Every morning early it's CROWDED they're lined up all the way around. It is premium coffee at a premium amount. Very clean and professional. I go through the drive thru. Very nice physical store with conformable seating options and clean bathrooms, the drinks were prepared great. The only downside is the access off the highway- it’s 2.5 miles. So yeah I know that’s a bit petty but that’s still 5 miles off your trip ~ 15 mins so unless you’re local or not in a rush, maybe look for another with direct highway access.

Large nicely laid out store. Was greeted when i entered, the guy who took my order was really friendly. They were busy but got everything sorted quick. I keep meaning to bring my book and hang out longer.Parking: Lots of parking all round the store.

*Disclaimer: I don't do Starbucks, (I prefer Dunkin') but my 3 teen daughters love this place so I'll review the service.This location is fairly new, only a month old, and this is my first visit.When we arrived the drive through line was about 5 cars long, but it moved along quickly.The baristas was inviting, sweet, and patient waiting for my kids to finally decide what they want.The whole transaction took about 5 mins from order to drink, and the kids said they were made exactly as requested!I'd definitely bring them to this location again. Just gotta make sure they have their orders ready beforehand. Lolz

First time going to the new location in FC. I ordered a strawberry refresher with extra strawberries.... waited in line, told them and pulled to the window. She goes to hand my drink to me as she says " We are out of strawberries, hope that's ok...." Well... no not really. I could have been told that at the drive thru speaker & could have made a different choice or left... $4.01 for a drink, not what I ordered. Nor did it taste right. Was pretty disappointed, since this is the FIRST time going to Starbucks since before last October because they apparently stopped having what I order after years. 😒

Friendly staff. My blueberry scone was not as warm as requested & have to ask for a napkin. I'm a little disappointed when you do drive thru or to go order they don't just ring you, they want you to do the work_ force you to read the choices... basically they ask for tip ( for doing what they're supposed to). Are they not being paid at least minimum wage? I'm trying to understand since few more establishments in the county that do put you on this position when you don't even sit down to eat inside their restaurant. Or it's a new generation that demand this because you owe it to them for working & your patronizing the establishment. Some do drive thru or to go order for a reason. Inside a food entity & wait staff serve you, run back & forth to make sure you're the not out of your drinks, etc. the tip is given when due, but the wait staff doesn't put you on an uncomfortable position you're giving me a tip.

You always get exactly what you ordered at Starbucks. The consistency is what keeps me coming back.The employees are always friendly and helpful. The place is usually pretty clean and organized too.I prefer to go in and order because it seems faster than going through the drive thru.Unfortunately, like all places with unisex bathrooms, they are gross. I'm not sure how this is helpful to anyone, especially since women don't like having to put the seat down and step and other people's urine 🙄. Yay, progress?

I always have such a pleasant experience. The people who work the drive thru are always so friendly, cheerful and introduce themselves by name before taking your order. I always order the same thing and it comes out perfect every time. This location is, in my opinion, better than the other location in town...service and drinks! I hate to admit that I stop here every day before work but it's always worth it. Great job, staff!

This establishment opened in the fall 2021 and features a drive-thru. The drive thru staff is very friendly! Great customer service every time my family has ordered. The hours have been limited and are typically posted on a handwritten note near the ordering area of the drive thru but this review is being written during a time of the pandemic when so many retail staff are walking off the job, have grace and patience.

The morning staff is always great! Anytime I've ever went in the afternoon it's been 50/50 but nothing I would say is the workers fault. I believe it's just being very short staffed and not enough training. This location has the best customer service and are always very fast!

The lovely lady working at the drive thru window this morning absolutely made my day. Best customer service I have probably seen in Rutherford county! Will absolutely be going through there again!
