Pharmacy lines TOO LONG! Under staffed. Pharmacist would not let me pick up my husband’s antibiotic after ER visit and fevers spiking over 103 every 6 hours!!! Shame on store manager for being so understaffed!!!

Grossly understaffed, and unable to fulfill patient requests in a timely manner. This isn’t acceptable when the job at hand is catering to people’s health.

I can not say enough good things about the CVS in Fletcher. They are efficient and courteous and very helpful in all of the interactions with me. I hope to transfer all of my pharmacy needs to this store!

As overworked as they are they still provide great service. Neal has always been helpful and personable. I hope CVS knows how hard these people work for them

The pharmacy is always quick and responsive, never had a long wait for medication. The selection in the store is nice, although the grocery section lacks slightly (but who goes to CVS for groceries lol). Easy in and out from Hendersonville Road is a plus!
