I wish they weren't so sloppy and that things were a little more organized and a little more price tagged. I get eally tired of not knowing the price of something because rarely anything is marked on the item & 90% of what I see is not in the right spot. Or the tags on the Shelf the print is so small you don't know if it's supposed to be that merchandise there then you get to the register and everything's higher because nothing seems to be in the correct place or with the correct price tag

Bruce is the absolute best in helping find what works for you in your price range. I got an oversized chair and came back today to pick up my sofa he ordered to match it!!! 😁 I'm so excited to get it home😍

It's a older store but you can find hidden gems. Always get a baby gift for reasonable price. This one has nice large area rugs good prices. Got this one not long ago. Love it

Trash all over the floors, hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. Racks are labeled S, M, L, etc. but everything was disorganized so I had to search the entire rack for my size. Dressing room had so much trash and dirty mirrors, no one counted my items so theft is eminent. Do they not own a vacuum or just have zero cleaning routine, eather way poorly managed.Great prices and had a lot of good items.

Before I knew my rights I was a victim of false advertisement.I purchased a set of couches here that were listed as $700 but when I went to pick them up they said only one couch was for sale and I’d need to post double if I wanted both couches because the $700 deal was for a different STATE.I wish I would have known my rights so I could have defended myself.

Hadn't seen a roses in years it was nice to step into one it's like traveling into the past and the staff is very friendly and it was nice to seeing a couple TVs there from RCA and Phillips

No masks on any employees no social distancing by employees, very tough attitude, I saw 5 different employees not wearing masks and standing very close to customers. It's an alright place to go if you deny the fact there is a pandemic. I really don't want to get sick ,can't afford to be out of work and large hospital bills. I wear a mask to protect them and they don't care if they destroy my life or others around them.

I like roses. They have a lot of good things here and somewhat decently priced items although I have noticed that over the last year or so Thanks aren’t as expensive at roses anymore they seem to have raise the prices on everything but didn’t raise the quality. However I still love roses I will continue to shop there for the great prices that they haven’t raised. One thing however I would change about roses, and it is definitely an issue. There women’s clothing section is horrible unless you are sad XL-4XL You’re not gonna find So many options in women’s apparel. Please change this roses good grief

I have shopped for years at Roses. In the last 5 years though,things have changed. It seems as if the quality of merchandise has gone down. I think mangement must have changed too. The music is just unbearable at the noise level that it is played. I just wound up walking out. When you have to make decisions on things,it would be better to have soft background music. Please please please turn the music down, or I'm afraid you'll be another brick and mortar store to bite the dust!

I'm new to the area. I knew about Ollie's but not Roses. Wow Roses beats Ollies hands down. Tons of stuff great prices to boot. I got a mini USB fan in the electronics dept. They have everything from clothes, garden dept to furniture. Great store. I'll be back again and again!

Went in this store for the first time today 7/10/2021!!!! Best Roses store I’ve been to!!! Will definitely be shopping here more often!!!!! Furniture employees are amazing and helped us a lot!!!!

HELLO, I go to Roses. A lot I can find things that I need plus, when I go there I say I'm just going in and. Lol not true I have to look up and and down the aisle, and I come out with what I needed and then some. Real Love has his hand on this one thing. Amen

**Edit. 1 year later. Our TV is still going no issues at all. Roses will see us again for sure for electronic needs.We purchased a 55" in Phillip's 4k LED tv. $388 looked up some reviews online and decided to purchase. Sales person told us all TV's from Rose's are factory refurbished which does not bother us.We have it home and set up- so far we are exceptionally pleased with the purchase. We have 30 days to take it back if we do decide differently.The store is dated, but I have found some really nice things here. We definitely dont mind popping in here versus going to the Walmart 3 minutes away.

I love this store. They have low prices and the staff is friendly. You need to try on the clothing before you buy it because sometimes the sizes are smaller then the tag. But I love this store.

You can find some decent clothes here at a reasonable price. The prices are really good. This Roses actually has some really nice bedroom sets.

Purchased a comforter set (with packaging details in Spanish)and "queen" fitted sheet, after associate assured that both were queen. Neither fit the queen bed, will be returning it all to the store tomorrow.

Great department store. Cheaper fare than a Walmart or Target. Stores are typically less crowded by people but cramped because of layout.

This is the first time I traveled from Asheville and left with hardly anything. I was disappointed this trip. I usually buy several pieces of clothing and about $100 of stuff but left this time with very little. Not sure when I will be back.
