Great selection of flowers veggies and trees. Reasonable price for the items. Outdoor section could be better organized than it is. But overall in outside lawn and garden give a 8.5 out of 10 but the selection is great lot better than Walmart. So go by and take a look at the flowers and shrubs and trees and veggies and fruit trees and bushes they have you covered

5/5 stars we’ve used this lowes to make our first backyard project come to life and the service during all of our trips, pick ups included, was just phenomenal! Thank you so much to Tara and Stacy who helped with a return when we got home and noticed we were short a couple bags of mulch. So happy this is my local Lowes!

First I have spent over 12000 this year alone and I have purchased the same paint slrayer 3 times the lady at the return was very rude so I asked for the manager,name dale first the tell me I can't get cash back even though I used a debit card and the lady behind me as we walked out told 3 they would accommodate her, is because she was white and I was black!!!lol

The forest city NC Lowe's has the worst customer service of any Lowe's that I have ever been to. I called three times and each time no one answered my call. I let the phone ring for over five minutes. So I went to Home Depot. They have a lot better customer service and their employees are a lot nicer.

The largest home improvement store in the area, with almost anything you can think of. They will cut lumber for you if requested, and offer online order delivery to your vehicle. They have a nice selection of seasonal plants and holiday themed items throughout the year. The online ordering is simple and usually is ready within a few hours to a day if in stock. I recommend getting the app if you shop here often.

This is an excellent Lowe's with plenty of people who can offer good advice and easily help you find what you're looking for. There's also a great app and online experience. Our dogs love that the store is pet friendly so they get to come along with us. We were looking for a couple of pretty obscure parts and the folks here were happy to help us find them. They're all so conveniently located close to Walmart Supercenter and ALDI as well as places to eat so it's a great way to take one trip and get multiple things done.

Staff are kind and helpful. There are problems with product availability. I've returned defective Gorrila and Locktite brand construction glue on three separate occasions. Stuff was solid in the tube. No competition for 40 miles is the problem.

Good customer service & location. Unfortunately the garden center is not well stocked compared to what states online is available. The parking lot need some love. Garbage overflowing, garbage all over. Outside of that, just find! Get what you need!

Lowes is NOT how they used to be. All I can say is don't try to return anything. Stood there 20 minutes for them to find my purchase on my Lowe's card. Wow I thought one benefit to having a card is easy returns. Then I wanted to pay my card and my son paid 25 but she said only $5 went on but my son pulled it up on his phone and it showed $25 by then he had alreadygivenher another $20. Crazy!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited on the phone to inquire about a blower that's on sale. Told that the item could not be sent to a store near me that i would instead have to pay the price of the blower for shipping to have it 'delivered' to a local store thus doubling the price of the blower..... I was then told for further details I would need to speak to the manager. Waited to speak to the 'lead manager' she took less than 15 seconds to hear my question. She the told me that i called the wrong department, and that she would transfer me. How is the manager the wrong department? You cant answer a question on a store transfer? Worked in retail for a long time and i can tell when people are trying to shell off to someone else... a horroble trait for a leader.... This company will get no money from me. Too many other stores that offer the same things with better customer service...

You're working on a project and have to hunt and hunt for what you need (nothing is stocked where it makes sense) and you find all the parts you need except for the one critical part to complete the project. Then you have to run to a hardware store or to asheville to home depot.It's painful but no other choices around here.

Dear Lord, please send us a Home Depot in the tri-city area. Please.This place is a mess every single time you walk in. Today we waited 35 minutes for someone to cut a few boards..Which we never got cut because 2 of the employees thought It was a good idea to put loose unbundled boards on a forklift....No pallet underneath. Yeah guess what happened. So we waited longer for them to figure out how to stack 2x4's.We left after 35 minutes of sitting around the saw..after asking 3 different employees for help; most were rude when we asked.ALSO, The self check out never works. And be sure to not return anything! God forbid they put your DL $# in correctly.. which means" yeah we can see it but you can't use it".Need s price match? Don't bother always an excuse....Every darn day it's something new. Please Jesus send us a home depot and Deliver us from the incompetence of Lowes. Yeah it's sarcasm.

So far, a lot of waiting, wondering and disappointment. I ordered new windows for my home through Lowe’s and other than the helpful salesman who set up the order, it’s felt like a waiting and wondering game because their communications are lacking, to put it mildly. After delays and minimal contact, my window delivery finally arrived Monday morning—well almost. The delivery was missing two windows and the drivers were only third parties that couldn’t do anything other than make a note based on my asking about the shortage since installation was supposed to happen later this week. As soon as the truck left, I went inside to call and inquire about locating the missing windows. After 75 minutes of listening to the worst tin can sounding loop of horrible music on hold, I reminded them that a gentleman came to the house and measured in every room to have accurate dimensions for the 10 windows to be ordered. I was promised a call a couple days later to update me that never happened. Neither did my installation! When I called to ask what time they were coming, I found out they canceled my appointment because of the two missing windows. Again, no call and no communication to advise me of what was and wasn’t happening. When contrasted with the wonderful experience we just had with Renewal By Anderson, makes me wish I had ordered the windows with them as well (early delivery, excellent communication at every turn and a great installation team that left with no evidence of their visit except for the lovely new doors). Lowe’s needs some serious customer service work.ADDED (since replying to reply isn’t an option)Would have been nice if calling that number in the response yielded some helpful and informative communication and realistic status information for me. Sadly, the phone system didn’t recognize my February order because (I’m assuming) it’s outside of the 60 days, not to mention connecting me with Canada instead of the U.S. Still striking out Lowe’s and hoping for better from you.

As usual, I have to use the APP to find any help. Can't find any employees, when you do they look at you and move off in a hurry. Or when you do corner one they are annoyed that you are asking them for help. I don't know how many times I have been in these isles and seen other customers frustrated because they can't find what or they need help. As I come from almost 20 years employment for their competition, I try to help when I can. As I mentioned about the reaction of a employees. I was needing a key made, a employee look at me at the key machine and hurried off the other way, so I decided to leave. I did have some things to check out with, now let's talk about the self checkout only at the main checkouts....🤔 well moin another review.In all I was not impressed with Lowe's today......

We always get our lumber and paint here and so much more. Pretty quick service and Tara is always great at our paint including doing paint match! If you need a lot of lumber you can call ahead and they will have it ready for you, pay ahead and all you have to do is go there and they will load you up!

This seems to be a pretty good Lowe's. It's nice to have a home improvement store close to home.My husband is always going here. He loves any excuse to stop by. I'm pretty sure he even brought us here on our first date. 😅I had no problem returning some unopened items that we ended up having too much of.

Since it opened here its almost been top notch all the way and stocked. Huge spacious and almost always crowded. My mom loves the garden section. Parking is almost always easy to get since the building sits off to itself.

What can I say? It's Lowe's and your experience is going to depend on who helps you. We don't like the self checkout, but that's on the corporate office and not our local store.
