My 80 pound Golden Lab is a bit of a handful. He is full of love and energy. I called about 8:30 am and she was able to get him in the same day. She had plenty of other pups to groom but took the time for ours. She was kind and you can tell she loves her job. She took good care of him. It is hard to find someone that can handle larger energy filled dogs with patience. Her prices were great as well. Thank you and I appreciate your kindness. We will be back! If you don't want to make a mess of your home bathing your dog I suggest taking them here.

We bring our family pet here about once a month. They are always friendly and they do excellent work. Pricing is perfect! they include everything from nail clipping, bath, haircut in the price. For my Morkie it was $25 even.

Against my better judgement, I took my baby to get groomed. My big dog had already had a bad experience here but I thought I would give them another chance because they are affordable and easy to get in with on short notice. I had to take my baby to the vet today due to an injury to her foot that happened in their care. My babies will never go back there. My advice is to pay the extra money to go somewhere that will take good care of your babies.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My dog was there over 5 hours, she didn't shave him the way I wanted. Also he was cut during his groom and she failed to tell me about it! Some how she used some kind of glue to bond the cut. I dont recommend this place to anyone at all!

Took my two dogs to be groomed. They smelled nice but Yorkie head was chopped up bad and the golden was chopped up terrible. Did not trim around his feet at all and did not trim their nails at all. Never will I go back !!!

I was very disappointed in the service I received. I brought my shitzu in for grooming and a haircut. Her appointment was at 11 she did not get groomed until after 5 and not done until after 7:30. After I got home and more closely looked at it, her haircut was awful. She stayed in a cage for over 8 hours.

They are horrible... NEVER again will my babies go there. Luckily fur grows back. BOTH my babies looked like a child groomed them. I even wrote instructions out and the did not follow any of them. I am taking them to be regroomed SOMEWHERE ELSE so they at least look decent.. I am FURIOUS

Horrible experience. The lady actually cut our well trained Aussiedoodle twice and did not even tell us. There was blood oozing down her leg. The asked for cut with picture provided not closed and uneven.Also, she forgot to trim the tail. Our dog looked like a two year old took an electric razor to her.

Groomer is a super nice person to me and my pet. My dog loves going to this groomer and has always been afraid at other businesses. Also, the prices are unbelievably low! My dog always comes back looking and smelling good. I definitely recommend!

Winston was a mess when we received him from previous owner. He doesn't even look like the same pup since I picked him up at Pampered Pets. I highly recommend. The staff are very curt and listen to what you want. Price is also extremely reasonable...more than reasonable actually.

Our experience was horrible. It was several months ago in the winter. When we went to pick the dog up she was wet, in a kennel with an electric fan blowing on her!! She was freezing plus a toddler was playing with the fan's electric cord and could have dropped the fan on our pet. This was discussed with the owner and she couldn't care less. Will never bring our dog here again!!

My Yorkie is on the dashboard in the photos. Was groomed by these folks today 09/01/2017. Asked for a Teddy bear cut.... This is what I got for a 25 dollar cut plus a 15 dollar tip. Never again will I take my business there.

Took my dog in for a puppy cut, they didn’t trim most of his face, his legs looked like they hacked the hair off (uneven, sticking out at odd angles) and they didn’t trim his nails. Won’t be back.

I have not been this displeased since I have been taken my dog to this groomer. When I picked up my dog this time he was very unevenly cut and his ear was cut and bleeding. I am very unhappy. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS GROOMER!!!!
