, rabies vaccine, and dewormer. The waiting room is quiet for the most part. You can even wait in your car if you desire. I'm definitely coming here again!

Very disappointed with the service I received this morning.Brought in my puppy this morning with a painful UTI. Staff repeatedly tried to turn me away and acted as if I were a burden.Charged me $75 extra dollars to work her in, makes no sense considering this was an emergency situation and I was not there after hours or asking for help on a holiday/day off. Will not return or recommend to anyone who wants a veterinary hospital that actually cares to help animals.

I took my cat there in the middle of seizures and had her there at 7:30 when they opened. Her whole body was shaking violently, and they would not see her because quote we didn't have an appointment". We rushed her over to Foothills animal clinic, and they were extremely helpful. Don't come to this place if your pet is having an emergency!!! And on top of being unhelpful, they were rude about it and said that maybe if we had gotten her shots there, which by the way I have taken my pets there and do have an account, then maybe they would have tried. I wish there were an option to give them either no stars or negative Stars because they don't even deserve one.

They did a great job with our cats. Very friendly with reasonable prices. We were able to get the appointment quickly and they even let us borrow a pet carrier when the boys had to be separated for the ride home. Thanks again!

I've never been disappointed. Everyone has always been very kind and compassionate. Today we had to take our gentle giant Big Mac to see how bad he was beat up from his week missing. He was quickly worked in to being seen. They were gentle and patient with him. They really care and I couldn't be happier.

After many hours of trying to figure out what was the best thing to do for my BFF miracle kitty who was so obviously suffering, the veterinarian assured me that once we got the nasty ear tumor shrunk, it could be easily removed. And my sweet miracle kitty and I would have lots of lost time to make up after being missing nearly three years. So I tried my best to keep applying the medicine two times daily. Sadly, I live BROKE, So it took time until I could afford to get him back. When I finally did, it HAD to be a different doctor who saw him this time! As she was almost rude to me!Did this doctor not check his prior records of his previous visit? And, it is downright wrong that you are not allowed in the exam room with your pet!I was told that the tumor had grown!?!?And I should take my "elderly" cat to a specialist.I feel that I was treated with disrespect! My poor kitty had been put through enough just getting him there! And if I had a chance to do it over, I would never have put him through that NITEMARE!My sweet Warren is in stage 3 of FIV, I believe that 15 years old, and three of them him M.I.A, and being FIV positive, is a great long life, for any kitty, actually... So, no specialists, no more doctors for that matter! Just spoiling and treating him the way he deserves to be treated! When his time comes, we will make the trip to Swanannoa so that his true veterinarian at Beacon can humanely help him go into the great beyond.

Tri-city Animal Clinic have a great vet and the staff is wonderful. We have been there with many of our foster dogs for rescues and always receive the best service. They truly show genuine concern and care for the dogs and even love seeing updates on them after the leave us for their furever homes. Thank you for all you do in caring.

I have been taking my dogs to Tri-City for years. After today never again. They always seen to find ways to charge extra. My dog was enrolled in free vaccinations for life program 5 or 6 yrs ago. She went in for boarding and vaccines this past week. When I went to pick her up I was charged for the vaccines and when I asked why they said its because she missed her yearly exam. I was never told when her exam was, they never sent out a reminder. This is a way to get more money out of their customers by not having communications with them.

New patient. I've observed a very caring staff. I've taken 4 pets to Tri-City Animal Clinic this year, each of them acts different at the vet - and between the doctor and her assistants, each of my pets had a positive experience. Rates are reasonable. The waiting room and exam rooms are clean. During thid time of COVID curbside pickup is easy and the saftey precautions are appreciated. Thank you!! Highly recommend this veterinary practice!

Very grateful to Tri-City animal clinic. Dr. Jill takes the time to explain what's going on and gives me all available treatment options, and her recommendation. I love that i can get an appointment quickly and don't have to wait forever to be seen. I also like that they choose the better brands of vaccinations for my critters. My animals are family, and its clear Dr. Jill understands that.

Such high prices and they had me drop off my kitten at 7:30 in the morning to only get him back by 5! and by that time they went to give him routine shots and he was terrified. I don’t think it’s right that my baby had to sit in a cage all day when he was one of the first animals there that morning. Do it by appointment because 10 hrs in a carrier is insane! I was nervous all day and they never called once to update me on what was going on. I had to call and they said they would get to him after lunch!!! After being there at 7:30 am!

I'm only giving it 3 stars cause I don't have any real experience with them yet.We recently moved and unfortunately my recently retired service dog passed. So on Monday we took her in to them to be creamated. Our whole fam is beyond devestated.Poor Bella doesn't need a vet any more.We haven't gotten the ashes back since that takes a while. She was my service dog but my daughter cried the most.Eventually I will get another service dog and when I do which vet I choose for the dog that will need a vet will be determined by the compassion of when we brought Bella in and by how Bellas ashes come back to us as well as the compassion then. After thought I may want to change my rating to 1 or to 5 or to keep it.I don't know I haven't had any experience yet with them .Unfortunately they don't know us so they don't know a lot about us either.Bella was almost 16.We think she died of old age. Before her we had a bird who after 25 yrs of living with us died of birdflue. His Drs knew us well. When they tried to save him but couldn't I felt more bad for the assistant who had to give us the news than for us.My daughter was balling. They gave us a beautiful memorial bag for him and my daughter a huge hug.Even when my daughter afterwards cried in the parking lot the assistant who had to give us the news came out to bug her. Everyone incl the dogstaff said how sorry they are.A couple of weeks later we got a condolence card from entire staff.Their dog vets charge a little more than our current vet for Bella at the time but if we had not moved we would have switched Bella over to that vet cause of the way we were cared for when Bobo died. With Bobo we also had a chance to go to a pet loss support group which helped and of course so did Bella. Now we don't have Bella and there is no support group in this area.Maybe tri city can start one? That would definitely make us give them 5 stars and bring my new dog there.I already have ppl interested and someone offering me a grant to start it and to cover the costs of starting one. What I don't have is a qualifief grief counselor to run it and a buisness building to hold it in.
