We have boarded our beloved peanut butter twice now at Paw Pleasers and both times have been absolutely phenomenal. Booking is as easy as pie, they are professional and live on site so you never have to worry about your pup, and the facilities and accommodations are beyond perfect. As dog lovers it’s important to us that our fuzzy kid has the most comfortable and easy transition and stay. At Paw Pleasers I never worry about Peanut Butters well being as I know he is deeply cared for. We are forever customers at Paw Pleasers and look forward to booking again soon in the near future. No other place does it better!

1/15/24 update: We still use Paw Pleasers. Take such great care of our goldendoodle.July, 2021: We took our puppy for her first stay at a resort this weekend. She was given great care. Our puppy was very happy when we picked her up. She will go back the next time we are out of town.

Had my dog with Paw Pleasers for a week and cannot tell you how amazing they were. Made the entire process very painless. Communicated very well (and quickly) on scheduling pickup/dropoff times beforehand, and gave a very nice report before pickup. We left our little dog at Paw Pleasers last week while we were out of town. It is the only place we will leave her. The owners live on site. They take great care of her and even make sure that she gets her favorite treat.We couldn't ask for a better place to leave our "baby".

This has to be the best place your animals can go to! We were using a different facility and noticed a difference in behavior in our dog. We tried Paw Pleasers Pet Resort and WOW what a huge difference!! Our dog was so happy! You can definitely see the difference. They took great care of both of our pets. Gave us details on what was going on and specifics on how they were interacting with everyone. They really go above and beyond! They’re worth every Penny. We’re so grateful we found them, they really care for the animals like their own family.

My two dogs, Issac and Hobo, stayed for 2 nights with Paw Pleasers. This was their first time staying there. I picked them up last night and I am very pleased with their service, and my dogs seem very happy and calm. I think they really enjoyed it there! We love Paw Pleasers! We have been taking our 2 cats there for 6 years. It is a clean, well maintained, safe environment for cats. I like that the cat condos have a large window for the them to look out at the reception area. The owner, Becky, has a vet tech background so is aware of medical issues if they occur. She and her staff have taken good care of our 2 fur babies. One of our cats has been sickly his whole life. The she and her staff have no problem administering all his meds and attending to his needs. They truly care about their furry guests. We will continue to bring our cats to Paw Pleasers.

We have been boarding our 11-year-old Sheltie at Paw Pleasers Pet Resort for several years, and again used their services over the 2021 Christmas holiday. We have been extremely pleased with the care they have provided to our dog over the years, and thus they remain our number one choice for boarding in the Henderson County (NC) area. The owners, Patrick and Becky, have been working with animals for many years, even prior to starting Paw Pleasers, which is operated on the grounds of their home, and they understand that each animal has its own unique personality and quirks. Our Sheltie is no different; she is terrified of loud noises, such as thunder and fireworks and thus becomes very anxious, which we expressed to the Paw Pleasers staff from the very beginning. Understanding this concern, they insure she is kept in an area with other dogs that offers the most protection from loud noises. They have also been very responsive, and accommodating when possible, to my requests for modifications to my drop off and pick up times during this period of COVID. Their facility is very clean and we have been extremely pleased with the care our Sheltie has received over the past years.

The staff at Paw Pleasers have provided great care to our two dogs whenever we have to leave them. We know they feel safe there as they never are afraid to go with them when we drop them off. They have several suites that allow our two dogs to stay together and that have no wire. This is important as one of our dogs has hurt himself at other kennels, We have also taken advantage of their bathing service. Most important is the fact that the staff seems to love animals. We would and have recommended Paw Pleasers.

Since we moved here four years ago, we have exclusively used Paw Pleasers when we needed to board our dog.We have been entirely satisfied. The place is very clean and the owners live on-site. The security is very good and there is a great play facility for similar size dogs to play.

Paw Pleasers always treats our pup like family. The staff is always friendly and happy to see our pup when we drop hom off. We never have any concerns about him while he stays there. They have taken additional security measures to ensure a clean and safe place during the COVID pandemic. I'm very glad that we found such a caring place to keep our pup when we cannot take him with us.

Both of our dogs stayed here for a week while we vacationed nearby. When we picked them up they were quite happy. It was clear that the owner had spent time with them and figured each of them out well. All set up was completed online and through email, which was convenient as well.

Paw Pleasers is our go to place when our dogs need a place to stay. We have been very pleased with the staff. We have one pet that can be pretty grumpy but they love on him like all the others. We enjoy seeing pictures of our pets on Facebook while they are at the resort. We definitely recommend Paw Pleasers to our friends.
