I don’t know if she’s the manager there, but this woman has the worst attitude of any employee at any business anywhere I have ever been – ever. I won’t ever walk into this location again. I only wish I had given my review at the register on the keypad! I was literally so shaken up by how rude she was to me, which was even worse this time than usual, I simply didn’t do it so I could get out of there! An absolutely awful experience and it’s time after time. I guess I should consider myself lucky that she actually acknowledged me with a half smile one day out of three years? Wow, Dollar Gen is definitely desperate for employees.

Called regarding a Western Union transaction. The guy said they really don't do that, but they are listed as a provider near me. Ten minutes later, I received a call from the same number...and they hung up on me. #somethingaintright

I have left several past review on this particular branch but I wanted to do an update with the most recent remodel they did. They new lay out open up the store a little to give you the feel that it's bigger. But the two biggest changes that I like is the, self checkout they now offer(debit only) and that the food section has been increased in size an selection to offer so much more for groceries!!!

Not sure what is happening but plenty of wrong prices, one particular visit I was paying with cash I informed the manager it was to much I wasn't given the discount on cigarettes, he had given me a price of 19.76 then says I forgot to hit button it's only 18.18.Sounds like he is scamming..

The past month this place has been a nightmare, store is empty or full of boxes everywhere. The last time I got sour cream it had to of sat out for hours it was molded and smelled terrible, but still good for 2 months according to the lid. The new staff members can't seem to get it together enough to remember where they just moved juice. This location might be closer but I'm going to cane Creek from now on

This used to be a great place. The new girl is slow and makes lots of mistake. It says they are supposed to wear a mask. thats it is required. no staff wears a mask. the gm is rude and i just dont like this store anymore. they are always understaffed. the shelves are bare. no one stocks the place. its dirty and has stains. pretty obvious they are taking no precautions for COVID-19. Highly disappointed with this store and the staff. says they dont have enough employees but wouldnt let me fill out an app for part time to help. Screw this place. who ever is in charge is an idiot.

I just arrived to pick up a quick essential and found the store totally closed. Unbelievable. Well I do love the convenience of having this store close to where I live, it's unbelievable that they can't stay open.

Never open anymore. You pull in the parking lot and see a handmade sign on the door all the time. Closing at 2:30, closing at 4 pm. It’s ridiculous they should pay more and maybe someone will want to work there.

It's new so time will tell how it works out. So far it's more cleaner than the one on Hendersonville Road in Fletcher, cashiers could be less cold with their attitudes though, always neatly stocked, and fast service. Work on the cashiers and you've got a great store.

This place is on a downward spiral. Half the time the shelves are bare and they are out of stock of a lot of items lately. There is an older gentleman who is rude often and acts like he hates being there. Today the woman checking me out was obviously flustered, maybe too flustered had to ask her to put her mask on. I am a manager for a very nice restaurant and I require all my staff to wear a mask when in the public eye. That’s just not okay.

Isles are too tight, can’t fit buggies. There is never anyone at the register ready to check you out. Discounts are hit and miss. Seems like they just hire anyone despite customer service skills.

You all need to shut down get that place organized and customer ready for shopping. It's a hazard to even shop in. The fletcher one is disgusting. I walked in walked out. Its unacceptable I'll travel to a nice one that's clean and not got there stock carts in the way. Cant even get down the asle gotta turn around go back to shop. Gross & dangerous for the public.

Dollar General is moving up in their products. They now have workout things and better craft selection. Improvement in their home decor. The people here are also nice and helpful.

Kayla was fantastic and seem to keep good composure even though there was a hateful woman that was harassing her over balloons and threatening her the ladies threaten to call corporate but I as a customer want to make sure that Kayla does not lose her job as she was being very polite even though she was being harassed by this woman in front of me for no reason

Visited store at Mills Gap Road in Fletcher. Not one employee had a mask on or was keeping track of how many shoppers were in the store. One sneezed several times and a customer called it to her attention! Didn't sanitize her hands. Stuff was scattered about and worst of all milk and juice was sitting out in a cart, not refrigerated!! Unbelievable that this store isnt protecting the shoppers or employees!

The store was very clean and organized but the cashier was having an argument with another employee and they were having the argument in front of customers. The cashier ran out of the store following the other employee and left a line of customers. When she came back in she kept talking about the other employee to the customers. It was very unprofessional.

The new store on Mills Gap is only a couple of miles from our house and it's wonderful. Very clean, great selection, and the employees are a lot nicer than any of the other Dollar General stores!

Everyone friendly and helpful the atmosphere here is nice is just like walking in hometown store where everybody knows your name and does care that you are there. Thank you to everyone who works at Dollar General on Mills Gap you are truly appreciated.

Not fully stocked yet with cold foods. Many very cute housewares and decor that I've not seen at any other DG and it's a pretty big store. Has the new store smell.

Went to the store in Fletcher NC at 8:50pm and the store was closed on a Saturday night when it said 8am to 9pm. I don't know how long the had actually been closed before I got there, I did not see anyone moving around inside.
