We drove 2 hours from Johnson City, Tennessee to look at a truck. We were welcomed by Curtis who took such good care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the Trail Boss we came to see and did not pressure us in any way. He actually made it a very fun day! Hannah helped us with the financing and was a pleasure to work with as well. Everyone we encountered there was so friendly and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend Curtis and this dealership. They made it well worth the 4 hour round trip drive to get there!

*** Be careful with this dealership, specifically the Friendship Hyundai dealership out of Beckley West Virginia( same is affiliated) as they tried to sell me a wrecked vehicle with a clean carfax. Salesperson admitted that the Truck had been wrecked, and that they attempted to fix the damage, but however their dent guy could not fully repair the damage. He also stated that the carfax won’t be affected because the wreck was not reported to law enforcement ***

Buying a new car is one of my least favorite things to do. However, from my first phone call with Erin, interacting with Anthony the Sales Manager and finally Jeromy when I drove to the dealership, each interaction was smooth and easy. I drove an hour and a half from Charlotte and got there about 30 minutes before closing time. They moved quickly to get my trade in evaluated and got all of the paperwork processed quickly. Money isn't everything but they also gave me top $ for my trade and a great deal on a brand new Tahoe. As a business owner, time is literally money for me and I really appreciated how efficiently they closed the sale. I highly, highly recommend them and I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

When we initially invested in our vehicle, we were assured that our purchase came with a lifetime of oil change services, a perk that factored significantly into our decision-making process. While we were well aware that oil changes at this dealership came with a steep price tag, we were comforted by the assurance that a portion of this expense would be offset by the credit outlined in our purchase contract.However, our recent experience shattered any semblance of trust or satisfaction we had with this establishment. After diligently scheduling an appointment and having the service carried out, we were flabbergasted to be presented with a bill totaling a whopping $90.00. When we questioned this exorbitant charge, we were casually informed by the service writer that the dealership had changed hands, and the new owners had elected not to honor the agreements made by their predecessors.The sheer audacity of this unilateral decision left us feeling deceived and utterly disrespected as customers. It is inconceivable that such crucial information was not disclosed prior to our appointment, or even upon our arrival before any work commenced. This blatant lack of transparency reeks of deceitful business practices and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer loyalty and satisfaction.Needless to say, this experience has irrevocably tarnished our perception of this dealership. We adamantly refuse to patronize them for any future services or consider them for our next car purchase. Any semblance of goodwill or credibility they may have once possessed has been irreparably shattered.

I was to drop my vehicle off for a minor detail to be taken care of. I was told to drop the car off and they would give me a car to go to work. Upon arriving the I was told they would take care of it immediately. The whole process to less than 30 minutes and I was off to work. Went to dealership in December 2023 to see about buying or ordering a work truck. Met Phillip Lehn a salesman there who was virtually no help. On the way out the door Paul Deck (ex owners of McCurry Deck) was sitting at a computer. He asked me to come over and see if he could help me. He is a friend of the family and a very nice person. He put something together for me and then got Phillip involved with the sale cause he was going to retire. I gave a $1000 deposit on a truck to order. Phillip promised me the world. Told me he’d call once a month and update me on delivery. Never heard from him. He told me it normally takes 3 to 4 months for delivery. 4 months goes by and I started to inquire about the vehicle. Left messages no return calls. My son even spoke to him and said he would find something out. 2 weeks later no call. Left a message on cell phone this weekend no return call. Finally I went to dealership and confronted him. He told me the truck hadn’t been ordered yet. Almost 5 months later. He lied the whole time about the communication and misrepresented the whole process. I was given my $1000 deposit back today. If your thinking about doing business with Friendship runaway. They would be better off telling the truth than lying. This dealership deserves no stars.
